LOVE Gallery by Chele. We dined here for dinner a few years ago and also held our wedding here last month. Richelle is great to work with. The food is great, ALL our guests loved everything! Everyone forgot their diet that day jk. One dish that is absolutely unforgettable is their Kare Kare Bonbon. The Grilled Tenderloin, Octopus Laksa and Duck Pastrami board was also great. Will definitely come back for the experiential menu. I heard this time they really have you explore the place for some courses. So innovative, I’m all for it. Another thing I love about this restaurant is their art pieces. I adore their overall ambience and vibe and I’m always looking forward to their menu updates!

I recently visited Gallery by Chele and was blown away by the exceptional quality of the food and amazing service. We ordered their full course tasting menu. The dishes were all incredibly flavorful, with a perfect blend of everything. The portions were generous, and the presentation of each meal was as exquisite as the taste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they made sure that we had the best dining experience possible. Enjoyed almost everything on the 10 course tasting menu — particularly the dorado, the kare kare bonbon and the laksa inasal. Absolute perfection, so delicious and creative. IMO Michelin star quality food!

Having spent the better part of my working life in Singapore, I was particularly intrigued by their take on the laksa. It’s definitely not the same laksa you’ll find in Singapore and Malaysia. The thin broth is laksa, with the mildly spicy tang, but everything else has been improvised. There are no noodles. It also doesn’t have the typical toppings of shrimp, cockles and tofu. Instead, it has sliced octopus tentacles marinated and cooked the inasal way. Inasal is a uniquely Filipino cooking technique of soaking meat in, among many other combinations, a mixture of calamansi, pepper, coconut vinegar and annatto, and then grilling it over hot coals while basting it with the marinade. Did it work? It did for me, though hardcore laksa lovers may say, “No”.

Texas Roadhouse provided an outstanding dining experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, despite the busy atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed their Sirloin Steak with Shrimp, along with tasty sides of rice and corn and a side of salad. The wait time was reasonable, and their bread and nuts were a delightful treat. Despite the crowd and noise, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely return for a quick and delicious steak. Highly recommended!

Each time I am in town, I have at least one meal here. I enjoy their take on Filipino flavors with very slight tweaking in ingredients. I for example enjoyed their adobo lame, enough to want to try it myself. Honestly I came for the knuckles and it sure was good. Their Halo Halo was just okay, but maybe that is me talking after filling up with their main entrees.

Had a sumptuous dinner with our management team and guests . It is a great place to introduce good filipino tasting food like kinilaw, sisig, crispy pata, kare-kare and many more. The dessert called 'sekreto ni maria' is a must to try. The service was great, and the attedants were so responsive to our request and delivered fast. Before coming to the restaurant, you can pre-order, and food will serve faster when you arrive . The halohalo is also recommended for desserts 🍨. Come and visit the place. Though pricey but it is worth the great experience. 👍

Came here around 7:30pm for dinner and it was nice and busy, but didn’t have to wait long for a table. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food took a while to come out, but it might have just felt like that because we were super hungry. They had run out of bamboo rice and lamb adobo, but we had the chicken instead and it was still lovely. Overall, good experience!

This is a place I used to frequent with my local colleagues on work trips in the past. Because of the pandemic I have been unable to visit for a few years, but this time while on vacation with my family in Manila, I had to bring them to try it. We went for dinner, and found that they are still as good as I remember them to be. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the food. Service was also great, with very helpful and friendly servers, especially Kath, who was also great with the children. Even now that we are home, my wife still says it was the best meal of the 6 days we spent in Manila.

All the wines we wanted (3 different ones) were not available. Pizza was definitely not what it used to be at L'Opera or good by any standard. Service was absolutely terrible, the staff was having a party in the kitchen and forgot about us. I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and it was always one of my favorites so i am really very disappointed. On top of everything I found it quite expensive for what they offer. Manila offers many better options for Italian food.

Had the Solo sized Bacon carbonara, Ube Champorado, and a Raspberry "Arnold Palmer" drink all for 800 pesos. Service was okay but a bit slow. Portion sizes were quite weird. Taste was okay. Price point was affordable but then realized that service charge was not included in the bill. Was quite disappointed with the carbonara as many people recommended it. The pasta was overcooked and it lacked saltiness. The volume of the pasta was on the smaller side but filling nonetheless. Ube Champorado was great. Very hot and interesting to eat with the danggit. Loved the mixture of sweet and salty. It was huge and enough for 2 to 3 people. Not too sweet at the beginning but a bit too sweet after a while. You had the option of adding toasted coconut and condensed milk which was a nice touch. The "Arnold Palmer" drink was good as I didn't want a drink that was too sweet. Just make sure to mix the syrup in well. Staff were kind and helpful. Hope they can include service charge in the bill. Atmosphere: You might want to opt to be seated inside which could lessen the noise from the ground floor.

It's just one of those days when we had a sudden hankering for a good ol' hearty feast and our visit to Providore certainly satisfied those cravings ~ We tried the following: 》Crispy Seafood Mayo Roll | Fresh lemon & dill, romaine lettuce, remoulade sauce on a buttered brioche roll served with freshly fried chips 》Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta | 6-hour sauce, maligns pecorino and basil 》Grilled Pepper & Herb US Beef Belly | Mashed potatoes, chimichurri sauce and peppercorn au jus 》Lola's Beef Sinigang and Garlic Rice | Slow roasted US Beef shortplate, veggies and chilies 》Roasted Turkey Club | Crispy bacon, housemade coleslaw, herb omelette, double smoked bacon cranberry sauce etc on a french toast loaf 》Seafood and Rice Skillet | Fresh prawns, fish and squid in garlic, parsley, white wine butter & special spice served with creamy spinach pilaf 》Cookie Dough Cheesecake 》Ube Tres Leches Where do I even start? So pleased with our dining experience here from the delectable meals (we were so spoilt for choice) to the cosy ambiance and friendly staff. The dishes were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and packed with flavour. The meat/seafood were fresh and you could taste the quality of the ingredients used. The meals were prepared with utmost attention since the balanced flavours complimented each other. Totally impressed with the concept of the space which has a coffee bar, bistro, kitchen provisions, al fresco bar and a retail area with local artisanal products. They offer a wide array of dishes from authentic American meals to home-style Filipino cuisine so there's certainly something that would entice anyone's appetite.

Dropped by for a snack. Roasted turkey club is a must try. Arroz caldo is also good. Will go back to try other sandwich combinations and rice meals. Pastrami sandwich and Providore salad was also good. Dessert brownie ala mode is just okay. Skip the barbecue rice dish and seafood rice.

Me and my friend dine here, I ordered their bacon and egg breakfast meal and she tried their best seller Beef ribs. The food combinations were seasoned well and the flavors were balanced. You must try their Hazelnut cold brew, it was delicious 💙 We also got the chance to try their bread at 50% off and it was a sweet deal. Tip If you have a bpi visa signature card you can score 50% off on your meal (minimum of 2k or 3k), while using your BPI debit card can give you a 10% discount on you meal

Choose this place to celebrate my promotion and it was spectacular. I loved my stay here. The crew are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. We ordered quite a variety of viand and the one that stood out for me was the porterhouse steak. Its the best steak that I had so far. The ambiance is also top of the notch. I’m looking forward to visiting this place again soon.

I don't have bad comments to the food since it may depend on the chef on the day. Yesterday was quite disappointing. The server was poor. Talking tagalog the the other server about us (I'm a foreigner), the steak wasnt medium rare. The steak didn't look good compare what they used to serve. I'm quite disappointed and I feel that there is this limit when something comes to the Philippines. I see many negative comments about the servers. The restaurant management really needs to improve their staffs considering the service charge is more than PHP 1,200 - and you can clearly see their attitude depends on your and if you look well off. I sometimes dress casually since its just front my place, and I sometimes wear formally- and how they treat you is totally different. I'm leaving this comments since Its my one of my favorite restaurant but I wish the staffs are more professional - and learn how to interupt whenever they need to ask for assistance.

Found some food not usually served in buffets which is a pleasant surprise. The brisket, grilled seafood, tempura, sliders and soft serve ice cream are all worth tasting

Open only from 12pm to 3pm Sundays, extend on special days where there's a dinner service. This place is quality over quantity. Real time live kitchen, made to order per station. Been to a lot of buffets, this place is the best. We had a slight issue with one of the dishes and the head chef met with us to discuss how to improve. This place is serious about quality and it shows!

The service was excellent but the cost was very expensive for what you get. It was over 3000 and I would expect better quality food. The sushi was old and just starting to lose its color. The beef Wellington was very good taste but the meat was a little tough. The Filipino dishes were the best of everything but my favorite was the dessert of ice cream with caramel sauce. I also thought for the price, the selection was minimal. There are too many other buffets that are the same price or cheaper and would not recommend this restaurant. The ambience was awesome. It is very well decorated.

We just ordered set meals dinner with salad and your choice of your meal ranging from Asian to Western foods.Rather pricey and in small portions but if you order ala carte then it's larger portions!Overall taste and ambience compensate for the prices of foods. Set meals comes with a dessert.

Expectation vs reality. It’s a holiday so we were expecting a more unique and relaxing experience. Sharing the pictures of their service. Got a similar experience? Over-all, the serving portions are good for one person. Just straight forward food on a bowl and plate. We were amazed how fast the service at the start, but as you go along you have to strategize to ensure food gets into the table on time 😁 Hope to be back once there’s already a true buffet service after the pandemic. Maybe they can offer more in next visit, and I do agree with the other reviews - they can improve more.
