Excellent restaurant for seafood and landlubbers alike. Good menu offerings of seafood dishes and other American fare. I recommend "The Skipper," a serving of Grouper over a bed of rice - delicious and in perfect proportion. Depending on where you sit, your meal is brought to you by "Captain Bluebeard," a pre-programmed robot which plays a lively tune as it approaches so you know it's there. A server will move the plates from the robot to your table, and the robot will bid you goodbye. It has a sensor on it that prevents it from running into anyone, so no worries about getting run over. A camera man will come by and offer to take your picture and later present you with his framed shot of your party for purchase. Nice guy, but I found it disruptive if you're just looking to sit and relax. The atmosphere is interesting as there is a lot of blue lighting to give you the sense of being underwater. A large-screen TV plays a looping video of a shoreline through an opened window to enhance the "Dockside" theme. Friendly staff and the food was VERY good! Worth a visit.

The robots are fun and the kids mocktails are very cool. The food was only mediocre. My son got the catfish and it was good. I had the coconut shrimp and I would definitely pass on it in the future as it was definitely from a frozen bag and the sauce was basically yogurt. I did really enjoy the twisted mermaid cocktail 😍.

We came for the food due to great reviews and we were not disappointed! The Lady of the Lake salad is a must try. We really enjoyed visiting with our waiter, Jeremy and he took fantastic care of us. This is a quality family place for good eats and we loved the music and atmosphere.

Place was awesome. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Portions were huge, definitely had to take some home. Glasses are large, so less times asking for refills. Got the gator bites, eat 'em hot and they are fantastic. There was a gentleman taking pictures of you and your party, goes and prints the picture, puts it in a frame for $20. He's a great photographer, our picture turned out amazing. So I bought it! Overall a great experience. 👍

For sure our favorite place to eat as a family!!! Their crabs legs, cat fish, boil is to die for!!! Ivan hands down is an amazing waiter with top notch customer service as well and Melissa!! The tartar sauce is the best I’ve ever had!! Pretty sure it’s homemade 💕 you are missin out if you don’t stop in here!!

McFarlain's is a local restaurant that should be a must on your list. The restaurant from the outside is nicely themed to the area. The service was phenomenal as the waitress didn't miss a beat. They start you with the Honey Cornbread, which is amazing. We had the fried chicken and pot roast. Unfortunately we were so hungry and it looked and tasted so good we forgot to take a photo. The food tasted just like mom would cook. It was tender, hot, and cooked to perfection. We were full but couldn't pass up the fresh baked pies and cobblers that make fresh daily. We had the peach cobbler made with fresh, not canned, peaches as well as the chocolate cream pie. Both were fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about our visit today. Not one negative thing to say. Highly recommend that if you're in Branson, you make McFarlain's one of your dining choices.

We arrived here thirty minutes before closing, cutting it close, but hostess and waitress were nice as could be and promptly sat us down. We found what we wanted on the menu and before you knew it we were being served. I got a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries while the wife ordered a BLT which she said was one of the best she has ever had. Our friend ordered fried chicken, a portion he had to bring some home, while his wife ordered a BLY as well. We ordered, ate, and was out the door by 8:05. It was a nice dinner and we were not rushed or anything.

This is a nice restaurant. I had the meatloaf, coleslaw, and green beans, which was good. The fried green tomatoes were great. They also served a honey cornbread, which was good. Our waitress Adriana was great. The atmosphere is really comfortable and the rest of the staff was very friendly. It is located inside the McFarlain's entertainment center with Imax theater and shops all indoors. Nice place to visit.

Holy SMOKES this food is AMAZING!!! Eat here and some cute shops inside too. Fried Green Tomatoes are only good with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch and BOY if you are a Ranch lover come here! Food really was fantastic, service was Eh. Had to ask to warm up the corn bread. Server took it back, warmed it back up then forgot to bring it back. When we asked about they brought it back, cold again.😂 Also… we didn’t get our drinks refilled. The food was amazing! The service was lacking. I still tipped over 20% though.

This was my first visit to McFarlain's Family Restaurant since COVID. The restaurant is located inside a shopping complex. The parking lot is on a hillside. There is a covered loading and unloading area at the entrance. We were seated without a wait, and our waitress greeted us promptly. Staff was friendly. I had McFarlain's Legendary Fried Chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes. In my opinion, the fried chicken was slightly over-cooked and had a bit too much pepper. The honey cornbread was delicious but was a "drier" texture than pre-COVID. The whipped butter was amazing. Apparently, purchasing a loaf of cornbread to go is no longer available. Overall, it was a good meal. I just didn't make any "Hm-m, that's so good" noises. I'll probably go to Billy Gail's the next time.

Four of us went here on a Sunday, 8/6/23. We were two couples, so we shared a dish and appetizers. We ordered yellow chicken curry, pad thai (chicken), shrimp rolls and chicken satay as appetizers. Our waiter was friendly and prompt except when it came time to clear our table and bring the check. Everything else was excellent! The satay was what you would expect. The shrimp rolls were something I'd never had; Shrimp & cream cheese wrapped in a spring roll wrapper and fried. Different, but good. Both the yellow curry and pad thai were as good as any I've had anywhere else. The only thing I would nit-pick is the broccoli in the curry. I've never seen that before and it's not my thing. Easy enough to pick it out though. All in all, it will definitely be a place we give our repeat business to. Also, they give a 10% discount to veterans.

The service wasn’t great. It took awhile for them to acknowledge that we needed to be seated. But the food was great, which made up for it. Great portion sizes!! It lasted 2 meals for us. Would definitely eat here again.

Ordered Shrimp Pad-Se-Eww to go. The place was nice and clean on the inside. It was kind of pricy, more than Thai Kitchen which is around the corner pretty much and taste more authentic. The place was not that busy and the food was good.

Enjoyed a late dinner on a Saturday night. Wait was 10min. Service was excellent, waiter did an above par job of engaging our very tired and grumpy children. 4 stars because server was a bit pushy about my order and was trying to get me to order a steak. It had a been a busy day and I was a bit nauseated and exhausted from the day out in the heat. My appetite was not down for a steak but a light salad and some soup sounded amazing. Thats what i ordered and glad I did it hit the spot. Steaks were cooked just how the family like them. The Mango margarita was good according to my husband. Kids meals were $9.99 9oz sirloin and shrimp $25. The table did have a ting of I was wiped down with a really dirty rag smell. Over all we would dine at again.

Had an exceptional dinner last night at long horn with my family! Kenny was are waiter and was incredible so friendly and always kept are drinks full. And was just overall an amazing waiter. As for the food I was really taken back I hadn’t been in so long. And I forgot just how amazing it was. It was so fresh and great quality. I really enjoyed are visit there.

LongHorn is a great place to eat steak and everything on their menu that I have tried so far has always tasted excellent. The service is prompt and professional and it is a nice atmosphere. The spicy chicken bites especially are very good. The second time we visited, we had a wonderful experience with our server, Ashton. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back again!

I came under the assumption that I'd just have a steak and baked potato, but found a few other options after pulling up their gluten free menu online. I decided to try the grilled shrimp, and had to order it without the rice pilaf after the waitress told me that it wasn't gluten free. Regardless, I enjoyed my dinner. The sweet potato was so good, and there was something like lemon juice coating the steamed broccoli florets. It had a different taste, but it didn't make the vegetable inedible.

I always look for small local places during my travels. Some small restaurant owned by mom and pop or hole in the wall. This time we discovered this absolute gem in Silver Dollar City. Foodies, you must visit Mel’s Hard Luck Diner. It’s a cute little place with live singing. The waiters and waitresses sing and they do it between taking your orders. It’s not a place to have a serious conversation but to sit back, relax and enjoy. Even our daughter (3 years old) had a great time 🙂 The portion sizes are good and so delicious 😋 it’s a small local place and worth going. I had a chicken steak dinner with mashed potatoes, bread, gravy and sweet corn. My husband had a Philly cheese steak sandwich and our daughter had her favorite hot dog 🌭 with fries 🍟 We shared the dessert and it was so huge that it took every inch of our belly and will power to finish it 🙂 #lifewithoutalu

We stopped in here for dinner and discovered the waitresses and waiters take turns singing songs. We were greeted at the door and promptly seated. The food was good; we had onion rings as an appetizer which was very good. I got the Philly cheesesteak while the wife ordered the catfish. It was all prompt and was delicious. Then we got dessert….

Love stopping here when we are in town! The food is fairly lowkey, but GOOD! The atmosphere is so fun and energetic and the staff could not be friendlier or more down to earth. Always feels like we are getting a great taste of the hospitality and charm of the Ozarks when we stop here.

Very friendly staff. Our waiter was fantastic. The staff all take turns singing while you eat. They have all kinds of memorabilia on the walls. Food came out fast and was very good. My wife and I had the patty, and our son had the chicken sandwich. The dessert was even better. We had the lava cake, carrot cake, and the 2 scoop sundae. Very family friendly. Would highly recommend.

This place will never disappoint. The thick, juicy, beautifully cook burger, golden and beautifully crisped fries, the music, the staff, the desserts and the big screen. Makes me wish I were alive back then but yes, they are their own burger attraction in Branson!!!

Excellent steak house set along the river at The Landings in Branson. The facility offers indoor and outdoor seating and has a separate room from the rest of the restaurant for a more-intimate experience as well. There is a full-stocked bar with additional seating, if you prefer. You can find a variety of local and national beers, wines and other spirits. The food menu has several signature dishes and I especially recommend the steak! (My wife loved the ribeye). The plate dinners include sides, such as seasonal vegetables. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

I was surprised with the level of communication amongst the staff here. After telling them about my gluten allergy, our waitress informed the manager on duty and she came to the table to speak to us. As they don't have anything labeled gluten free on the menu, the manager lists off everything that can be made gluten free. They do have a dedicated fryer, so I was able to have their French fries. They were well seasoned and crispy. I tried the clubhouse sandwich on gluten free bread, and it was really good! I would order it again! A family member ordered the same sandwich on regular bread, and they agreed that it was good. My family enjoyed the fried goat cheese ball. They were also pleasantly surprised by the rolls with sweet butter. I would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

My first time trying out this restaurant. I thought the atmosphere and food were great. The waiter went way beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They have a lunch menu which is nice so that the prices are a little cheaper. The lunch Pot Roast was so tender and juicy. The Chicken Fried Steak and the Ruben are also excellent choices too.

We are so happy we came across this place! To be able to find a place that has food with so much flavor, the customer service is on point, and it does not break your pocketbook by eating here..is rare! We are local in the area, but this is our first time eating here. We decided to try the meatloaf, and it was one of the best restaurant meat loaves we have ever tasted! We ourselves are small business owners locally, and love that they outsource a lot of their products from local businesses in the area. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. The hubby already wants to go back in the morning to try the breakfast! He said the sweet tea was really good also! 🙂 Side note: You can feed the littles 🧒🏻👧🏼 for only $5 kids meals!

The ONLY reason why I’m not giving it a 5 star, is due to the menu being very limited and because it took the hostess to find our waiter to come and introduce themselves to us. Prior to that, we were just sitting there like ducks. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was nicely decorated, and the place was clean. The food was very good! I highly recommend this place to visitors such as ourselves. We do not regret coming here at all. Truly enjoyed the environment.

Absolutely amazing food! Some of the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. As a family with members who have Celiac Disease, they do a great job of accommodating and being well informed on safety protocols. Our waitress was FANTASTIC. She was very knowledgeable about our situation, but also just really kind and efficient. Not sure of her name, but she had two very long braids. Our food was super fast and fresh and cooked exactly to order. Will definitely come back when we are back in Branson!

We had a reservation, got there early, and were still seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the dishes. The prices are reasonably budget friendly for the amount and quality of sushi. We loved the traditional sushi rolls. The fried ones were unique but quite large to fit in your mouth. Our kids loved the miso soup and taryaki chicken. Most everything is made in house.

We were the first ones in the restaurant and weren't the first ones helped. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Spring rolls and tempura shrimp were both served hot and tasted great. The gyozas were barely warm. Our combos came out and everything on our plates was cold. One of the combos was wrong as well. They did correct the error, but we had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct food to come out.

For Branson, this is probably the best you’ll get for sushi. The mango specialty roll was great, grilled salmon, Lo mein noodles and orange chicken tasted like typical mall Chinese food- nothing special, Alaska roll was good and thankfully didn’t have too much rice on it. Salad and miso soup pretty bland. If craving sushi while here though it’s good enough
