My first time visiting Hexagon and I was recommended to try out this place! The interior is beautiful and modern with a very nice outdoor patio area view. Our server was so friendly, professional and came to our table at the right timing and pace. We made a reservation for the Sunday Brunch and they had a first and second course. You get to choose one from each! If you’re a coffee lover, you’re going to love their cappuccino. It’s so smooth and delicious that I had to try out their other options as well. I most definitely would love to come again!

I made a reservation for four. We chose the tasting menu option without the wine. I had to put in a $80 deposit online which was automatically refunded after the dinner. We arrived at 8pm and the place was crowded. The food was amazing and each dish was introduced formally by the chef and/or the waiters. Some of the dishes had some Mexican and Chinese influence so that was super interesting. The portion size was good, we didn’t go home hungry. But that could also be because there were long waits between meals - the whole dinner took 3 hours 😂. The location was loud so it was not easy to pass the time either! But I am still giving Hexagon 4 stars because the food was delicious! $1000 for 4 people though so I won’t be doing the tasting menu again this year 😅.

This has been a wonderful experience. We had the tasting menu that had a variety of dishes, fresh ingredients. We added a wine pairing for each dish. For our kid, they were able include a non- alcoholic drink pairing too. The chef personally presented the dish, adding a personal touch. I love this restaurant.

Favorite restaurant in Oakville. Food are amazing. Modern interior with spacious outdoor seating area. Great place for gathering and special events. Dishes are beautifully plated and delicious. Pasta is a must try.

The Tasting Menu was one of the best dining experiences I've had! The food was superb and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion. Come hungry if you plan on getting the Sunday Brunch Prix Fixe menu. An upscale fine-dining experience without the pretentiousness of other places. It is definitely worth the price!

This is one great place to dine. The food was amazing, one of the best Muscles I’ve had, the pizzas were Authentic Italian style. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of the food. The one thing I liked the most is the service, our waiter (PJ) was absolutely great, received us with a smile, kept our table clean between courses. I had to keep an eye on other waiters serving other tables, and it was not just (PJ), all we’re doing the same thing. I will for sure go visit this awesome Italian Restaurant again very soon. Highly recommended

It was my second time there, and it just confirmed my first impression: the restaurant is way overpriced and the food is tasteless. Gnocchi was terrible, overcooked and savourless, pizza was nothing special, and seafood in seafood pasta was probably not fresh because one of my family, who had it, still does not feel well. There are two good things, though - the interior and location. Also, our waiter was great, but we were just lucky, I guess, looking at the other ones. Maybe, it would be a good idea to hire a new chef...

This is a great Authentic Italian Restaurant. All is made from scratch. Awesome food drinks and very nice waitresses. Restaurant is very clean. They also have a patio if you want to eat and have a drink outside on a sunny hot day. A must go.

I went for a Birthday dinner. Our waitress was Robin, she was friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed all her recommendations. I loved my crab ravioli. We didn’t have to ask for refills or wait for our bill. I highly recommend this restaurant as we had a great night out.

Lovely restaurant and friendly staff, food's pretty good but maybe don't get the Caesar salad, my husband was kinda disappointed cause they serve the buds. Their focaccia starter bread is the best and my favourite ❤️ I also enjoyed the feature of the day (shrimp with rice pilaf)! Baked brie was decent but a little too sweet for our liking. Does get cold if you're seated close to the opening and closing door when it's chilly outside. They also have the Burlington location with just as excellent service and food. I've had the duck confit which was a big serving and the short rib is mouthwateringly delicious.

In the process of planning, I scouted numerous venues, but Laura from Paradiso stood out with her exceptional assistance and insightful suggestions. With approximately 40 guests, managing the timing of the food was paramount, and they executed it to perfection. The food was a showstopper; so much so, that guests reached out days after, raving about the delectable dishes they had enjoyed. But it wasn't just the food. The entire team at Paradiso deserves a special mention. The level of service was impeccable, resonating with all our attendees. Every staff member went above and beyond, ensuring that the evening was seamless. Thanks to Paradiso, my husband's surprise party was an overwhelming success. If the ratings allowed, I would gladly give more than 5 stars. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

Raising from 3 to 4 stars. Tried it again on Sunday night (20230423). The service was a little better compared to the first time I visited this place, but still there is room for improvement. I went with my family on Saturday night (20220402) after a reservation. There were some free empty tables around us. The service level was average~low. We were advised that for some of the plates in the menu there were only two or three available. The food was good but not impressive.

Reserved and enjoyed a reserved dinner for 4. Staff welcomed us with a friendly demeanour even though they were busy during the dinner rush. First table we were at was too cool due to a vent above it and so our server immediately offered us another table. Service was unhurried and refreshing since the server was very informative and knowledgeable of the menu. She delivered details on the evenings special like she cooked them. Questions asked about menu items were answered with confidence by our server and offered a substitution to a creamy pasta dish sauce without being asked when she found out my guest was lactose intolerant. From cream based to Olive Oil based pasta dish was enjoyed. The Braised Lamb Shank, Seafood Linguini and Bronzino Plate was delicious. Escargot, Grilled Squid and the Salads were a hit as starters as well. Cocktails were thirst quenching and the recommended Wine was described properly and true to what we expected based on what the server informed us with. I unfortunately did not asked our server's name but she added to an amazing evening with friends at this bistro we have not been to before. Definitely coming back!

The food was very good. I was worried that it would be expensive because of how it looked but the menu was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the tomato soup. It was lovely.

We arrived without a reservation and knew nothing about this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! A very excellent and diverse menu and very well priced, a rarity these days among good eateries. All four of us had different menu choices and we all raved about the quality of our dishes. Service was great from our very pleasant server. We ate on the patio but having seen the interior on our way to it, it appeared very comfortable. We will definitely return.

I was in town for a week and JACs quickly earned its place as one of the best restaurants in Kerr Village. The first night we had been traveling all day and spent time with a sick family member. I was concerned we were dressed a bit too casual for such a nice place but we were seated immediately and without judgment. Good selection of wine and a great menu. I got the scallop risotto and it was fantastic. The second time I went I was alone and asked to sit at the bar. Staff was hesitant and said they don't usually seat people there but they allowed me to dine there. The place was busy and there were only 2 employees at the front of the house. Both were very friendly and welcoming. I got the steak friets and it was excellent. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.

My group of 5 and I visited on a Sunday evening and sat for dinner on the patio. Our server was amazing and provided excellent and knowledgeable service! The food was even better than expected. We had Caesar salad, fried calamari and margherita pizza to start. Sangria was absolutely delicious!! We all ordered pasta and each loved our dish. The kitchen was able to make a modification for my main course which I appreciated. I will definitely be visiting again!!

Four of us came here on a Sunday night for dinner. We had made reservations, but it wasn't super busy. Our server was friendly and professional, giving us recommendations on their dishes. To start, we ordered the fried calamari and fig pizza. Both dishes were amazing. For the main course, each of us ordered a pasta dish: Rigatoni Bolognese, Gnocchi Alessia, meatballs, and Carbonara. All of them tasted really good, except for my Carbonara. It was very creamy and flavorful, but it was too salty, and as a result, I couldn't finish it. This is why I deducted 1 star from the review. All in all, the restaurant was amazing.

Cozy setting with a curated menu of fresh pastas and pizza. We ordered the Calamari Fritti which had a lemony-salty coating with a nice crunch. It was served with a lemon caper aioli which added a zesty flavour - definitely will order again! For our main course, we ordered the Linguine De Mare, Penne Pesto, and Gnocchi Alessia. There was a fair amount of mozzarella di bufala in the gnocchi which added a nice texture to the dish without making it too heavy. The tomato sauce was sweet the gnocchi was soft. It was like eating little, flavourful clouds. I noticed that the menu included 'DOP' beside some ingredients, meaning that the ingredient is produced and processed according to strict standards of a geographical region. That could explain why the flavours were so reminiscent of authentic Italian food. Looking forward to trying some of their wood-fired pizza!

The place is pricier than most Greek restaurants. It is also better than most Greek restaurants. The food here is absolutely to die for. The crispy halloumi is by far one of the best things I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is really nice too and as are the drinks. Perfect date night spot.

You want a taste of Greek heaven-well Colussus is the place to go! This quaint restaurant was everything I hoped it to be! The atmosphere, the quality & quantity of food matched the price-worth every dime! Our pleasant server Natalia & the chefs of course-made our experience just delightful! I am in a food comatose…it was that good! Colussus Greek Tavern is a must try for the food lovers in downtown Oakville!

My favourite restaurant ever!!!! My family and I go almost once a week. The watermelon salad is amazing but you can't go wrong with the entire menu. I recommend everything. Natalia is the loveliest server, we look forward to seeing her every time. She takes care of us so well each visit and always makes us feel so welcome. We decided to dine into this restaurant as a party of 6 to celebrate a very auspicious occasion. The cocktails here packed zero flavour and were an absolute let down after paying 15 bucks for what was water with blue food colouring. The food however was fresh and was made to order. There could have been improvements to the dinner but overall we had a good experience.

Great date-night restaurant given the ambience and layout. I find it easy to have a conversation versus other places that get loud. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The food amazing. Also, priced well for the quality of the food versus some other downtown Oakville restaurants. This place is a gem and becoming a favorite of ours. I had the mussels (cozze) as an app, which was an ample amount. Sauce was tasty with a little heat and perfect for bread dipping. My main was the Penne. My wife had the Burrata as an app and the Risotto Funghi as her main. All made to perfection. We finished with a bread putting dessert which I must say had the most amazing tasting ice cream.

I went to celebrate my birthday on a rainy Wednesday and it was very nice. Server was super friendly and eager to serve, ambience was nice, I loved that there was Italian music playing in the background. Place is small but better that way, it feels very cozy. They have an amazing selection of Italian wines but I chose the Prosecco instead and the temperature was perfect. Food was delicious, appetizers, main course, dessert all amazing. I wish they had the touch of bringing a candle for me to blow and make a wish on my special day but I still did it with the tea light that was on the table :)

Calamari was very nice, the batter was one of the best I’ve had. Margarita pizza was different than expected. Dough was good but very doughy so depending on what you like. Penne vodka sauce was amazing! The tortellini was good but I wouldn’t get it again. Atmosphere was nice.

You should be ashamed to call that a pizza. Where to start? The dough is hard, plasticky, some spots not cooked enough, looked horrible. They try to cut the pizza, but because the dough is so bad, you cant use silverware to eat it, you must rip it with your hand and bite it. Then, when you do, it each bite takes 2 minutes to swallow. Pizzas were too small for the price, 25 bucks for a pizza needs to be enough to fees a human being decently. Poor ingredients, cheapest cheese. So overpriced, not even close to worth the cost. I would never recommend this place or order from it again.
