I went in for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was not to busy at all but I'd still recommend making a booking in advance so you ensure you have a table when you arrive. They have meals which are called the Pablo Signature and served 24/7 which is nice. They include some breakfast options. I chose to have a cappuccino while I made my decision for lunch. They did not have Chai so those options were excluded. The cappuccino was quite nice and the coffee was fairly strong which is good. The presentation was a bit sloppy as coffee was spilled on the side upon arrival. For the meal I had the smoke salmon eggs Benedict. I requested the eggs to be poached medium well and they were. The food tasted really good but the wait was longer than I prefer. It was closer to the 30 minutes from order to arrival. The atmosphere was quite good and lively for a Sunday morning. I would return to try some other options.

Had a great time and the burgers were amazing with proper meat patties. The service was also good we were well looked after. The DJs and music were on point which was my favourite part. Do keep in mind that it is part of a restaurant so in the evening the music must be turned down to accommodate the hotel. Nonetheless it was a vibe🤌🏾

I went there for the breakfast buffet,the food that was not giving and they didn't have a variety of food to offer. You have to ask the waiters for things like eggs and bacon, I remember we asked for eggs and bacon for two people and we were just given one plate of eggs and bacon that were fit for 1 person. I enjoyed the waffles 🧇 they were scrumptious.

Great breakfast/brunch spot with a good view. Open air restaurant that overlooks a busy street and the pool they have. I got the red shakshuka. It came with hummus and pita bread. The hummus and pita bread was amazing!! Very fresh and tasty. The shakshuka was also pretty good. Definitely have had more authentic but I think their take of it is nice. Also got a chai latte that was very delicious…exceeded my expectations. Service is good and quick. Would return again.

I had a milestone birthday at Pablo restaurant located in the MINT hotel in Sandton. I was specifically looking to celebrate this milestone birthday at a hotel. The other hotel restaurants I was looking into were rather unhelpful, and had expensive upfront payments and set menus for groups; and I wanted my guests to have the freedom to order whatever they wanted from the menu. Pablo offers an extensive variety to their menu at prices which doesn't break your bank account lol! Right from the very beginning, the staff at Pablo couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating towards myself and my guests. My birthday was an absolute blast, with my guests having an exceptional time with pumping vibe and DJ playing cool music! The view at night also looks awesome with the pool being lit and glass boundaries. Plus, they also surprised me with a complimentary birthday slice of cake and ice-cream. I genuinely appreciate the level of service I received from Pablo restaurant. I owe my incredible birthday experience and memories to them, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Amazing place to go wine and dine in. The food here is so delicious! I would say it the best seafood restaurant in Johannesburg I have been to so far (I have been to many). The best thing to eat here from their seafood range is their king prawns! If you love prawns, this is the place to go to. The service here is professional, friendly and attentive. I would suggest to book a table before you go there, especially if it's during the weekend or a holiday. The atmosphere is very nice here, as the decorations of the place gives a seafood restaurant vibe, but also classy.

This place has a lot going for it, but it misses the mark on a full five stars. Tucked away at the back of a building, it offers a peaceful and unique atmosphere. Plus, they've really put effort into their decor and cutlery - definitely high-end. The service was spot-on, friendly and attentive, but it wasn't exactly busy. I ordered a caprese salad with quality mozzarella, so points for that. However, the overall taste of the carbonara and other pastas was just good, not great. It's like they've got all the right pieces, but they just haven't quite figured out how to put them together. And here's the kicker - not all their pasta is fresh. Let's be real, who wants to shell out 200 Rand for boxed pasta? It's these finer details that keep them from reaching that perfect score. But, if you don't mind the pasta issue and you're after a tranquil spot with decent food, it's worth a visit.

Stelle is one of my favourite authentic Italian restaurants in Joburg. I've tried nearly everything on the menu and would highly suggest their Rabiola and Truffle Ravioli! Service, however, needs to be improved.

This is a little gem of a restaurant in a green space in Sandton. It may not have the interior/exterior design standards of other Sandton restaurants but you come here for the food. This is a real familly Italian restaurant with real North Italian food, under Italian control. The rabbit ravioli was amazing and the truffle ravioli was the best I ever had. Of a group of 6 nobody had anything bad to say and every plate was eaten clean.

Have been patronising Grillhouse for more than 7 years. Each time, the service has been impeccable and the hospitality - warm. We had a gathering for a party of 14 pax. We got a private room and all the staff and manager were so patient, attentive and warm. Despite the large group, the orders came out correctly and in good time. And all the food we ordered tasted soooo nice. Thank you for the memorable dining experience!!🤩🤩

Before I share my thoughts about my experience, I have to be honest first. I came to this restaurant a few years back with a company event and had such a terrible experience from food to service. Thus, this is also a reason why I returned to see if the restaurant has changed. I can honestly say that I was still not impressed. From being charged for Peri Peri Sauce (for which the calamari comes) to the most bland beef ribs in the world. Our table had Calamari, and I had the slow braised beef ribs - which i can say was not worth the price. The service was slow, and I had to ask the manager to take our order. It was the last time I will visit this restaurant. It's such a great atmosphere and vibe, but honestly, I will not come back.

Meat Lover's Paradise🔥🤌🏾 The quality of the dishes are truly exceptional. I had my drinks coupled with a meat snack platter, then later an oxtail plate. Absolutely amazing food. My only slight reservation is that some may find the prices on the higher side, but the quality justifies the cost. The atmosphere strikes a balance between sophistication and warmth glancing over the heart of the Sandton City. Must visit.

A home away from home❤️ this sums up the Doppio Zero in Sandton city. The warmth and welcoming that one feels as they enter into the restaurant is overwhelming. The restaurant is clean with the smell of freshly baked pastry and coffee beans in the background. The staff will habe you feel like you are part of the family and truly go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The food was excellent and scrumptious. As a fussy foodie i was left with nothing but praise for the chef! Love the fact at during the cold winter they have smal warm winter blankets that one uses whilst enjoying your meal - like i said "HOMELY" ❤️

The place was wonderful and not too packed especially considering the fact that it was a holiday(women's day). I love their vegetarian options and I can't wait to try their pizzas. Their fries were a bit undone though. But overall it was a great experience

First time at Doppio Sandton City branch. What a lovely meal and atmosphere. My waitress helped me with my choices and I had one of the best meals so far in the centre. Wanting to make healthier choices this year, I could not have asked for better. Thank Priscilla, you were tops. So many stunning dishes without breaking the bank. Must say, giving a shooter glass with a healthy shot, when you get there, only makes you want more. Will definitely return to try more from your menu. I made good on my promise and have been back 3 times already.

The restaurant is well located within Sandton city mall and offers a wonderful view of rivonia road when opting to sit upstairs. The decor is very warm, welcoming and comfortable. The staff were friendly and were willing to assist even if they were not your assigned waiter. The food is so tasty!!! The pasta Loco is just something else. Full of flavor! From the meals to the drinks to the dessert, is worth the price

I visited the Aurum Restaurant with my partner and I must say I was beyond impressed. The aesthetics were beautiful, the ambience was welcoming and the food was absolutely mouth watering. Not to mention the waiter was really helpful, funny and friendly. I also had the best cheese cake that I’ve ever had for dessert. The entire night was a extremely blissful and has left me reminiscing since.

I recently visited Arum restaurant, and I must say, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Located in one of South Africa's most iconic buildings, the setting is truly remarkable. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. It took a while for anyone to attend to us, and the overall experience left much to be desired. We ended up ordering only a cheesecake, which was absolutely divine and a saving grace. While Arum has a lot of potential, there's room for improvement, especially given its prime location.

Pleasantly surprised by our dining experience Solo. We were a party of five and everyone's starter, mains and dessert did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, with just mild irritation caused by the loud music, which was thankfully brought down a notch. Requested to have some chilli added to the chicken (mains) and the chef obliged and it was fantastic - tender, not too hot and very tasty. Lamb was great, beef fillet made exactly to order, served with very good risotto (creamy, dreamy yum). One of the best pannacottas we've tasted. Pity the brownie was so tiny - (literally size of my thumb 😂) , but the whole chocolate dome dessert was very good, accompanied by the ice cream. Not sure about location, especially during weekends nights - not too much going on in that Centre.

Went there for a friend’s birthday and was unimpressed. The waiter got our orders wrong. As someone that doesn’t eat red meat received a beef burger instead of chicken. The waiter rarely checked up on us. The food was horrible my burger upon being corrected had a tiny piece of chicken and was basically just a piece of lettuce and sauces. Would not recommend.

I had a great time experience overall. The service from he waitress who served my friend and I was superb! My only complaint is that my main course was on the lukewarm side - and since it we're right in the thick of winter - lukewarm food actually tastes cold. We were seated at a low table because tables had been fully booked making it tricky to pick food from my plate unfortunately. However throughout the entire duration of our evening at Solo, better tables remained vacant. The service, the experience and the ambiance more than made up for my cold-ish food indeed :)

Although there was a bit of construction happening at the time we went to the place and the restaurant itself was busy, i must say that the interior design was pot tier✔️ the music and sound was very good and had us dancing off the night. What had started as a normal birthday outing amongst friends soon turned out to be a fun night out in the town! Food was absolutely everything and more!!!

Drink and the fried sushi 🍣 was tasty . The worst experience i had was of roasted chicken Ceasar salad . After eating a single bite ..i found it too salty and had to return the plate . Though the manager was quick and took feedback how to improve the dish more . But personally I felt the amount shouldn't be added in the bill if the customer had not touched the food . That was bit disappointing. Rest the vibe and the service was quick and friendly .
