I recently dined at the Cactus Club Cafe and it exceeded my expectations. The food, including the Grilled Dijon Salmon and Steak, was cooked to perfection. It's a popular place, so make sure to reserve in advance. The flavors in the salmon were amazing, with a tangy Dijon mustard complementing the moist and flaky fish. The steak was cooked just right, tender on the inside and perfectly seared on the outside. For dessert, the Cheesecake was heavenly, creamy and rich. The staff provided friendly and efficient service despite the busy atmosphere. Overall, The Cactus Club is a must-visit for delicious food and a great dining experience.

the food here is phenomenal. we sat in the outside patio which is fully enclosed. i always recommend sitting out there cause it is so much more vibrant and lively than the dining room and lounge. every single time i come here (and that’s on a regular basis) i always get the blackened creole chicken. it is definitely spicy but it’s oh so good. i’ve been here over 5 times and never once had a bad experience with the food, staff, etc. i bring everyone here. i love this place, and i will recommend it to everyone and anyone i can. parking is always a hit or miss. either you get lucky with their free parking or you have to go find a spot at the ymca or midtown and pay per hour. definitely something that could be improved on. menu is also always offering new featured items which is good.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great playlist for music. We shared the Cajun Chicken Sandwich with the kale salad as a side and the Butternut Squash Ravioli with Prawns since it was listed often in reviews. Both were good. I make a very tasty butternut squash ravioli dish at home so I’m biased and probably wouldn’t order that again but I look forward to returning and trying other dishes. Great atmosphere and good service. Everything was quick, too.

Came in for breakfast with a friend who worked there at the time. The food was absolute horrible the servers insisted on taking it off the bill. Also no one to be seen when entering the restaurant as most servers are usually hanging out in the back. The pop was flat, eggs were cooked wrong, toast wasn’t even toasted, and hashbrowns were soggy! Pretty sad for “delta standards”. Don’t waste your money on breakfast, at this restaurant

First off, if you're looking for a qood quality meal with great selection of different dishes, this is a great place to eat. My wife and I ordered a steak and fried and I ordered the Montreal smoked meat sandwich with fries. Both dishes cooked well but the steak was on the overcooked side. Good helping of food to leave you feeling satisfied. Now the reason for 3 stars. The waitress attending our table was extremely slow. We were there for a mother's day celebration with 8 people on the Saturday but there was nearly NO ONE in the restaurant. Maybe 2 other tables aside from ours. There was 4 drinks that were ordered and it took 45 mins for the drink to finally come out. By this time, she hasn't even taken our order. We tried to stay as patient as possible but once we notice an hour has gone by without any food coming out, we notice another table that came after us already ordered and had there food before us. They were another table of 5 and came approx 15-20 mins AFTER we arrived. Once the food finally came out, our mothers order was still wrong and we politely requested to unfortunately send it back and have the correct dish made. The waitress then made a comment saying "I'm pretty sure you said *this dish*, but I'll get it changed anyways..." in a bit of a irritable kind of way. We are open to coming back and trying other dishes but hopefully we can get a different server for are pleasant experience. Will update if we head back to Aroma again.

Excellent pizzas, perfectly cooked with delicious fresh dough and toppings. Fresh tap beer (9 mile) was awesome. Great service, the very friendly waitress was nice enough to answer lots of questions about the city. Thanks for a great lunch!

I didn't expect this but it actually happened yesterday 😳 First , I went there to grab 2pizza and their steak with fries for pick up, was really disappointed that the chef stuffed the steak, mashed potatoes and vegetables in the same box.... so I decided to call back and the lady at the bar did something veryyyyyy out of ordinary. She said on phone "I'm so sorry for everything and after my shift ,I will personally come drop you off your full plate in different boxes at your house" . I was kind of hoping it wasn't just talking. Around 10:30pm she actually came to my door with everything way more organized than I ever wanted. She is the best 👌 👍 overall, I think food is 80% of satisfaction but 20% the service and she did gived me more than her 100%. I really appreciate that also pizza was to die for 😍 (I was way to hungry to take the last picture with steak 😋)

Waited a while to be seater either the server or hostess kept looking at us and then going back to what they were doing. Then someone came over seated us. Took our drink order, coffee, water. Then someone else came over to take our food order. She was trying her best, she confirmed our order and then said, "Oh, I can't read my own writing. Thanfully, she confirmed our order. Then another person came over and asked if we needed anything, and we asked for more water. Our meal came, (still no waters) we finished and then the water came. It seemed very disoriented with who ur server was, and there were two of them at one point. Also, I watched one of the serves take a glass of water to two different tables and then ended up putting it on an empty table. The server who took our order asked about how the bill would be split. We indicated it would be separate. Then, the other server came and gave us the bill all together. Again the staff stepping on each other toes. So we get the bills and then no one around to pay. I had to ask the manager after about 15 mins. How to pay the bill as no one was around. Overall, I wouldn't say it was good. And the service needs to be improved upon.

Amazing Sunday brunch. They even have a crepe/waffle station. A fantastic selection of breakfast,lunch,dessert and salad bar. Service was awesome as well. Do not go anywhere else but here for brunch. Their selection will make any picky eater happy .

What a nice dinner for one before heading to the fireworks festival. I really enjoyed the Forest Mushroom Ravioli and a glass of red wine. I ordered the cheesecake brulé and coffee to finish. It was divine.

I was there on a Saturday, buffet was being offered with breakfast items such as eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon (greasy goodness). However, I decided on a healthier choice steel cut oatmeal. Let me tell you it was so good, with the added berries, compote and nuts. My waitress ask if I was using a meal vouchers because I decided on the light choice. 😄

I have been here many times and each time has been excellent. Most recently I went with a group of co-workers for dinner. There was a large group of us, 12, and the service was quick and friendly. We started with appretizers which all came quickly and all tasted delicious. I had the scallops and they were fantastic! For dinner the food orders varied, but I had the steak and lobster. The steak was cooked percect and the lobster was good, just a little chewy. And, finally for dessert I ordered the berry cheesecake which was SO soft and creamy!

Kiedra and Cody we’re absolutely outstanding with the customer service and the chef knew we like spicy food so he went away and beyond modifying the original recipe to make it perfect for us!!! The atmosphere was romantic and in general the restaurant makes you feel you are in an area at Central Park NYC 🗽

It was THE WORST customer service ever. I was in town for business. Our group ended up being a bit bigger than we expected. All of a sudden, the restaurant owner came over and started yelling at me about how big our group was despite the fact that we brought them over $4k business that night. The owner even asked if I was local from Saskatoon, and I said no (I'm from Vancouver). He said if I am not local, he was afraid he couldn't accommodate us, which is totally irrelevant! I was deeply offended and disgusted by his comments. Since it was too late at night and we couldn't go anywhere else, we somewhat managed to finish our dinner with no further issues from the owner. The steak was also way too overcooked and dry. I am NEVER coming back to this restaurant. This is THE WORST customer service and dining experience ever. *Response to the owner's comment: We host events like this across Canada, and i have never had a restaurant owner complaining like that before. We have had a similar situation before a couple of times, but they were always cooperative, kind, and trying to find a solution together instead of being critical and telling me to go somewhere else. I explained to you that I also didn't expect such a large turnout, but it happens. I was respectful to you and even empathized with you. Yet, you never even had the decency to apologize to me for being rude, to your paying customer. Many restaurant owners would be so grateful for bringing them more business. Sure, it may not be all about money, but what happened last night was totally managable. Have you also thought about a position that you would put me in and our business reputation if you were to kick us out? Lacking empathy and complaining instead of being cooperative in a situation like this is not what I call great customer service. Good, you don't care about money because I am never bringing my business to your restaurant again.

We went to Cut for the first and last time last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food was good except my husband’s loaded baked potato was a bit undercooked. I can accept that can happen. Two of the staff treated us like we shouldn’t be eating there. We were not welcome there at all. The gentleman who brought the bread basically threw the basket at the table. The waiter was polite but he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. We have been at the Keg and Chop many times where they were very welcoming and friendly. Cut is the worst customer service we ever received.

I went for my birthday dinner. The restaurant atmosphere upstairs was lovely. The building is not an accessible one and that was not made obvious when I made the booking. The server who tended to us was wonderful but I found the food not great and the place pretentious. I won't be returning. I wanted to leave as quickly as possible because it was an unwelcoming space.

Delicious!! Little, intimate place to have a great time. Every bite was worth it. Great staff. Phone died on me so didn’t capture all, but every meal was great! The ravioli 3 was my favourite. Not a fan of risotto but my friends loved it, so hey you just might.

Overall great meal, It was $94 for these three dishes and I would say it’s pretty worth it. I had the tortellini and ravioli. The tortellini had a very strong wine flavour and the paste being very infused with all the flavours the sauce had. The ravioli was creamy with a hint of sweetness from the hazelnut. The reason why I gave a 4 was that the bread from the meatballs tasted too much like burnt metal, It altered the taste too much and it wasn’t a super pleasant flavour. Again, I recommend this place 100% great atmosphere and nice servers.

I was looking for carbonara but I found the menu is changing seasonally. The current menu doesn't offer carbonara. Instead, I ordered Shrimp Vongole. The dish was served in 10 mins, and it was amazing. The taste was perfectly balanced. Garlic, chili, parmesan, the combination flavor was in harmony with white wine sauce. The big prawns were seared perfectly with tender texture and juicy flesh. Some lemon zest on the plate was the spark to light the dish to a new level. I have to thank the chef for bringing me such an extraordinary dish.

It was our first time visiting Hearth. The food and drinks were very good but what made our experience the most enjoyable was our service. Our server, Sydney helped us decide which drinks to have and walked us through all of the menu items we were considering. Based on the recommendations we had fantastic food and beverages. The food and drinks are great but Sydney made sure we would be back!

We arrived without a reservation and were still accommodated for brunch. The serving staff were friendly and polite. Both meals were very good; creamy borscht, tasty croque madame and fries, a roast beef sandwich with the perfect combo of flavors and consistencies and the rose lemonade was mild and refreshing. I would love to return soon and try their dinner menu. This time I'll be sure to make a reservation at this delicious and very popular restaurant.

Took my wife out for what might have been the best meal I have had in Saskatoon. The service was amazing, the food spectacular and the atmosphere was great. The Dad's new fashioned with the house made root beer is my new favourite cocktail. We went just before Thanksgiving and I have never had a better pumpkin pie!!!

Fairly priced for the quality of the food. The mushroom dish was delicious. There was just a bit too much sour cream on the pasta dish, but that’s just personal preference - still delicious nonetheless. The SK liqueur felt a bit too strong to be paired with the dessert, but that’s just personal preference again. Overall, it was a fun experience and would recommend.

Hearth is inside the Remai Modern Museum! Plenty of parking nearby and it’s open for brunch during the weekend! Went on a little brunch date with my wife while visiting Saskatoon and I must say all the food was delicious and the server was attentive to our needs! Great space and would stop by again when in Saskatoon!

Visited Filosophi for the first time a couple weeks ago. I’d shown up late for a friend’s birthday dinner and was a bit overwhelmed looking at the menu. When the server arrived to take our order, I had no idea what I wanted so she asked if I’d like a recommendation. I gratefully accepted and she recommended the Shrimp Bisque. It was a perfect choice and totally hit the spot. I did not need help choosing a dessert. Wonderfully, they have the desserts in a glass case so they can be viewed. The Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is divine.

Staff was so helpful. The patio is spacious and comfortable. I loved the calamari - great texture, lots of tzatziki, and the right amount of peppers and lemon. And of course we had the baklava cheesecake. So unusual and also so good.
