A large and spacious dining room, many tables and there are also 2 special closed dining rooms. A variety of steamboat and grill dishes, according to everyone's preferences. Personal steamboat bowl, the only problem is for the grill menu, you have to go to the grill section. Have to wait your turn for your meal to be cooked. So, not a good place to enjoy grilled food even though there are many options.

Huge restaurant with huge steamboat buffet options. All the proteins offered are clean and fresh. The chicken & beef have varieties of marinated flavours while the seafoods are non-marinated, allowing the original sweet flavours to be highlighted. Varieties of noodles offered to accompany the tomyam hot pot. Non-steamboat menus are served too such as Nasi Minyak, Mixed Vege and Ayam Masak Merah. Besides, all staff are kind and helpful and the foods are replenished quickly. The only downside for me is that they do not provide a griller on each table, so you need to wait in line for it to be grilled by a designated staff at a designated griller (or if you're lazy like me, just dump everything into the hot pot 😂).

The food here is not much different from other Padi branches but what set this branch apart is they have superb staff and each one of them attended to me in a very professional and friendly manner. The service that I got is even much better than some 5 star hotels or fancy restaurants. Thank you, you guys made my day even though have to wait for hours for jpj.

I think they don't have enough employees, so their service is a bit slow, especially for riders. If you feel like hanging out with your friends, you can hang out here, but you have to be patient a lit bit.

The staff often ignore long waiting customer in queue to pay, prioritizing locals and regulars. Bad professional conduct. Cashier like to have long chit chat with customer and other staff that causes a long waiting time to pay at the cashier

Order yourself....get up from the chair n ask for your roti canai...then get your drinks on your own from the tender. The worst restaurant ever...if you are in hurry, i would not recommend this.

Order via Grab, DISAPPOINTED with the amount serving, not match with the price, if i walk in always got a lot that this. You know it's little serving when you saw the red small plastic. FYI, this dish is my usually buy (on every stall/store/shop) dish, so i know the usual amount for the price, and this is too little.

Lack of Malaysian main dish, I'd say. They served us Nasi Lemak and Mi Goreng. Nasi Lemak was perfect! But Mi Goreng was unfortunately salty 😐 There was also fresh roti canai served but was quite hidden that I only noticed it towards the end of the breakfast hour. The curry taste was strong, which I like, but was also annoyingly salty 😐 I love siew mai, popia, porridge, all at the eggstation (the chef was excellent), teh tarik (the best teh tarik ever), and cereals (the choice of cereals was enormous). There was myriad choice of pastries too and I love scone the most. Red velvet cupcake was however, quite dry 🙁 Oh, and the chairs were somehow not pleasant to see. Has a lot of stains. Though I am sure that it's already cleaned, but for a 5 star hotel, I'm sure more effort on maintenance could be done. The service from the staffs were outstanding 👍👏👏 very efficient, attentive and informative. A 5 star service indeed. All in all, for a breakfast buffet of RM60 per pax, I can say that it was an 'okay' experience because the key to a lovely experience of a breakfast is food. Perhaps, I could rate it 5/5 if there wasn't much menu that was salty.

Booked birthday staycation through bonvoy apps . Such excellent service provided by the mph . I booked for executive package . Stay at executive floor 12 private floor with executive lounge . My package inc afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Staff at exec lounge friendly and explain well to me for complimentary given . Hotel quite old however well maintain the value. Breakfast really superb with plenty of choices. They give me surprise room decoration and cakes for my birthday . Thank you so much . My kids enjoy the pool and slide . They have family game at the poolside . They also have kiddies world for kids to having their playtime and watch movies . However hopefully the hotel can well maintain the kiddies world with new toys/facilities. I ordered in room dining as complimentary rm45 for my room .the fattucine carbonara and chocolate ice cream was delicious . They know how to satisfied the guest . The waiting time also reasonable compared to others. So far I'm so happy and definitely will come back for staycation .

1 star given on the parking from carpark is under maintenance or upgrading. Not friendly for elderly or single girls by walking up the staircase from parking to hotel lobby. Marriot hotel considering a 5 star hotel, but the overall experience doesn't feels the value. Lack of maintenance on the surrounding, facilities, painting etc

Came here for Iftar and to celebrate my other half's birthday. Wonderful arrays of food selections are available. Just some.comments on the Ikan bakar station. I took the crabs and udang but its not as fresh. Maybe the Hotel should change supplier 😅.. the teh tarik is superb, I'm not actually a teh tarik fan but I had 3 cups of it! Its not as sweet as Mamak's teh tarik! Its creamy with the sweetness that is not overpowering. Love the THAI BEEF SOUP, can be found at the soup station.. spicy and aromatic, can taste the spoces and the beef inside the soup is super tender! It has pizza and roasted beef and kambing golek as well.YUMSS😍

Service was tiptop. Great atmosphere. Food we had has a few issues. Prawns were old. Squishes just by touching it. Did not dare to try it. Lamb station was too slow. Only 1 tongs being shared between 500 people making the line unnecessarily long and slow. Sauce was cold.

Went here for lunch buffet, so disappointed. I am leaving this review so that the management can improve and so that those who are looking for a good place to have buffet will consider it again. The choices were very limited ...we have been to Opero jb last month and the price was lower and the choices were much much better. I can't imagine how they can put nuggets and squid balls in their menu for lunch buffet, and the selections of food is very disappointing.

Buffet style restaurants where you are able to enjoy Asian food and western food. Of course they also come with dessert. I like their cheese which has about 4 types of cheese served. I enjoyed their food such as lamb, beef, steam fish etc Do sit inside a bit if you worry about hot. The place near the entrance is quite hot without an air conditioner. So far their service is quite good and friendly. The atmosphere is also quite relaxing.

I had dinner here. And the buffet breakfast. Dinner was simple noodles for wife and fish and chips for me. The fish was dry but the tartar was good. So it made the meal decent. For these prices I expected more. Service at dinner was excellent and very prompt on requests. The breakfast food was better but I must comment at roti canal I was told roti had bookings. When I went back to get mine, he told woman in front of me he can't keep track of whose and just gives them out. Minor things but should be pointed out. Price for breakfast from the reception is definitely worthwhile. Dinner is follow your mood. It ain't bad but not worth special trip.

My husband craved steak so we decided to try it here. I got the sirloin steak (about RM50) and husband Youyu Steak(i think it's Japanese beef steak?) (about RM100). I will say for the quality suits the price, you can't expect very juicy tender steak like those RM200+, RM300+ cuts. The taste is ok.. They cooked it according to my preference, got medium rare so it was still soft and juicy. Think improvement can be made on the side dishes, the veggies good they are soft and well cooked, but I wish they have more varieties like mashed potato for eg, or Mediterranean rice etc. Overall i will say average taste. Service was very fast and good. Worth the service charge applicable.

I love how they serve big portions of food, warm greetings from the staff and very friendly too! Also, SK has the best waffle and definitely met on par with other high end dessert cafe!! The price is reasonable and love the ambience. Today feels content 😊, thank you so much to all staff and the chef!

Food was quality. Ordered a ribeye steak medium-rare, it was tender and juicy. Baked potatoes also well cooked. Service was fast, iced latte could be improved, its too sweet, probably because of too much whip cream. Chocolate waffle and cheezy wedges is a must try at this restaurant. Overall had a pleasant experience here and really enjoyed the food. Family/kids friendly.

The chocolate waffle is so good!!! As another reviewer said, it's definitely on par with places like dipndip. Good quality chocolate and the waffle edges are still a bit crispy. 😍 The mixed grill portion is huge!!! Definitely not for one person, it's a generous portion. Quite worth visiting for an affordable high-protein meal. I didn't have high expectations given the other reviews complaining about the food and service - it's not the best, but if you can go during low peak at least you can get a seat inside to enjoy the late view and food comes a bit faster.

Ordered medium Rib Eye Steak (the black pepper sauce was super yummy), kid's meal (Meatball Spagetthi) and Banana Split. The portions were just nice, delicious and affordable too. Service was tiptop and we received our meals in a timely manner. Also, Ustaz Don was there when we dined, he was really courteous and provided exemplary customer service. Additionally, he gave my daughter a complimentary chocolate waffle (see attached pic). This waffle is a must try. So sedap and the taste..heavenly! Thank you Ustaz Don and team for a wonderful service! Definitely deserve a repeat visit.
