Decided to try out the Mediterranean food & grocery at Petra tonight after a late meeting and was very pleased. My partner is Israeli-American and he left a very happy guy. The service was timely with the young lady frequently checking on us. We dined outside on the patio which was pleasant & the food was delicious. I have eaten at many Mediterranean and Greek restaurants/festivals over the years and I would rate this in my top 5 easily. Conveniently located near the hospital and right on one of the main highways. I would also recommend checking out the grocery area they have and you CAN'T forget the Baklava.

Great place to eat if you have Celiac Disease. Lots of gluten free options! Menu is marked GF which is so much help! Everything was fresh, delicious and flavorful! Would definitely eat here again when in Hattiesburg! My husband and I both had the Mediterranean Chicken. The hummus was the best I've ever eaten!!

The food is amazing! Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu and they accommodated our dairy allergy as well. We had a gyro salad and lamb with hummus and rice...so delicious! The leftovers were great the next day too! I can't wait to go back again. Honestly this has got to be the best eating in Hattiesburg. If I lived in Hattiesburg I'd eat there all the time!

Favorite spot in town for a quick, easy meal! I could eat a steak burrito bowl every day of the week, and sometimes I heavily consider it. I'll miss the brisket forever, but the fast, friendly service & generous portions of fresh food always keep me coming back.

I’m giving 3 stars because the portion in bowl is so small. The prices are higher and most restaurants have decreased portion size. This is a deterrent for me. I could see the price increasing because of inflation but to give less food is greed. I forgot to take photo. This will be my last time going. I never consume a lot of food but this wasn’t enough for me. Was like a child’s portion. Plus, I was hungry 2 hours later.

I will not be returning. I came to this restaurant on 7/31/23 at around 8:30 and ordered the 3 cheese nachos I order Pick up all the time so I'm not new to this place. I asked the white girl was that all that comes in the bowl because they barely put anything in it. She got an attitude saying I mean if you want more you can put more In it. No worries I won't waste my time coming back here.

Overall good! I've always been to Chipotle, but since Hattiesburg doesn't have one, I decided to try here. This is the second time I go to Qdoba and so far I've had a good experience... I love they don't charge extra for guacamole! One thing I noticed is that both times I came here the food was not hot and both times I came was during lunch time. That's the main thing that bothered me.. overall staff service was ok, they just want the line to move. An affordable healthier meal available in town.

Up-scale New Orleans restaurant in Mississippi? Yes, please! Excellent selection of food and beverages. It's in a College town, so there's an extensive list of alcohol for people who drink it. We got the crab wontons as an appetizer, and they were fantastic! They were house made and absolutely delicious. The sauce was really good too. I ordered the ham and cheese special, asked for it to be open faced and they happily obliged. Husband ordered the Shrimp Po' Boy, cheddar grits and Gumbo and really liked them. Our waitress, Taylor, was quick, friendly, offered personal recommendations and was knowledgeable about the food and establishment, which is always a plus! We're moving to Hattiesburg soon, from New Orleans, so we will DEFINITELY be back!

The service was great, the host plain and lack luster. He must've had an off day. The table was a little sticky, but that seems to be the thing around here. 1st order was the char'd oysters. They were good, a little too much cheese for me but eh. Didn't have a fish taste and some had little bits of sand, which means they probably didn't come from a farm. The jambalaya was lazy as it tasted like bootleg Mexican rice with half a quarter slice of sausage bit. The crab cake BLT BLEW ME AWAY! It actually tasted like crab!! The waiter was nice and so was the trainee.

Stopped here for lunch. We were seated quickly. They were busy but we didn't wait long for our drinks. We ordered. Food came out in less than 15 minutes. Everything was very tasty. Portions were generous. We will definitely come back.

Had a great late lunch today! The rest of the table got sandwiches and poboys, I got the house salad with chicken! Server was attentive and checked in on us often, prices were fair, and food was excellent! Definitely a hidden gem in Hattiesburg! Can’t wait to come again for dinner!

5 stars all the way. Absolutely an exceptional experience. The Catfish Plaquemine is phenomenal along with the oyster sampler and fried green tomatoes. We had several other appetizers as well. Nothing disappointing about this place at all. Exceptional food and service that's hard to beat. Hands down one of the best dining experiences in Hattiesburg Mississippi.

Her hospitality has a standard of excellence. When you eat here ask for her to be your waitress and you will have an amazing experience at Patio 44.

Patio 44 is always my go-to, I went with my partner yesterday afternoon for a pre-movie lunch. Generally, the hostess is really professional, warm, welcoming— something that matches the setting. However, whoever hosted Monday afternoon just yelled, “Y’all come on!” from the patio. It was…off, but the food has always been wonderful so we still came in. She never asked for party size, she just told us to sit down somewhere, so we chose the back wall. The only highlight was Chloe, our server. She was fantastic. There was something floating in my partner’s drink, she handled it well. My partner asked if the highlighted meals were fan favorites & Chloe wasn’t sure, that’s 100% not her fault, but it’s a good idea to know your menu though. She’s been there a month, no biggie. Food was good, until we got to the end of the side of fries and there was hair on the bottom of the plate. That was gross. Chloe got it off the ticket, and she did amazing handling it. The entire visit was really disappointing, honestly. There was a lot of gross things happening that should not have. Honestly, after the hair in fries, we didn’t see the movie because I was really grossed out. I know things happen, but quality checking should be full force whether the restaurant is full or not. Doubt I’ll be back after this.

Traveling and found Patio 44. We thought they had an interesting menu, and it looked great. We were extremely disappointed. We arrived and were seated inside at a table with something wet all over it. We were ignored for about ten minutes. Someone finally wiped off table. Five more minutes or more our server took drink orders and we eventually ordered the pimento cheese fritters and they were delicious. That's the only good thing we had. Duck strips were rubber, Nachos were bad. The chips were fried in bad oil and/or, not fresh. The flavors on top of the chips, not good. Our server was about the worst we have had in a long time. She was cute and friendly but we had to flag her down for anything. Save your time and money.

Always a great time when I come here. The bartender, Hunter, gave excellent service and was very hospitable. I had a medium rare sirloin with grilled Asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, and two French 75s; all were very good (the drinks especially, lol). If I were to be nitpicky, the asparagus could've been cooked a little longer with the stalks cut a little more, but the taste was good nonetheless. This will always be a treat-yourself restaurant for me : )

The steak sandwich is amazing! Flavorful and tender. The chicken Alfredo is good, it’s super light and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy. Our food came quickly, we had constant water refills. Our server was super nice as well, very down to earth! Thank you Carolyn for the great service! ❤️

Enjoyed OG in Hattiesburg. Place was quite crowded when we visited. I had my usual Chicken Alfredo. My husband had the gluten free rotini with marinara sauce and Italian sausage. Both meals were delicious. Our salad was served with croutons on the side.

I love Olive Garden. My wonderful in laws live in Mississippi and I in Louisiana. My hubby and I decided we would all meet halfway at this Olive Garden to share a meal. We all ordered Chicken Alfredo. My poor father in laws noodles were old and hardening. Our wonderful waiter was nice enough to get him a fresh plate of noodles but the damage had been done. I was just a little disappointed as the rest of our food was great. My father in law wasn’t able to enjoy his meal and still insisted on paying the bill. The first bowl of Alfredo wasn’t comped either but we weren’t charged for the remake. Our server was a wonderful young man named Aaron with a great sense of humor.

I like the way it felt just walking in. Pleasant staff, clean bright and relaxing. Very European atmosphere. One of the other waiters on the way by stopped and cleared our detritus from the table. Score. The free bread was a great start, fantastic flavor - we had to get an additional serving. So light and tender. Dinner was 6 cheese ravioli with pesto cream sauce. Great texture and taste. Pesto sauce could have used a bit more basil for me it was also excellent. Side salad was simple dressing over mixed greens , tomato, shaved parm. Nothing too overstated. Will shall return.

Absolutely amazing restaurant, food is out of this world and the atmosphere is incredible. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to this place many times and always excited to come back. I ordered the shrimp and Angel hair. and wow its delicious highly recommend it.

Disappointing experience... we had heard so much about this restaurant and decided to try it... let's just say we don't plan on going back. The atmosphere is nice. One of the more "refined" locations I found in Hattiesburg. Please take the word "refined" loosely... it is a nice little restaurant. Food was average and pricey. The Margherita pizza had practically no cheese (as you can see in the picture) so it was basically dough and tomato sauce... and from everything we ordered, it was the best tasting meal. I had the six cheese ravioli and I think there were literally about six ravioli... it was so little food, my family members offered me some of their food... this meal was way expensive for what was provided. Again, we don't plan on going back.

Restaurant was clean, rustic, family type atmosphere. I had the chicken madomia. I was very disappointed. My pasta and chicken were smothered in Alfredo sauce. The broccoli was so overcooked. It was like a mushy blanket over the whole dish. There were no Italian flavors at all. We also had Mario's favorite. It had a ton of sausage, but no meatballs. Third dish was shrimp fra diavolo. She said it wasn't spicy at all. The bread was even cold. One and done for us.

I arrived in pouring rain. I was seated right away. Ordered the calamari appetizers and a glass of wine and water. The calamari arrived piping hot, beautiful large pieces. With a delicious sauce. The Red fish arrived piping hot and was cooked to perfection. The Italian cream cake and coffee perfect and fresh. The atmosphere is like being in Italy. All ages, races, families with grandparents and adults with children, Everyone on there best behavior, dress professional casual.
