One of the best burgers I've had in years! Honestly this place is fantastic, great atmosphere, friendly service and brilliant food. The garlic mayo is a must alongside the sea salt fries. Price reflects the level of excellence, not the most expensive burger place out there but 12-15 per burger and you pay extra for fries (why does everyone do that these days?) Anyway, a fantastic experience overall. Highly recommend

Would go again! Loved the menu items, as they are not so standard. It tasted amazing, especially the loaded fries. But would recommend to share a portion of them, as it is quite much (but loved sharing them too!). Milkshakes are not as heavy as expected, but that makes them a great pairing/ dessert.

Had a lovely meal last night, with my daughter. Absolutely delish! Was served by amber, who was brilliant, attentive and friendly. Service was quick and the food really tasty. I recommend the Panna cotta, beautiful! Keep doing what you're doing Burger Shop!

Back ground music is not in the back ground, great if you are cleaning cooking or bored working there. I did ask to turn it down which my waitress did. She was very good attentive. But the music came up in volume as I ate. Not for me, loud music for a chilling breakfast. Think about it👃

Great night at Cosy Club. Been here a few times and would recommend it. 3 courses plus drinks for 4 people for under 150 quid is pretty good value. The food was great and the service excellent. No complaints. Well worth a visit.

Comfortable surroundings, quiet when we were there for brunch so all was calm. Pleasant attentive service and the food the party ordered was liked by all and while not that cheap was good enough value insomuch that I only needed ½ an on-the-road sandwich mid pm to last me until we got home.

I’m happy to give this place 5-Stars because the staff were friendly, waiting times were perfectly acceptable for a Friday evening and the food itself was delicious! One of the best Indian food restaurants I’ve been too. We were not rushed to eat our food, made welcome to stay as long as we liked. Toilets were clean and presentable.

Meal out with friends. Restaurant really busy. We were tucked around the corner so maybe a bit out of sight of waiters. Food tasty enough and nice atmosphere for a catch up with friends. Some discrepancy with the bill which was easily sorted by the manager.

I'd 100% recommend Mowchak if you're looking for great Indian food! Was very relaxed, clean and modern inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend the Bombay special – can't remember exactly what it was called but it had chicken tikka and a delicious sauce full of spices.

Very nice food, super friendly staff, good value. Visited for the first time but will definitely go again. From the front and by the bar it looks as if they only do takeaways or deliveries, but once past the many sofas and through the corridor, past the window where you can wave at the chefs in the kitchen, there is a large restaurant. Decor is kept to a minimum but lighting is appropriate and great for casual dine out. Also convenient for larger groups, as staff will arrange tables as required. Must book!

This is by far the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in Hereford. The food is absolutely sublime - every dish is made from the freshest and highest quality of ingredients - that includes the quality of meat that is used. I wish to mention that the staff, in particular Shak, are genuinely friendly people and offer the very warmest of welcomes to ensure that you are well looked after. That cannot be said of very many eating establishments these days.

Me and my partner have been coming here for almost 2 years now, never let's us down. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and they never fail to treat us and they always find space for us, whether it be just us two for a date night, or a group of 12 even without reservation. Food is consistently delectable and we always leave with a full and satisfied stomach, every penny is well spent even if it is a tad pricy sometimes. I highly reccomend this restaurant and encourage anyone who hasn't experienced it to give it a go!

The restaurant is easy to find, the place itself is cozy, not so big but nice and therefore the staff is super friendly and customer focused. We enjoyed the evening with great food prepared right aways after ordering, the quality of the food was great and the pairing wines too. All in all was great evening thanks to the staff and great food we had at Ponte Vecchio.

The impressive reviews about this restaurant did not disappoint! I was looking for a romantic, unique, and intimate restaurant to enjoy an evening celebrating my partner's birthday. Italy is close to our hearts so I wanted to authentic, delicious food which was slightly different from normal Italian cuisine (such as pizza, pasta, etc). Leo, the host, was incredibly polite and attentive and we pre-ordered the courses so upon arrival, the food arrived so quickly - it felt like a seamless experience. The food itself was absolutely incredible. The use of diverse and interesting flavours/ingredients made for a really exciting cuisine experience. I highly recommend the burrata, melon, chili, and honey starter (or main) - a somewhat unusual combination of ingredients but flavours that are undeniably fantastic! Although the restaurant was busy, the host still took the time to explain his Italian heritage and story behind the restaurant. Had a lovely meal here on New Year's Eve. We were a table of 8, and the service and food were outstanding. I'm not sure how he does it, but one man, I believe the owner runs front of house and is wife/partner cooks. (Rumour has it) Anyway, it's a well-oiled machine. I had Duck with winter leaves for starters and the Beef Ragu for main, both absolutely delicious. Thanks for a great meal, "Top Notch"

Honestly the most delicious Italian food we have tasted, the garlic bread was 10/10 and we feel that nothing will top it! You can feel the hard work and love that goes into the business which makes the experience even better. This is the second time we have been here and we will continue to come back when visiting Hereford!

We had an incredible 3 course meal created by the chef, Alice! My meal was created gluten free, which they’d prepared ingredients for in advance! To eat a gluten free, incredible, authentic Italian meal was such an amazing enjoyable experience! I would recommend Ponte Vecchio to anyone and will be looking forward to returning to try more of Alice’s inspiring menu!

Came here with some of my old friends at the weekend, easily seated the group of 8 of us and catered well. My food was brought out promptly and was the best food ive had in a long time. Only issue is that my wifes meal arrived 20 minutes later than ours. However, keep up the good work!

Almost the same taste like our ramens back home 🥰 my 12-year old daughter loved it here! I wish that the ramens served were a bit hotter though, it was a bit lukewarm when we ate them. But otherwise, our experience was excellent 👌
