Small family owned restaurant situated in a house. Food is made by a Mexican raised woman and was served by her husband. I ordered 2 beef tacos and a side of rice, and my husband ordered the smothered burrito. Both were good. I liked it better than my husband as I found the food lighter (not greasy) than most other Mexican restaurants I gave eaten at. Everything is homemade. For me, the only thing I feel could be improved was the chips and salsa. The salsa tasted store bought and we were served a very small amount of chips. They have nice outdoor seating on a beautiful wood patio. There were also a few indoor seat. Overall, I would recommend.

Very cute little place with excellent food. It's in an old house and has a great patio seating area as well. I had the fish tacos which I absolutely recommend. I also really liked the salsa, it was mild and flavorful. I noticed that gluten free options were clearly marked on the menu. The staff was friendly and attentive. Parking is on the street (parallel) or I also noticed a couple spots in the alley around the back.

We are only in Sheridan for 1 night as a stop in between National Parks. I did some research and we decided on this restaurant. El Tapatio Dos looks like a house that was built into a restaurant. It is very festive decorated on the inside and it seems like a family is running the place. They were nice to us and the food was good. So if you like Mexican food and want to support the local community this is a really nice place to go!

I live in Chicago surrounded by incredible, authentic Mexican food restaurants and El Tapatio Dos is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. It is SO good. Every time I’m in town I make a point to stop to see Lance and his wife. She is an amazing cook. Every single thing on the menu is delicious. You can’t go wrong.

Cool modern restaurant just off downtown serving italian food. Was super excited to try the Prosciutto Fig Pizza. The flavors were great but the pizza was extremely over sauced which took away from the whole experience. Friends tried the vegan spaghetti and meatballs option and the meatballs were unfortunately still frozen. The staff said they had a number of large parties so chalking our experience up to an off night for the kitchen - would definitely give them another try as the service and atmosphere were otherwise great.

UPDATED: We went back to Wecome Market Hall for their incredible pizza and 2 side salads and were told they no longer serve side salads and we'd need to chose a salad from the menu (this was after the waitress asked the kitchen). Three weeks ago, the restaurant responded to my original review and told me that they will do side salads. We left and I am changing the rating from 4 to 2 stars. (The 2 stars are there only because the pizza is so good but pizza is not a complete meal for us.) We will not be back. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR PIZZA ONLY: This was one of the best brick oven pizzas we have ever had. We consider ourselves "brick oven pizza snobs" and this was an incredible pizza. The tomatoes were the star and so flavorful. The crust was thin and cooked just right with lightly burnt bubbles. We also had local brewery beer on tab (Blacktooth Amber Ale). The only reason for removing a star from our rating was the lack of a dinner salad to accompany the pizza. (The 2 salads offered on the menu didn't hit the mark.)

We ordered three different pizzas and were very happy with each one of them. They had a nice crust and fresh taste. The old train depot that houses the restaurant has been chicly remodeled. Our server, Cade, was so friendly and attentive. We'd love to go back!

I walked out of Sheridan and into New York! This spot is world class. Atmosphere is empeccable and bright. Colorful and refreshing bar. My service was spot on. This establishment is out of it's element. Very impressive.

I love trying local pizza places when traveling and Powder River Pizza is one of the best I have eaten in a long time. We got the sampler pizza deal which is a choice of four specialty pizzas from their menu and every single one was excellent. Highly recommend Powder River Pizza if you are visiting Sheridan or need a break from traveling. Rowan was our waiter and he was excellent and extremely nice. Thank you Rowan. Service was great!

Food was pretty good. The waiter was more interested in talking to his buddy at the bar then waiting on us. The waitress ended up coming over and asked if he had taken our order yet. He had no problem bringing the check but then wouldn't even come get it and ring it up, he yelled for her to do it while he still stayed at the bar visiting.

Only Five Stars because I couldn't give them a million. I was in town for business for 3 days, and I ate at Powder River THREE TIMES it was that good. The dough was amazing and the toppings fresh and fantastic. Every time I went I was greeted by a friendly staff member who took care of me. The food came out fast and man is it TASTY. There are games all around for family members to play. It reminded me of an arcade of old! I highly recommend Powder River Pizza to you and the entire family. I only wish they had one near my hometown.

Stopped in for breakfast. Had the California Benedict and Corned Beef Hash. Toast on the Benedict wasn't toasted and the hash browns weren't crispy at all but overall great dishes just not well executed. Service was good. Experience was overall just average which is what I expect out of a chain like Perkins.

I live locally to this Perkins. Over the past few years they've had trouble retaining sufficient staff. Several months ago a new manager took over and the difference is night and day. The waitstaff is better trained and more attentive, food comes out faster and the experience is much more enjoyable. A couple months ago I took a large Youth Group (20+ people) from our church there and they did a great job accommodating us. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

We came from out of state to visit family. We had a family of 5 we paid for and all the soda was either Flatt or really carbonated. My mother's Ruben sandwich was burnt. The homemade salads were good and so where the burgers. There skillet dinner was decent, could of used more meat less of the breakfast potato.

Came into restaurant right at closing time and they were very busy. The manager greeted us with a warm smile and got us a table right away. The food came fast and hot. Even though they were so busy we had great service by the staff. We will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming to Golden China since I was a kid, and I still insist on eating here when I visit Sheridan. It is a wonderful place with delicious food and very friendly staff! My favorite with my family is the Golden China Special Dinner, highly recommended!

Get the House fried rice! Definitely the BEST Chinese fried rice ever! Trust me, I’ve been eating and cooking Asian food for all of my life. The fried rice is not greasy, has good amount of protein and beansprout(!), with a hint of spice, and also the char from the wok - which is hard to get when cooking at home. My family would eat it everyday if we lived here!

Staff was kind and good was good. When they found my wife did not like an item she ordered they quickly offered to replace it. I had the Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, fried rice and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup had corn in it which I liked. However when my kids asked for fried rice without vegetables they said they could not due that due to Covid restrictions. First their is no Covid rules against customizing meals. Also that tells me the fried rice is not made to order. Price was fair for the food we received.

I don't what is going on here but this was quite possibly the most disappointing dinner in Sheridan. I ordered Sweet n Sour chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls, and cream cheese wonton. Where do I begin? Bad tasting chicken, strangely seasoned sauces, egg rolls only filled with cabbage, and a greasy sogginess that can only be experienced, not described. Total cost was 36 dollars and I hope that others read this before spending their money here. What a bummer.

My Family and I stopped in Sheridan for dinner mid way, on a 13hour rode trip back home from Montana. My husband and I were dreading sitting in a restaurant with two kiddos under 4, trying to keep everyone in good spirits and make sure our kids ate enough to keep them full for the rest of the trip. Sapporo's staff was AMAZING! I have never felt so appreciated at a restaurant before, even with young children that will not sit still... Not only was the meal wonderful.. (as always! we love hibachi!) But the staff went over the top to make this dinner stop memorable. They brought out all the stops to entertain the kids and were just joyful of us being there for dinner. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were just happy to be there. This Sapporo's is definitely a must stop for anyone traveling through or just needing a good place to eat! Thank you Sapporo staff for making our night! You will never know how much your staff's kindness meant to my family!

Very bland and nowhere near worth the price. I ordered the beef yakisoba, which it wasn't even a yakisoba noodle - and the eel roll. I added shrimp to the yakisoba for $3.50 which was 3 shrimp. First "bad" review I've had to leave in awhile but this was the worst dinner I've had in a long time. Very disappointing, would not recommend and won't be returning. Blah. Maybe the hibachi side is better, I would hope.

Found this restaurant last second a few minutes before we went to our hotel room. Wasn't expecting much for a last second option but I was absolutely blown away! Server's were very professional and our hibachi chef was entertaining and hilarious. Hibachi meals come with: soup, salad, cooked vegetables, two shrimps, AND fried rice. Exceptional value for the quality and quantity of the food you get, we left the restaurant EXTREMELY satisfied! Would *highly* recommend to anyone who wants the experience of someone cooking your food in front of you, or if you just want to sit down for a meal, all while not worrying about breaking the bank. Absolute 10/10 💯

Awesome mexican restaurant in a cool older building downtown with a nice little patio. All the usual dishes done well - I particularly enjoyed the pollo asado, but would give the vegetarian mexican stir fry or chile relleno options next time here for The Dead Swede gravel race.
