Friendly staff (Ms. Evi) 😊 and my food came fresh hot which accentuated its tastiness ❤️ Located in the basement of United Square shopping mall, you’ll find this McDonalds franchise near the Soup Restaurant and HoneyWorld. Aircon is just right at about 24°c with more than adequate seating capacity for an 8.45pm crowd 🌸 love the ambience tonight :)

Located at basement of United Square Mall. Standard Macdonald food and service level. Had 4 self service machines, food was served fast. There would always be a constant flow of customers. There was also MacCafe there. Great outlet to have a meal. Ample seating area. The area was also kept clean by the staffs. One of the better Macdonald outlets to enjoy your Macdonald meal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. it was rush hour for a while so understandable but when there was barely anyone left our orders still took a long time and when i tried to ask if our orders were done the worker snapped back before i could even finish and said “can you not see im trying to do stuff?!” terrible. my food only arrived after 50 minutes while my friend’s order arrived after an hour because they voided his order after he asked why it took so long as he was in a rush. would never come here again.

Ordered the cheese burger. Good to be able to choose whatever toppings you like on the list. As you can see in the photos the burger looks deflated, messy and soggy probably because of condensation due to it being wrapped in aluminum foil. The patty is thick and moist but the overall taste is just ok only. Given the $17 price tag, I was expecting something extraordinary but no wow for me. However, must say that the fries is pretty good.

Their signature cheeseburger is juicy, the patty is flavourful. You can choose what toppings and vegetables you want in your burger and I ask them to load it all in! Great Cajun fries and milkshakes too! I only wish they had a vanilla shake

Food was delicious and artery-clogging, which is exactly what you’d expect from Five guys. Both my friend and I ordered the double cheeseburger, with our own assortment of toppings. Service was great as your food goes from order to table within 8 minutes, even on a busy day. This outlet had a lively atmosphere, both on the inside and outside (it has outdoor seating). Overall it was up to standard and you can’t really ask for more.

Indoor seating was full when visited on 15 September 2023 just after lunch period, although there was no queue for ordering. Ordering was via over the counter and was straightforward and easy. Collected my food and drink shortly after. Overall a good experience.

There is not much to say really. If you are looking for a greasy, juicy and high-blood inducing burgers. I would 100% recommend this place, although the price is a little over the expensive side. You can never go wrong with a properly made burgers enough to get rid of that "fast food cravings" for at least a month after consuming this monstrosity.

I understand that it’s fast food but this is ridiculous food. It looks like a burger they probably made wrongly before and just pop it into the microwave to serve us. Entire wrapper was greasy, piping hot. Messy. Disgusting. Cheese fries tasted off, rancid or what we couldn’t figure out is the cheese that is off or the fries. I’m really disappointed, coming here waited 15 mins for the food yet this kind of burger came. Loss of appetite upon the look of this burger.

Ordered delivery. Chicken Sausage Croissan'wich with Egg Meal. A thin, flavourful but peppery chicken sausage topped with a slice of cheese in between a dense bread-like croissant with a well cooked egg omelette. Pancake with Chicken Sausage Platter Meal. Fluffy pancakes served with melted Lurpak butter and maple flavoured syrup. Iced Milo was diluted. Sprite was ok.

After the event at Taka, we were both hungry, so we decided to look for food and most places were already closed for the day. We finally ate at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Boon Keng as all the eateries at Boon Keng were already closed too. So, we had chicken burger 🍔 set with Spritz and 2 piece crispy chicken 🐔 set with Fanta Grape 🍇.

One of the SMALLEST and MOST UNpleasent outlet with the MOST UNmotivated staff! Food - 3 stars Service - 0 star (if there's such a thing) Atmosphere - 0 star (if there's such a thing) Date: 22 Oct (Sunday) Time: Around 5+pm (Yes, I wrote this down so that the management could track WHO were on duty! If they even bother...!) There were 2 counters 'opened'... A male staff was serving a lady in one, so I went over to the other counter - Thinking that the female staff will attend to me after she finished packing for the previous order. I stood there and waited. She obviously has taken noticed of me because I'm not that petti... I waited quietly. Then finally, when she had finished packing, she came over to the counter, flipped over the menu and said coldly, 'This counter is closed.' and pointed to the other queue... All without any emotion on her face. There was no apology. By then, I've already stood there patiently for around 8min! So I went over the other counter... The male staff was SO SLOW... It wasn't even a busy time!! The lady in front of me also gotten a bit impatient and said calmly, 'Just give me the stuff... I can pack myself.' She was trying to be nice... And it was my turn - He looked plainly at me with his dull eyes... I told him my order. He keyed in the order in the machine... All the while, there was not a single smile or warmth in the entire process... How like that? And these 2 are young humans!! I've not seen such unmotivated staff at KFC for a long time... So strange!! *Just a note - There's an old lady staff at the counter of Eastpoint Mall outlet who will receive all her customers with a big smile and warmly taking every order. When it's done, she'll say 'bye-bye' to all her guests and usually follow up with 'Have a nice day!'. - For God's sake, learn from your senior please! KFC - either you close down this outlet, or your management needs to look into the training for your staff at this outlet. Just a suggestion. I will try not to go to this outlet again as far as possible. Good luck!

Haven’t had KFC in a while. Bought this today for dinner and it was surprisingly not too bad. I opted to swap out my whipped potato for coleslaw. However, do note their standard is inconsistent. They always forget to include cutleries even when I request for it in my app order. Need forks to eat the cheese fries There was no queue before 6.30pm. Usually by 7, the queue would be quite long. Lady at collection/ pick up order counter can be quite hostile and rude.

The amount of cheese they give is so little. Even tho i ask for more and i said i am willing to pay for more cheese. And the sprite is just normal sparkling water there is no taste of sprite. COME ON LA WHAT IS THIS???? First time i order shortage of one chicken. This time give me sparkling water.

It’s a nice place just next to the BoonKeng mrt station and the bus stop. Never been inside the but pass by the restaurant pretty much everyday. There for I don’t know how their services are like so giving 4 🌟 based on the location and quietness. Maybe it deserves 5🌟 if they provide friendly and quicker response to the customers 😊👍

Had an amazing experience at this outlet today. This staff, went around on a busy Morning clearing trays, pushed a cart around topping up coffee and teas. (I have not seen this ever being done!) Ultra polite and friendly …. This is what made my Mc Donald’s meal an amazing one today!

Finally got to try the morning menu at KFC. Ordered the riser and egg burger set that comes with a hash brown and a cup of coffee. The scrambled eggs on the burger was freshly made to order. It provided an additional layer of fluffiness and texture for the overall bite. KFC is really upping their game for the breakfast meal.

Got six pieces of chicken to share. Have always enjoyed the original chicken but seems that it’s too salty for my tastebuds nowadays. After heating up the chicken the crispy one is still crunchy and good, while the original one couldn’t crisp up and had soggy skin.

Had the best experience from the service crew Sheyna tonight. She was very friendly, and when I didn’t order any drink, she asked me whether I wanted water. So thoughtful of her! She also asked me which part of the chicken I’ll like for my 1-pc chicken. 👏👏 Was having a light supper. Haven’t had KFC in ages. Sheyna even delivered my 1-pc chicken to me. She reminded me to be careful as it’s fresh off the oven, so, it’s very sizzling hot. The amazing service compelled me to write this review. The KFC original chicken tasted great and juicy! Love it!

Ordered the original rice bowl, all I got was rice, gravy and something masquerading as chicken. When you bite into those things, all you get is the coating, no chicken in it. When I approached the counter, I was informed it is chicken pop and they have no control over it. It comes in a pack and they merely cooked it. I was offered a replacement but I declined because it was going to be pointless as it was going to be the same. I gave 2 stars purely because the person in charged was sensible enough to agree to a refund. The environment was terrible in there, a crew was sweeping the floor beside me, dragging the metal chairs very loudly. No regard for people eating in there, I was not expecting fine dining experience but this totally unacceptable. Crew training on shop floor needs to be addressed. It was definitely worse than market eating.

Is it now common for KFC to serve half Breast chicken? The chicken appears to lack freshness and might have been reheated. It's disheartening to witness this, especially since KFC used to be my preferred fast food option. 😢

Despite its small size, this place is incredibly convenient. With two self-service order kiosks, you can quickly place your order. The food waiting time is impressively fast, and the LCD screens clearly indicate when your food is ready for collection. Don't forget to check for online coupons that can be redeemed at the kiosk – a nice money-saving feature. As for the burgers, they were absolutely awesome; Burger King never disappoints. Recommended!

Here to try their garlic burger and fries. It's one of a kind and also probably the "first of it's kind" in Singapore (as far as I know). Worth a one time try as the taste is alright, fries and taro pie is really good though. A little overpriced as the portions are considered very small.
