Waited so long for 1 hot fudge sundae, yes 1 only. When ask den they do. The restaurant floor was so dirty also. and my hot fudge sundae also looks like haizzz!!!

I intended to buy supper here at around 10:35pm on 17/4/2023 but i was shocked when i arrive and being told the shop was closed “due to maintenance”. As u can see from the photos, no notice or signage was up for such “maintenance” and am suspecting this is just an excuse for closing earlier. I was being told not in a nice tone as well. Totally disappointed in Mcdonald’s singapore service and please consider being u choose them as they will spoil ur day.

Have your breakfast, lunch, Dinner or snacks. Very fine, clean environment. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You will see a lot of crowd most of the time. But there always place for you. So enjoy have you Meal. 😋

Less vegetarian options to dine in. Though you must try S$1 vanilla ice cream cone. It tastes so amazing and delicious that will make you fall in love. Also, the place is cozy so you may take it out and enjoy sitting outside of City Square mall.

Probably the best bk fish burger I ever tasted here. Not too hard or overcooked it’s just right. Other bks their burger and meat is always too hard and taste bland. But this one is pretty flavourful. Fries is alright kind of on the soft soggy side. I love the burger and I hope it will stay this way!

Everything is not bad, and this is quite a quiet Burger King outlet. The generous cheese on the fries is commendable and worth applauding. Overall food tastes like your typical fast food restaurant, and is decent. The speed of service can definitely be improved. Prices so far with the deals are quite friendly. Burger King also cannot use ezlink card fyi

We had to drive back to collect the missing burger. It’s not the first time this has happened during our BK take-away. Happened at the ARC and Orchard Cineleisure and our orders were not event big. Imagine how frustrating it is to have to return to collect the missing items when you are hungry. BK management, teach your staff to count! Or to be more attentive at work!

I went to counter to order my food as im paying using cash. No one was there at the cashier. The Indian guy with tattoo saw me and did not take my order. Another guy went pass the cashier. When i nod to my head showing i want to order then he took my order. Hopefully the indian guy with tattoo have a better customer service.

Friendly staff (Ms. Evi) 😊 and my food came fresh hot which accentuated its tastiness ❤️ Located in the basement of United Square shopping mall, you’ll find this McDonalds franchise near the Soup Restaurant and HoneyWorld. Aircon is just right at about 24°c with more than adequate seating capacity for an 8.45pm crowd 🌸 love the ambience tonight :)

Located at basement of United Square Mall. Standard Macdonald food and service level. Had 4 self service machines, food was served fast. There would always be a constant flow of customers. There was also MacCafe there. Great outlet to have a meal. Ample seating area. The area was also kept clean by the staffs. One of the better Macdonald outlets to enjoy your Macdonald meal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. it was rush hour for a while so understandable but when there was barely anyone left our orders still took a long time and when i tried to ask if our orders were done the worker snapped back before i could even finish and said “can you not see im trying to do stuff?!” terrible. my food only arrived after 50 minutes while my friend’s order arrived after an hour because they voided his order after he asked why it took so long as he was in a rush. would never come here again.

Ordered the cheese burger. Good to be able to choose whatever toppings you like on the list. As you can see in the photos the burger looks deflated, messy and soggy probably because of condensation due to it being wrapped in aluminum foil. The patty is thick and moist but the overall taste is just ok only. Given the $17 price tag, I was expecting something extraordinary but no wow for me. However, must say that the fries is pretty good.

Their signature cheeseburger is juicy, the patty is flavourful. You can choose what toppings and vegetables you want in your burger and I ask them to load it all in! Great Cajun fries and milkshakes too! I only wish they had a vanilla shake

Food was delicious and artery-clogging, which is exactly what you’d expect from Five guys. Both my friend and I ordered the double cheeseburger, with our own assortment of toppings. Service was great as your food goes from order to table within 8 minutes, even on a busy day. This outlet had a lively atmosphere, both on the inside and outside (it has outdoor seating). Overall it was up to standard and you can’t really ask for more.

Indoor seating was full when visited on 15 September 2023 just after lunch period, although there was no queue for ordering. Ordering was via over the counter and was straightforward and easy. Collected my food and drink shortly after. Overall a good experience.

There is not much to say really. If you are looking for a greasy, juicy and high-blood inducing burgers. I would 100% recommend this place, although the price is a little over the expensive side. You can never go wrong with a properly made burgers enough to get rid of that "fast food cravings" for at least a month after consuming this monstrosity.

I understand that it’s fast food but this is ridiculous food. It looks like a burger they probably made wrongly before and just pop it into the microwave to serve us. Entire wrapper was greasy, piping hot. Messy. Disgusting. Cheese fries tasted off, rancid or what we couldn’t figure out is the cheese that is off or the fries. I’m really disappointed, coming here waited 15 mins for the food yet this kind of burger came. Loss of appetite upon the look of this burger.

Ordered delivery. Chicken Sausage Croissan'wich with Egg Meal. A thin, flavourful but peppery chicken sausage topped with a slice of cheese in between a dense bread-like croissant with a well cooked egg omelette. Pancake with Chicken Sausage Platter Meal. Fluffy pancakes served with melted Lurpak butter and maple flavoured syrup. Iced Milo was diluted. Sprite was ok.

Ordered through Foodpanda, the food quality of burgers were reasonable, as compared to McDonalds, though it is slightly more affordable. It was my favourite burger fast-food restaurant ever since 10 years ago! However, they should keep to their competitive edge of much larger burger size in the past, I would not mind paying higher for it.

Burgers were nice, although the guacamole sauce could be more. Staff were friendly except for this one uncle who treated the food and us disrespectfully. He "dropped" the basket on the table then pushed it to slide to us. Besides that, the atmosphere was nice to dine in.

Pop by to have a drink and order their fries too. Counter staff is kind enough to highlight my drink is non refillable. Their fries are marvellous .. hot and crispy and we really love it. Place is cosy and clean. Service staff is attentive too. Will come back to try their burgers soon.

Fast food restaurant with slow service. There was only 2 counter staff, 2 kitchen staff and 1 floor staff clearing tables on a weekend (10/6). Self-service machines were not operational in use. You will need to queue to place order, then wait again another queue to collect your food/drinks. Service was non existent. If you have the patience, go ahead. Else forget it. The restaurant won’t take the initiative to improve it.

After many attempts in the past to locate this particlar outlet, I finally found it after following a trail of "footprints" scattered along the corridors of the Kallang Wave mall this afternoon. The food and service is as good as all the other outlets in town.

Ordered twice from Grab and orders are always missing something - first was the chicken sandwich and second was the mashed potato. The chickens today were absolutely disgusting - felt like they have been double fried after being left too long (inside tough and outside batter soaked in oil). Whole family felt sick after eating the food.

this is my third time here and it’s been the same each time. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I’m never coming back. The chicken was tasteless. It was all cooked hours before it was served to be eaten. Dry. My kids had to force themselves to eat the fries. And didn’t even eat the nuggets. This is after riding our bikes from Papayo to the sports hub. And then roller skating around the dome three times. My kids dine out all over Singapore and they have a good appetite and eat all their food usually. I took one bite of the tender (blah) and couldn’t even find the meat on a piece of chicken that came with it. . The breading on the chicken is dry and overcooked. When I looked at the reviews for the past six months, there’s lots of bad reviews. The good reviews all seem to be fake reviews. Similar photo shots of the food glazed with Sauces. Overall, I’d have to say that this place is understaffed doesn’t have enough business poorly trained and doesn’t have enough turnover to satisfy or provide freshly cooked chicken. It’s definitely not Louisiana standard. And absolutely Singapore chicken standard.. :-( :-(

This is an average Popeyes branch which I realized is the only branch located somewhat in the East. They have closed down the Popeyes on Tampines and this is the closest one for the folks living in the East. I came by on a weekend and there was a steady crowd coming in periodically, even though the branch was not crowded. Most people will come in, finish their meal and leave, so you will be pretty much guaranteed a seat. There are quite a few teenagers visiting this branch, which is the demographic of the mall with the sports facilities close by. Staff service was alright, nothing to shout about. They were not friendly but not rude either. Just a normal fast food branch with run of the mill service. Food wise, it took a while for the fried mushrooms to be ready, but we were informed beforehand. The chicken was fantastic as usual and their mash potatoes are always a favorite. I will come back to this branch as it is the only branch located in the East.
