Our experience at this location started out very rocky. However, when you have great management on staff checking on everyone you can fix a lot. That is exactly what the manager did tonight - she turned a bad experience where we may not have come back into a great experience. I personally call that the peak of service and for that would highly recommend this location. Our waitress was brand new but friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of our evening!

I celebrate my Birthday today at this Olive Garden with twelve of my extended family members. From the time we were seated until all the desserts were finished I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The Manger had us a beautiful table set up down the middle of the restaurant, absolutely beautiful. We had two servers who were extremely professional and attentive to all of our needs. The manager even offered to take pictures for us , so personable. It was a very special day for me today after traveling from Florida to celebrate with Family members. Today could not have been any more perfect. Thank you ,

I ordered the Mom's Omelet. My wife has the Bowl of Grits w/cheese. We ordered a side of Bacon which was cooked to perfection. The coffee is is great. The service was excellent. It stated getting busy around 9am, but that didn't deter the staff.

The food is bland and entirely unseasoned, most likely to encourage guests to season their plates at the table in an effort to avoid anyone complaining their food is “too salty” or something similar. There isn’t anything on the menu that is particularly special, the menu lacks personality. It’s a very basic, inoffensive breakfast menu for anyone looking for something they could easily make at home but would rather not do the dishes. The location itself could be charming- it’s located in one of the old houses off the square, but unfortunately the space isn’t very well used. We were in a very small back room, which wouldn’t be an issue normally, but that particular dining area also doubled as a storage space for weird knock-knacks and stacks of unused wall art and old coffee cups that were clearly not in use but hadn’t been tossed out or sold. The dining space said in so many words what the menu said: this is a bland place with bland food. It wasn’t a “bad” experience, but for the fact that we were expecting a restaurant in the square to have more to say for itself. This is the type of restaurant you don’t remember because it was so unbelievably and remarkably “okay” that the experience is like a soft-serve ice cream machine at a low-budget buffet. The wait staff were friendly enough, though the “customer service voice” the wait staff used was stale and impersonal. Waiting tables is hard, and it’s even more difficult when you have to serve uninspired food that you can’t sell with genuine endorsement. I feel sorry for the waitresses. If you ever find yourself walking in the square and you get hungry but don’t want to remember what you ate or where you ate it, this is the perfect spot for you. PS- to the guy who wrote the review saying the shrimp and grits was “good”, you’re a liar and you should feel bad about yourself.

Amazing Lunch Experience! Raquel, the hostess, sat us quickly and promptly! Jay the bartender efficiently was able to pour me my craft beer. Our waitress was Katie and she was very attentive while having a full section, while the other waitress Jessica helped upkeep our table. Having known the Guillaume’s for years, they never disappoint with TOP NOTCH service & cuisine!!! I can’t wait for my next dining experience!!! Thank you for serving the community for 20 years!!!

Went to celebrate my son's 6th birthday. He wanted pasta and meatball out. So we went here and it will be the last time we do so. The food wasn't good at all. Bland, and I was afraid to eat my chicken. My husband's wasn't good either. Don't waste your money. The drinks were on point, and service was just okay. Pretty place, but there is better Italian in Newnan.

Absolutely beautiful place, comfortable setting, everyone was friendly, welcoming, eager to make the experience great. Love the lunch menu, can't wait to try dinner for date night. From the lunch menu, Vegetable Hash was delicious, Burger was a great portion, slightly undercooked for medium well, expected a little more "taste" in the burger (tenderloin & ribeye ground mix) with bar chips. French bread sliced with oil and spices was light, soft with a crispy edge, and delicious as well.

Over all a great experience. I went for my birthday. The staff was nice. The food was great. We had a waitress in training and she did great. She told us that they just opened back up so things maybe a little slow but that was no problem. They kept the appetizer and refills coming at a great rate. I definitely recommend and I’m happy they are opened back up

Good food as always IHOP: Terrible management. 30 minutes wait to sit, once sitted, server did not come to greed us until roughly 10 minutes later. Once I placed my order and received my drinks, I did not see my server again for 45 minutes. No water, no drinks left, no napkins. Terrible service. At this point, I even attempted to call the attention of another server as mine was nowhere to be seen and she ignored my calls. Then the table next to me sees my frustration and stated that his Server hasn't been around his table for 20mins after he got drinks. This isn't a server issue, This is a management issue. An entire section of the restaurant frustrated over the service and not a single person came by to ask how is everything going as a manager who cares for customer service.

Food tastes incredible, and the dining area felt comforting and relaxing. Price is a great deal given the quantity and quality. Would highly recommend for a solid dining experience. We had Olivia as our server, and she was amazing!

It took forever to get my chicken tenders my meal and everyone else’s came out and when we were done eating I still didn’t have my tenders when they brought them out they were burned! My waiter had been requesting to get them and once she got them again they were fine but it didn’t take nearly as long the second time!

We usually really enjoy this place but we were there yesterday and were very disappointed with the service. We usually have the Ultimate French Toast (or Pancake) Breakfast and are very pleased. We ALWAYS ask for the french toast (or pancakes) to be held until the end of our meal at every restaurant we go to because we like to eat it last, kind of like dessert, and we like it to be hot. This has never been an issue - not at Town & Country or any other place. The waitress seemed put off when we said that’s how we wanted it and said she didn’t think we could do that but said she see. When she brought our food, she brought the french toast at the same time as everything else and said that the cooks couldn’t do it because there were too many tickets. The restaurant was not overly busy when we were there and as I’ve stated, this is something we’ve never had a problem with in the past. She didn’t even come back and tell us it couldn’t be done and give us a choice to proceed differently. Other than that, the food was very good as usual.

Okay so I ordered breakfast, let's call it brunch. I ordered the sausage gravy biscuit & 3 pancakes with bacon. I requested bacon well done/crispy. I don't eat it otherwise. The pancakes tasted more like cornbread than pancake. The gravy was definitely from a mix & not a good one. The high light of the meal was the appetizer sampler with the homemade pimento cheese-that stuff is addictive!!! I doubt I'll be ordering breakfast again, I'll stick with their dinner menu cause it's always delicious & I'll definitely be getting the pimento cheese and crackers for an appetizer!!!

I went here this mornong forvtge first time upon my Sons recommendation. Absolutely fantastic . Hostess friendly giggly warm and welcoming. I saw Beef Liver and Onions on the menu,Lima beans too. Had to have it and beong from England.........damn they got it right. Great taste,great texture......would love more onions but not a negative. Love this cooking and Dark haired waitress superb. Will be back. Well done Chef. Liver was cooked perfect.

We both had turkey sandwiches and they were good but lacked veggies which made them a bit boring. The fries were full of flavor but I really needed a fork to eat them because they were very small pieces. I did overhear orders after ours & the patrons were obviously more familiar with the business requesting things that weren’t on menu, or dressing up sandwiches differently than what’s on menu, so I will likely try them again & request everything I want on the sandwich rather than just accepting how it’s typically served, very plain & almost naked. I also noticed that almost everything on the menu had bacon on it; considering their seemingly required requests to add on most typical sandwich veggies, you’d think they’d just have bacon as an optional side as well.

Great local attraction in the quaint downtown area of Newnan. It was a great experience from start to finish. The food was good, I had the chicken salad melt. The chicken salad is not drowning in mayo like a traditional sandwich, this one was more like shredded chicken on a grilled cheese. The sandwich was nice and hot just the way I like it. The fries were good too. The service is what really impressed me. The cashier took my order and eventually cleaned the table. The expo was great bringing out the food and making sure we enjoyed our meal. I will be returning in the near future.

Best BLT on Gluten Free Toast around! I go here because it's a short walk from my Newnan office but more-so because of the excellent BLTs! It's hard to find a restaurant that uses good gluten free bread AND great, crispy bacon. Redneck Gourmet gets 5 stars in both of these categories. :-)

We decided to stop in here just because it sounded interesting! The food is largely typical southern lunch fare. My husband got the club sandwich and some Brunswick stew. Both of them he liked all right, but they weren't the best he's ever had and they definitely weren't the worst he's ever had. I ordered a chicken salad scoop, a broccoli salad scoop and a macaroni salad scoop for my lunch. I was surprised when they came in these little bitty 4 oz cups. I was kind of surprised, because they weren't really scoops as far as I consider scoops! In the beginning I wasn't sure if it was going to be sufficient to fill me up. The chicken salad is more Savory in flavor. It is made with dill relish, so it has a slightly vinegary flavor and a slightly garlic flavor. It was pleasant to eat, but it is not your typical Southern chicken salad that tends to be creamier and often sweeter with grapes in it. So there was nothing wrong at all with the chicken salad, it's just different than any other chicken salad that I've had in a while. The broccoli salad was very good in flavor, although the sauce part was so runny that it dripped off completely, It was almost like eating raw broccoli with cranberries. The macaroni salad had cheese, pimentos, and peas in it. I ended up mixing the macaroni salad with the chicken salad and having a macaroni chicken salad. That was pretty good! I would order these items again and don't really have any complaints because the flavor was good. I was satisfied all right, but the very small "scoop" sizes also left a little bit of room to try their Kahlua Krunch dessert. The dessert was served in the same little 4 oz type of cup. It was actually a nice size for a little dessert treat without leaving their feeling stuffed. Overall, we enjoyed the Redneck Gourmet. We would stop in here again with slightly different expectations, and we would be happy and satisfied leaving.. as we were on our first visit. It's just not really what we expected with gourmet in the name. It's good solid southern food! 👍
