Excellent friendly service in a nice area. The waitstaff spoke English well. The food was delicious, especially the chicken salad. My partner had been craving a chicken cutlet and we were lucky enough to come across it on the menu. As well, it was very refreshing on a warm summer day. We would definitely return.

Great German food experience. the ambiance is great. good selections of foods and drinks available. however, the service is a little reluctant as we try to grab certain waiter's attention, but he chose to ignore us though we made eye contact. I'm not sure if it's language issues, but hey, we speak English. the other lady server was quite prompt though. She's pretty much overwhelmed with other tables. 😅

Excellent friendly service in a nice area. The waitstaff spoke English well. The food was delicious, especially the filet. It came with a side salad and potatoes. The pork wrapped in bacon was also good, but barely over cooked. We would definitely return.

Food was expensive for what I got. Plenty of other places to get a good pork schnitzel. Food came out fast, I’ll give them that. Note, you seat yourself inside (there’s no sign that indicates this). Also, my waitress asked how much my tip was going to be before entering the total on the card machine - this was not ideal and very awkward.

Beautiful place located near the market areas. Nice place for eating and Weiss beer. Price is average. Food was nice. Outdoor seats available. Indoor is cozy and clean. Staffs were friendly and they can speak English as well.

The service was so good, and fast. The service lady was very polite and happy, that was a very contagious joy. But then she went away with her dog. The other service staff were also really nice. The food was really something else, was delicious. It was also not expensive at all, and of highest quality.

We loved Andy’s Krablergarten!! We arrived around 6pm with a short line outside. Maybe a 10 minute wait max. Service was very friendly and they had an English menu. The schnitzel was amazing delicious super thin and flavorful. It was massive. Like someone else mentioned it puts American position sizes to shame. Not to mentions prices where fair we split mostly everything. Again great service and very friendly place.

Loved this restaurant for its homely hospital and warm atmosphere. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are generous. My friends couldn’t finish their meals! The fries were crunchy and delicious. They even provide free mayonnaise and ketchup which is pretty unique coming from Australia but it definitely works. There is a large selection of beer and alcohol as well as non alcoholic options. There are multiple flavours of schnitzel you can get, would also recommend the variation with ham and cheese in the schnitzel. Service was a delight- English wasn’t an issue

A great place for some Schnitzel. I tried the Spicy Pork Schnitzel suggested by the waitress. I really loved it. And nevertheless, I had to wait in line for 45+ mins to get inside and it was totally worth it. Would dine here again on my next visit to Munich.

I was curious about the quality of food and the service. I enjoyed having my lunch here. I got daily option and I tried the soup. Before your meal you will receive a tasty portion of the bread with some spread base on cheese. The bread was pleasantly warm. Once the place was full and I had a Caesar salad with my colleague at the bar/ lounge area. I don’t know if it’s managed from the same kitchen. I enjoyed it.

The execution of the food is impeccable. I had the 7-course meal, and every single one was exciting and delivered a unique flavor. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic. I went at a quiet time and the service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the ambience, even though it's so upscale that it feels like a palace. The dry aged veal was like none I had tried before, very musty. Allegedly the producer uses a proprietary process for aging that involves mushrooms. Schwarzreiter far exceeded my expectations for Bavarian and German food.

The best restaurant I’ve been to in Munich! The food was exquisitely tasty, all dishes were really delicious. From tomato tarte, wiener schnitzel, ravioli and lamb. Great welcoming staff and very profassional service. Sadly I only got to try it in my last day, highly recommended.

Great experience overall, exceptional service, magnificent view over Munich, even if it was rainy outside, the view is stunning. Good was delicious, wine selection was also on point and married perfectly with every dish served. Waiters knowledgeable about what they serve. The rotation of the platform is barely noticeable but offers a nice 360 view. Minor drawback, either AC was running or outside air was being pumped inside but we were somehow cold next to the window.

Absolutely amazing place to eat. Great experience to try. The whole experience from start to finish. Such a warm and welcoming environment! Quiet amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. Waitresses are always so friendly and kind. Very Recommended!

The best thing about the restaurant are the views. Great location to see Munich at 360 degrees, with the tables area slowing moving around (each turn takes around 50 minutes). Other than that, the food is nothing great. Definitely not worth the price (other than for the views/experience). The wine “companion” option (1 glass per dish) is also not that crazy and I’d expect glasses to be fuller for the price. If I’d go again I would just get a bottle for 2. In general, worth going once for the experience (especially if you go during the sunset) if you get a voucher, but I wouldn’t otherwise pay it from my pocket.

Turning restaurant. I would guess 45 min per turn. Very very nice atmosphere 182 m above the Olympia Park. We've been there as a group, pre ordered Dinner. The food was excellent, but nevertheless, service could have been quicker but was still friendly! The view! Well: just great!

The food was generally good, but when considering pricing it could have been even better. Especially with the look on the price a better service would be expected, the personnel was not able to give us a drinks menu but when the table next to us asked for one they suddenly had one available. Also there was no additional service than a short explanation for the wine (we all had the wine menu and the glasses got filled differently much for each of us.. not too professional), some more information to the food or questions how we like it etc. Would have been nice! What's great about the location is that the tower is spinning, so you can see everything while eating. But this can also lead to dizziness. Also the light on the toilets did not work - so better bring your phone for light ;) All in all a good stay but expected more for the high price

Delicious lunch at Bratwurstherzl. Our waiter was a nice man who took great care of us and brought our food quickly. We devoured the basket of pretzels and decided they were the best we had in Munich. I had the white sausages with sweet mustard. They are undoubtedly my favorite but only available before noon at most restaurants. They were awesome! My husband had a large grilled Nuremberg City sausage with sauerkraut. He loved how crisp the casing was. We completed our lunch with Apple Strudel and ice cream. Fantastic! Located on the perimeter of the Viktualienmarkt, the patio makes for excellent people watching. Solid experience here!

Stumbled upon this gem while visiting Viktualienmarkt. Felt very welcoming walking in and they did not disappoint ordering what they do best in. We also got their special, pork knuckle and it was huge and lots of crackling. Very tasty and worth the visit

The grilled stadtwurst sausage and the duo platter (with 6 sausages and 2 grilled pork loins) were delicious. Just BEWARE: they charge you for the pretzels that come in the basket with your silverware - even if you didn't order them. When questioned, the server said "you ate them." Too bad they have to take advantage of visitors like that.

The place is very nice but the food is not extraordinary , the meat tastes like what you find in a supermarket. And unfortunately, everything costs you an extra fee, which you discover only when you receive the bill. More transparency would be appreciated.

We went for lunch it was quite empty inside but crowded outside, the interior wasn’t that great, but we were wow-ed with all the food quality and taste, service was also sweet and good. I wish the interior matched the quality of the food served here. Highly recommend the caviar, caeser salad, and the steak 👌🏼

One of the greater experiences in Munich. The starters were just refreshingly good - we ordered the caesar salad and the buratta. Caviar was amazing. Our mains were a mix of pasta, fish, and steak. All of which were excellent. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend.

Blauer Bock is an incredible place to eat and drink on a high end level. The Host has an incredible hand for his selection of fine dining and drinks. Nothing is left out to making sure the guest feels at home. It has become one of my favourite places to dine. Unpretentious but still high-end. You can go up and down the fine dining or still order a local bavarian dish. The beer is served in iced glasses if you want and the selection of food is also seasonal. Knowing the host travels to food fairs and having an international network for produce makes this place one in a few places where you can trust everything. No wonder that the guests seem to be well-heeled but more mature people. During the week and especially on the weekend you will see these regulars always. Obviously a great sign to know this places is not a tourist trap but one of the best established restaurants and hangouts for people that seek quality in the heart of munich. If I go having lunch on a saturday and daydrinking till the evening - this is the place. The staff is highly efficient with serving and one will never wait to get their food and drinks swiftly. The prices for the service are very reasonable - I would say it is a bargain for the overall quality. I hope this place will continue its journey over the coming decade.
