We were in town for a weekend, so we a bite from La Pita as it had great reviews. Good sandwiches at decent prices. I loved the 2 Falafal wraps we ordered. Service was quick. There was a weird smell inside the place when i went in to place the order, so I gave a lower rating on the atmosphere. It was a short visit, so I'm not fully sure what was wrong.

The food was full of flavor and delicious. My service was poor, and I was over charged. The server didn't charge me the special price on the entree and that was why I ordered it, because it was supposed to be cheaper. She never refilled my drink and I waited 10 mins on to go bags and containers. No attention to details. I will order take out from here but I will not dine in again.

Our family has been eating here for many, many years. I went to say 10+ years, if not more! La Pita has always stood out in my opinion, of the many Arabic cuisine restaurants located in downtown Dearborn. The reason being, is that they have always, from day one, carried a certain standard in everything that they do. The way the tables are presented, how the food tastes & the exceptional service every time you go in to dine or even to grab carry out. It’s truly an authentic atmosphere & always a delicious meal. As soon as you walk in, if you are graced by the owners beautiful daughter, Dina, she will greet you with the most genuine smile & her hospitality makes you feel right at home. Please check out La Pita if you are in town, you will not be disappointed!

We were invited to an event in that banquet hall. What blew me away was how delicious the food was!!! Excellent veggie dishes, excellent grilled chicken, excellent meat, excellent dessert bites! Delicious Mediterranean and Middle Eastern style stuff. Their hummus is delicious! It's a nice hall for a medium size event. They have a small stage and large built-in speakers. Comfortably took about 100 people. Service was very on-point.

The BEST garlic dip and pita bread I ever had! Came all the way from VA to have some Mediterranean food and this place was amazing. Not only was the food fantastic the service was excellent and the staff super friendly! 1000/10 would recommend! Photo of the combo shawarma plate after I started eating.

Reasonable prices and big portions. We ordered the combo mix for $40. it came with rice , salad and bread. We ordered also a flafel plate and it came with baba ghanog and garlic sauce. we ended up paying less than $60 for all you see in the pictures. The owner is kind and very welcoming. However, i wish the bread is baked by a professional and the meat is cooked evenly. some piceses were burnt or undercooked. Falafel is so huge that you feel heavy eating them. making them smaller will be better, and get fried better

We were here on a Saturday in between lunch and dinner rush. The customer service was exceptional! The employees were friendly and genuinely happy to serve. The food was amazing! A true taste of Arabian cuisine. Furthermore, the portions were very large, and we took quite a bit of food to go. Would recommend!

OMG the portion sizes are amazing and you definitely get your money's worth. The salad is amazing and their fries are the right amount of krisp. The guys are super nice and helpful. They even wrapped my container to go for me because I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. This is one of the best places I've been by far. They made sure everything was good and I was satisfied. They are family oriented and a great place to go. You will be able to eat many meals off of one dish. Their bread was fresh and hot and delicious and I even got a cute lil heart which was perfect for mine and hubby date 😍 recommend by a friend Groves and will definitely be coming back

Atmosphere was fun and history rich pertaining to Detroit/ Henry Ford. The uniforms were an awesome throwback. The service and food were pleasant. I favored the French onion soup made with guinness and the bacon marmalade from the smoked brisket but end melt. I wasn't so crazy about the Firestone shrimp, just average. There was a variety of drafts and canned beer. They offer happy hour specials on drinks/beers. Apparently, they also have a Sunday special brunch!

Very enjoyable experience. Food was fantastic. From the shop uniforms to the napkin rings to the gas pump door handles to the tire restroom sinks. Food portions and quality are excellent. Staff was friendly but definitely rushed a few extra employees might help. Wait time for food and refills was a touch longer than desired but will be back!

Did not realize how close it is to the airport. Such an amazing environment. A choice of a Model T or Model A bar. Huge selection of craft beer and alcohol. The napkins are shop towels with hose clamps for napkin rings. Food is nice for “bar food”. Nice selection of apparel. But please add stickers! Staff was courteous and efficient. The bathrooms are amazing! Definitely worth a stop!

This was a very cool and unique restaurant. I loved the atmosphere, and all the older Ford cars and decor that surrounded the place. They had indoor and outdoor seating. A variety of craft beer (got my flight sampler) and the food menu was amazing with a lot of options too! I'd definitely recommend coming here with family or friends!

Our party of six tried a number of menu items - the burger was excellent, salads were average, homemade salad dressings were outstanding (we tried three - the shrimp & Gorgonzola, the chop shop & the Cobb). Favorite appetizer was the famous Firestone shrimp - OMG - so good. Also everyone loved the Mac & cheese. One in our party said it was their best Mac and cheese ever. Service was slow and the place was packed at 5pm with a 30 minute wait. And this place does not take reservations. Time your trip accordingly. Cute atmosphere and fun touches, like the door handles made out of gas pumps & napkin rings made out of engine clamps. Fun for all.

So, WOW! Food is great here! I had looked at the menu online, and thought that it was a little expensive, so I was going to go elsewhere. But I had to visit another store in the strip mall, and was at the point where I don't care, I just want dinner. Well, now I see why the price is what I consider a little high. It's enough food for two people. When the server brought out the large salad that came with the Shawarma plate meal, I knew it was going to be more than I could eat. When the actual dinner came out, I definitely thought the price wasn't bad then. The food was very good, and the service was also very good! The ladies who work there are super sweet too. The lamb was very tasty and cooked properly, the salad was fresh, and the basket of pita bread that was brought at the beginning was hot and fluffy. If I'm back in the area again, it will be a return visit for sure! I had enough leftover for lunch today. Highly recommended, you won't be sorry.

I ordered chicken shush kafta and every other time I e ordered it came with 2 whole kebobs but this time it came with one Kevin cut in half to make it look like 2. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after arriving for my order and for them to get there system back up to pay with a card. I checked my order for missing items but didn’t think to put my hands in the food and flip the kebobs over to see if they were full kebobs. Like who would think to do that? But you have to at this place. When I called back I told them abt the situation and they told me to provide pictures of my food, it was late so I said I would be in tomorrow with pictures. I then made a review, with pictures, immediately after that so this is my second review. I called in the next day to find out if I could be refunded for my food because I submitted the pictures and they could see for themselves the problem, but they already knew they problem because they intentionally tried to deceive me. I was told no refund at first and they would make me 1 kebob for the missing one. I told them that’s not good enough because I ordered extra rice and garlic because I was expecting 2 kebobs. Then I was told after talking with multiple people that they would call me back in 15 minutes after they talk with the manager. After waiting 45 minutes I called back and was told they hadn’t heard back from their manager but would call back that same day as soon as they heard back. Well they never called. But today they called me to confirm an order that was placed for tomorrow, of course they called the wrong number. I told them that and reminded them that they were to call me back abt my refund. They placed me on hold and of course they hung up. This place sucks because what they did was intentional and deceitful and then not wanting to refund after all this is crazy.

Last week was my first time here. Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the Shawarma chicken and lentil soup and it was absolutely fantastic. Service was super fast, food was fresh/excellent and price was on point. The staff are very friendly. The shop is spotless, atmosphere is chill and they have a solid parking lot. Overall this shop will be my official go to spot for Mediterranean food.

I ordered delivery through Seamless and everything was right on time. The food was amazing. I ordered chicken saute, side of sauteed mushrooms, and the sampler platter. Came with a bag of different breads. All of it was very good.

The lamb dish, while flavorful, left me feeling shortchanged. For $35, I received a mere 6 ounces of meat accompanied by an excessive amount of bones. To make matters worse, this wasn't my first visit; I had expressed my concerns about excessive bones on a previous order. I can't help but wonder if they were mocking my request. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to Sheeba. Never again!

Sheeba has been my favorite place for lamb and rice. The quality of the meet is so good and the green and red sauces go very well. Customer service is a hit or miss, they definitely need to work on their customer service. Overall highly recommend this place

For long time I wish to eat Yemeni food. This restaurant is the best one to every one like Mandi rice or samosa ( sambosa ). The food was very delicious specialty the rice & the meat wether chicken or lamb. The restaurant very neat & decorated with beautiful pictures about Yemen and their culture. The staff are very friendly & neat. Good location & parking lot.

This place never seizes to amaze! The food is always on point and better than the last visit! Literally everything on the menu is delicious! The staff is courteous, kind, welcoming, and friendly. The personnel that helped us yesterday was named Abbas. He did such a phenomenal job whether it be his suggestions on the entrees to making sure our experience was perfect! Awesome guy!

We ordered Shawerma plate, Tray for 2, Fahsa, Hummus and salad. The food tasted good and salad dressing was amazing... Place is huge and there is room and plenty of space for everyone... Place is considered clean taking into consideration construction & renovation work that is going on. Waitress super friendly and nice with very quick service... one take on that is I believe its a bit more expensive compared to competitors in the same industry

Authentic Syrian cuisine. A sweet syrian couple are running the place and they have many delicious dishes. Cherry kabob was amazing. They also have some exotic dishes (for average Americans) like stuffed lamb stomach and braised lamb head. It is absolutely amazing but not for the faint of heart LOL.

Seriously wow. Finally something truly authentic and a different menu compared to all the other Mediterranean restaurants with the typical kabob and Shish menu. We tried the lamb head the makadem fatte and masareen. So delicious absolutely phenomenal very clean and done professionally. It’s diffidently a place where you come to indulge and not count calories. The kitchen and the staff were absolutely sweet. The place needs a little updating on the inside but other than that it’s probably the best taste of Mediterranean food in Dearborn and we almost tried all of them. We will definitely come back every time we visit.
