The experience was truly unforgettable. I hadn't set high expectations for the place or the food, but I was blown away. The service was exceptional – a cohesive and knowledgeable team. Our server had been there for an impressive 15 years! Opting for the 4-course prix fixe menu with premium wine pairing exceeded all expectations. The wines were paired exquisitely with our dishes; special mention goes to the champagne that arrived as a palate cleanser. The food itself was a work of art, bursting with flavor and evident attention to detail and quality. The dessert, a sorbet dish, was a revelation – its unique preparation led to an explosion of flavors in your mouth. As a delightful surprise, they treated us to an additional cake (a mini masterpiece) to celebrate my partner's birthday. It was both visually stunning and decadently delicious. Kudos to the Pastry chef, but honestly, the entire team at Daniel deserves applause for creating an exceptional and truly unforgettable dining experience. I awarded the atmosphere 4 stars, with no reflection on Daniel's part. The dining room offers an open setting, but unfortunately, due to a boisterous table of women, many of us experienced some visible discomfort. The volume of their conversation and screeching was quite noticeable.

Excellent fine French dining experience with very skillful and attentive service. All of the dishes we had were delicious and interesting. I was particularly impressed by the frog legs and the beef. The flan was a really great dessert as well - very flavorful and only minimally sweetened. It definitely deserves its two Michelin stars in my opinion.

The foie gras was phenomenal, and so I’d recommend getting this supplement. We chose the 4 course menu, which ended up being incredibly filling. Atmosphere is very much laid back and the lights got dimmer towards the end of the night. Service was top notch, but we were slightly disappointed that the madeleines weren’t as good as we had imagined. If they were served a bit warmer they would’ve been better.

I received very attentive service, they delivered a memorable fine dining experience that will definitely makes me want to visit again! Did the mention the bread basket, the assortments of the bread was definitely a bread lover heaven. The drinks was definitely on point…. The atmosphere was beautiful and the live singer while playing the piano offer a wide variety of 80’s music! Now let’s get into the butter cake…. It was everything and more!! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough for its food, hospitality, and atmosphere.

Our dining experience was extraordinary! Warmly welcomed when we walked through the door, seated immediately even though we were 45 minutes early for our reservation!! The food, presentation and service was exceptional from start to finish. Mastro’s steakhouse is absolutely beautiful inside - warm and inviting. I can honestly say it is the best restaurant I have ever been to, and look forward to many many more visits.!!! So many restaurants these days are so secure in their ratings that they no longer give quality service or food. They seem to take for granted that people will just keep coming back because of their ratings or reputation. Mastro’s is the best of everything ! This was the most refreshing and beautifully orchestrated dinner I have had in many many years. Definitely, you should try it, you will not be disappointed! BRAVO!!!

My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and as always we have a great time at Mastros. Our server was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and cooked to our liking. My husband ordered the ribeye, crab cakes, & mashed potatoes then I ordered the cold water salmon grilled with lobster mac n cheese. I can't believe I forgot to order veggies on the side. Next time god willing i will remember. Our Anniversary dessert was also good!

Came here on my 1YR anniversary. The only pictures I got so sorry in advance lol. The ambiance was very elegant yet friendly. Dim lighting to set the mood. My first time here and was blown away by the service. We got the NY strip, ribeye, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. This was enough food to feed 4! The serving size was not minimal which I loved because I came HUNGRY! The servers even served our sides right onto our plates and even packaged away the extras for us. The cheesecake was delicious. I would definitely come here for special dinners (bday/ anniversary) but you can also come here for a night out and enjoy drinks which was equally amazing. Mastro’s will be seeing me again.

I loved the atmosphere. It could be after work. Family. A date. It fits all. And the location has beautiful sites around. The whole street smelt like amazing food. The steaks were tasting. And honestly the Asian Fried Rice was a sleeper. It was one of the best sides!! Definitely a spot to check out. The waiter we had could’ve had more personality but other than that I’ll go back.

We visited numerous Michelin star restaurants in our New York City visit and all were great but Jean-Georges blew them all out of the water the food was spectacular service was personal and exceptional the sommelier was personable and accommodating the atmosphere was just beautiful the table lighting was beautiful and unique. My wife and I both agree on our last trip Jean-Georges was our favorite and exceeded all our exceptions. I would highly recommend and I want to thank the team for providing us a lasting memory and even allowing us a picture at the pass exceptional!!!

What a delightful experience. From the ambience and service to the food, everything was on point. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and we felt this was a very special experience. We chose the 10-course omnivore tasting menu and it did not disappoint. The only dish we didn't particularly enjoy was the squab. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were very interesting, but it felt too heavy as the ninth course and the flavor of the meat had a strong aftertaste. This, I'm sure is a matter of personal taste. I would have personally preferred the wagyu beef from the 6-course menu. The other nine courses, the amuse bouche, the special anniversary mousse dessert and the mignardises were all fabulous! The French and SE Asian flavors were delicate and complex at the same time, combining textures, temperatures and all four flavors plus umami. Just exquisite. Thank you for making our day so special. Shout out to our friendly server from Georgia.

I’m happy to see that Jean-Georges is every bit as good as it was when I was last in NYC with time for an exceptional dinner 9 years ago. It shines in every way and everything is without exception, exceptional. Perhaps in French one would say it’s magnifique! I met Jean-George’s brother Philippe and his daughter both of whom have a role in the tremendously great hospitality on display. It shows that you can be a two star Michelin restaurant and be warm and friendly with customers who prefer a convivial atmosphere rather than a formal one (not that there is anything wrong with that as Seinfeld might say—to each their own!). On my first visit I got to see Burt Reynolds at the table next to ours. On this visit I got to meet Philippe. Maybe next time I will meet Jean-Georges himself and then I can tell him personally how much I’ve loved his restaurants and that I remember and miss Vong from a long time ago.

The View was a beautiful place with a very lovely view of the city especially at night. The food was amazing too, there were 4 courses including dessert and the presentation was very nice. There was also a show on the table before every course with a tiny chef and it was very fun to watch. Not only was the food, view and presentation great but all of the workers are so kind and generous with the amount and food too.

My boyfriend made reservations months in advance for my birthday dinner at Le Petit Chef. The restaurant is located in the Marriott Hotel on the top floor. We took the elevator all the way up; it was crazy, went up so high our ears popped. (47 Stories above Times Square) Upon arrival they welcomed us with a glass of champagne. They told us to arrive 15 minutes earlier and we were there about 8 minutes after. Some people had gotten small bites of food but our group didn’t receive any. We waited in a small room before going into the main dining area. We were able to take pictures but the lighting inside wasn't the most flattering. Soon after they escorted us one by one to our tables. They gave us bread rolls with olive oil and butter. The butter they gave was a bit ghetto. They kept it in the packaging like they would at a basic diner. The bread looked good but tasted stale. We asked the server to get us a new batch. The lights went a little dim and the show started. We all had our own individual projection screens pointing at our table. Before every course the (mini animated chef) would prepare the food in front of us. Each course felt like it had a 5 minute show. The first course was Burrata and Maple Kabocha. Presentation was very pretty, the burrata was good, and I especially enjoyed the mini balls of what tasted like vinegary/sweet flavor. The only thing was that it was very simple. For the price they are charging per person there should have been a little more to the plate. They sliced up plain apples and frisee with no dressing on it like rabbit food. Each course got paired with a specific wine, the one they gave us paired very well with the salad. The second course was Maine Lobster Risotto. Show was cool; I loved how immediately after the show ended the servers came out ready. The risotto unfortunately was cold and had a small portion. I could honestly say we finished the entire plate in 3-4 bites. After they served the risotto a server came around to the whole restaurant with black pepper. By the time he came to our table to ask us if we wanted any, we were already done. The taste was good but nothing special, maybe i’m just not a lobster person. The wine they served with this course also paired very well. The third course (MY FAV) was Beef Short Ribs. Meat was so soft there was no need to use a knife. Everything on my plate was very tasty, especially the sauce they put on top. I wish there was more. The only thing they could have kept off of our plates were the charred broccolini. Left a bad bitter taste in my mouth so we pushed those to the side. Compared to the other two courses this was a better sized portion. They also served a great red wine to pair with the steak. For dessert which was my second fave they gave a deconstructed mix of different items. It was a Matcha Coconut Espresso Fusion. In the bowl there were small pieces of chocolate, ice cream, crunchy coconut, marshmallow, matcha, raspberry and topped off with a warm espresso ganache. Was plated beautifully in a clear glass bowl. They even came out with a candle and Happy Birthday written on my plate. All in all it was a very different and cool experience. I’ve always wanted to come to a restaurant like this so I was happy I got to try it. The servers were very sweet and attentive. They even offered to take pictures of us together throughout the night. Would I be back? Probably not. The price you're paying is not worth the food you're eating. We left there pretty hungry still. Also wish the lighting inside was a bit darker so you can enjoy the presentation more. Still appreciated the show and effort. P.S. You guys should re-model your restrooms, for such a nice restaurant an upgrade is necessary.

My boyfriend took me there for fine dinning experience and without a doubt it’s one of those one time experiences you need to have. Since it was a surprise I had no idea that it was a virtual reality show that needed to start at the same time for all guests. Nevertheless I called the restaurant because we were running 10min late with all the traffic in Times Square. And they were waiting on us to start the show. The view was amazing, the service was amazing as well. And the food was very good too. I was too full to finish my third course but I wish I could of eaten it all. The dessert was the best I have ever had and they added a special message for our anniversary which was a nice touch. They also offer you a wine to pair with every course so three glasses of wine. The whole experience is very unique and outstanding. The pictures doesn’t do justice to what we experienced.

Interesting concept. The room rotates 360 as you dine in. Menu is prix fixe during out visit. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy during our visit. What luck. Food was good, but did not live up to the price tag. Service was definitely top notch. My family had a great time. Fortunately, the sky cleared up on the way home, and we caught the sunset. Will revisit again, but next time, probably just the buffet.

Came as a fan of Chef Boulud. My family had a reservation for 3 on a Friday night to celebrate two birthdays in the family. The menu is a three course tasting menu for $145. I don’t believe there’s an a la carte option. They give you a generous bread basket and an amuse bouche before the first course. For first course, we had the pomme de terre with Spanish mackerel, yellowfin tuna, and the pulpo. All were delicious but the octopus was the best of the three. For second course, two of us got the duck and one of us got the steak. Duck was perfectly cooked and good portion size. I didn’t try the steak but it came with a puff pastry with some foie gras and shiitake mushroom filling - overall the looked a bit heavy. Plating was beautiful. For dessert, we had the apple strudel, noisette, and chocolate biscuit. The noisette had a beautiful presentation, but the chocolate biscuit was a perfect combo. The Apple strudel came in some cream that wasn’t super complimentary to the flakiness of the strudel in my opinion. They also give you a selection of pate a choux at dessert- which were delicious! I wish they had Boulud madeleines though. Service was very attentive and the dining room is modern and beautiful. Overall I’m not sure it’s exactly worth the price tag considering other Boulud restaurants we’ve tried but we had a great experience! Thank you to the team at Le Pavillon.

Had a reservation for 9:30, but they were running a little behind. We went the bar to get a drink and our table was available shortly after. Lots of great choices on the menu- seafood, meat but also vegetarian options. All the dishes that came out were not only delicious, but also nicely presented. Service was friendly and professional - could have been a bit more polished at times, but nothing to really complain about. A beautiful dinner and will be back.

This is one the of finest dining experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable filled with light and greenery. The service team was outstanding, we had several servers and each one was kind, personable and enthusiastic about our experience. The food. Oh the food. Beyond exceptional. I can’t wait to return… from the delicious bread and butter - the wine, and every single bite through to dessert. Outstanding. We enjoyed the poached white & green asparagus salad, Wood fired octopus, Wild mushroom girella pasta ,Grilled black bass and the Chocolate noisette. This was a meal I will always remember.

We had lunch a Le Pavillon as part of my son's 21st birthday celebration trip to NYC. Le Pavillon was our first stop and it lived up to the hype. We had an 11:45 a.m. reservation and were the first table. Looking through the empty restaurant was an unexpected treat. The restaurant quickly filled up. The bread service was delicious and I felt like a kid when my parents warned me not to eat too much bread or I wouldn't eat my food. To start, I had the mezcal | mangue. I ordered the Wood-fired Octopus as my 1st course and the Black Truffle Sea Bass as my main and finished with the Hazelnut Chocolate. They were all delicious and I can't wait to try Le Pavillon for dinner. This was my sister's and my niece's favorite meal of the entire trip.

Amazing creations, impeccable service, very good wine list and a cozy atmosphere. I've tried a lot of Michelin star restaurant in NYC that, to my opinion, did not deserve their star. This one: make it all worth it. L'Appart was an incredible experience all dishes were perfectly prepared and very tasteful. The staff was welcoming and polite, taking the time to pay attention to every detail. I could describe each plates and their flavours but I would rather say: try it for yourself it's worth the experience!!! The maître d'hôte took the time to communicate with me to verify if any of the guest has allergy or food restriction (really appreciate that!!!) therefore I was delighted to try a different dish for my shrimp allergy.

Phenomenal from start to finish. It has been almost 2 months since my visit and I still daydream about some of the dishes we had at L’Appart (the ramps gnocchi will go down as one of my lifetime favorite dishes). I eagerly wait for the new menu to be posted every month and can’t wait for an excuse to return! Perfect for a date night, special occasion, or just to treat yourself! This restaurant is somewhat difficult to find. It's inside Le District at Brookfield, tucked away in a corner next to a grocery store area that has been closed down since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. You have to go through Le District to get to it; they don't let you through the grocery store. The dining experience was wonderful. The ambiance was very calm and quiet, which I personally prefer. The tasting course was tasty and well executed with only minor issues: - The portion of the first course -- caviar with bread -- was pretty large. I wished it to be smaller in portion so I can ease into the meal. - There were two desserts: one heavy and sweet, one light and acidic. I wished to finish with the acidic one. Maybe they could add a small separate palate cleansing course after the cheese course. Every dish was good but the quail for me was the highlight of the course. It was absolutely succulent, and everything on the plate worked together to pack flavors into each mouthful. The service was good but had some issues: - We couldn't finish much of the cheeses during the cheese course and wanted to take them home. They took them to the kitchen to pack. We had forgotten about it when we were leaving. They never brought out the cheeses or stopped us to wait. - Our table had two servers. Both were fine but one of them was more friendly than the other, and I wished the other one was just as so. At the end of the caviar course, the not-as-friendly server said "you're not going to finish the caviar?" in a disapproving tone. He probably didn't mean it but it just came off condescending. These were minor issues but I expected a more flawless service at a pricy, Michelin-starred restaurant. Despite these hiccups, the experience was positive. They change the menu frequently so I'm looking forward to what they come up with next!

You almost can never go wrong with a Capital Grille. I've been to this establishment in Midtown a number of times over the years and have always had a consistent experience all the way around. This is Capital Grille's nicest location in Manhattan, in my opinion, and a great place to hold a private lunch or dinner meeting.

The Capital Grille was nothing short of amazing! From the first interaction to the last, my husband and I were pleased with our experience. He picked a great restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Foods, drinks and service were outstanding! We were seated in a small dining room and our table was set nicely. Although the restaurant was quite busy, it felt so intimate. Heron G. literally put the icing on the cake with his dessert gesture and overall great service the entire evening.

The food and wait staff were over the top. We started with the lobster bisque with whole chunks of lobster claw and a French onion soup, we also had the 6oz Fillet with the mini lobster tails, cut filet with onions and mushrooms, the expresso encrusted steak was out of this world.. all steaks were cook from black n blue to medium rare and were cooked to perfection as we ordered them, for sides we had the lobster Mac n cheese had chunks of claw meat, potatoes , and the soy Brussel sprouts in bacon, the were amazing. The cocktails.were also on point with a very extensive wine list would recommend for a date night or special evening

Delany was AMAZING! So was the manager. Had a huge mix up with my party going to the wrong address and they took GREAT care of me. Super classy place, great calming classic steakhouse atmosphere. I can’t want to actually have a meal here. The menu looked timeless and the service was impeccable. Definitely try out capitol grille if you’re in the city :)
