It’s really good pasta and bread. Nice selection of wine. I rated service at a 3 because it was slow and disjointed. However they were busy, and the staff were very nice and when you could get their attention very outgoing and helpful. Perhaps that 3 for service is unfair given that, but thems the breaks.

Drove down to Corvallis for the day to see our daughter and decided to go out and grab a bite. I hadn't been to pastini's here in Corvallis before but it was nearby. Three of us got the $13 lunch special and it was quite good. The service was really nice and if you like good air conditioning, this place has it.

Authentic Hawaiian food that is amazing. Great atmosphere good portions and priced well. Easy to find and has its own parking lot. This is a must have if in Corvallis and it’s reputation precedes it. Service was awesome and people were so friendly. Will go back when we are down south again.

Locally owned Hawaiian restaurant. When you walk in . You are greeted by the staff . With a welcome. .This was my first time here . The staff member was very helpful. Ask if they could make a special request. For my son . And they where happy to oblige. The food was amazing. Very fresh. Cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend this locally owned establishment. Remember you can not go wrong trying new things here . Everything taste perfect. Bon appétit.

Value for money eatery please. Very reasonable meal price. I ordered mix meat menehune chicken and bbq beef. Shredded Chicken come with very fragrance in teriyaki sauce & Smokey bbq smell rich slice meat. It comes with rice (taste like Japanese rice) & macaroni salad. I highly recommend that place. 2nd time in, had blackened ahi both times. So good. Little spicy, ask them to hold the wasabi mayo and chili sauce if you’re like me and don’t dig hot stuff. Carrot cake for dessert- beware the mini cakes will feed 2 people just fine. Holy smokes they pack a punch. Good stuff all in all, will be back.

Well as much as I was hoping for a decent meal, unfortunately this is not the place to go. We ordered potato skins for our appetizer. They were awful. The skins themselves were tough and tasteless. The potato itself was chalky and unpleasant to the pallet. I ordered the ribeye and my wife ordered the fish taco. My steak was tough, the flavor was something you might expect at a Dennys. My wife liked her tacos and fries. Our server Justin was pleasant and kind. They must be really skimping on quality food cost. But if you're going to change the prices they do, buy some good quality ingredients. I would rather pay a bit more for a good quality meal. This place missed the mark totally.

Great food and service. Our party of 3 all had the seared Ahi tuna and loved it. The Wasabi sauce was just right, not too hot but enough bite. As a diabetic option they substituted vegetables instead of noodles for me, my work associates had noodles and enjoyed it.

Had the steamer clam, ribeye and NY steak. — Steamer clam is good, steamed in the butter garlic sauce, and the taste of the sauce is really balanced，the two pieces of bread are also good, dipping into the sauce is the way to eat it. — the two steaks are also good, although there’s nothing special about it. Very standard grilled steak. Overall, the restaurant is good. After comparing with other “fancy” restaurants in town, they have the best “cost performance”. The photo looks good right? My girl friend is a pretty good photographer :)

With this price I really want to just give 3.5 stars but consider this is around OSU and other’s restaurants could be more worse so I give 4. Service are great but food… tbh it’s okay, if the price is around $15-18. Food are not like crazy good but definitely above the average restaurant level, however I will not back again since this price is crazy expensive. You can definitely do much better with this price.

Best brunch place, we got the chicken and waffle (generous portion!) And the pork schnitzel benedict, perfect! Must visit and must give it a try! You can also make reservations as the lines tend to grow around noon.

My husband and I came here for a date night and it was exactly what we were hoping for! The restaurant is beautiful inside and the service was great, very attentive but not over bearing! The cost is on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for! We'd love to come again!

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local who said he heard it was good. The ambiance was pleasant and the wait staff were courteous and professional. There were only two people working the front of the house and the service suffered because of that. The food was mediocre and overpriced for the small portions served. The steak was not cut correctly, making it very chewy as it was a cheaper cut of meat. There was a lot of gristle in the meat.

Great food; the tacos and sweet potatos were really good. The chips and salsa are pretty standard. Wished the server would have refilled our water or chips. Was enjoyable overall. There were a surprising number of flies if you eat outside.

First impression, walking in we got a seat instantly in the corner to the left right when you walk in. That's a good spot cause you're not in-between a bunch of people talking, as it can get pretty loud when you're in there, and depending on who you're sitting next to😏🫡. Started with drinks, margaritas to be exact, and they we're pretty darn good. I'd definitely get drinks from there, and I'm hard to please when I order a drink. Flavors we're on point. I guess this place is known for their seasonal drink and food specials. We ordered the DIY Guac, that was pretty cool. They bring out a big-ole molcajete with all the ingredients just sitting inside and you get to mash and mix your own Guac while you wait for your order. We ordered Tacos. They have a few different options and crazy combinations when it comes to ingredients. There are Vegetarian options as well. Service was top-notch and the tacos were perfect and had a good ortion of meat per taco. Overall very pleased and want to go back very soon. 🤤🫠

I dig it, great atmosphere as you walk in very unassuming from the outside. Great tacos. I had the duck and Korean short ribs tacos and a couple heather Allen Pilz. We shared some fried mushrooms, chips and salsa for the table also. Great service, could be a bit noisy for some.

I have been here so many times! Almost tried every taco on the menu. Quality local food, and the owner as well as staff are so awesome and kind. The curry chicken (especially with the secret peanut sauce is absolutely amazing) as well as the steak!! Love it here and my friend loves their vegetarian options as well (jack fruit is the best ive heard). Atmosphere is great, only plausible downside (bar pours heavy or drinks are strong) just depends on your preference. Overall 10/10 even with the wait your asked and greeted multiple times about drinks or if you want to look at the menu. The owners also own sugar J’s one block up, best ice cream downtown! Seasonal and vegan options as well.

Won't be back. The food was cold likely due to the too casual bartender/reluctant server who was too busy talking to his friend at the bar. The 8 customers present on Sunday morning weren't a priority. I mean pay attention a little bit. Pretend to care a little bit. My fried were soggy and greasy.

The rating never lies. Just so you know the meat is great but anything else, is not good. You know if you gonna give some vegetables, plz at least give some fresh vegetables, they are not expensive you get it in winco! Service are nice but we don’t get napkin until we asked. Server are nice tho! Place are small just so you know. Overall, drink options are great, meat is great, atmosphere is great.

Magenta is easily Corvallis’s Best Restaurant. Magenta in Corvallis Oregon is so clean, has delicious artisan eats, private restrooms, free parking, indoor and outdoor dining, and has super friendly team members and management. I love the vegan tofu fried rice with a side of plum sauce.

Today was our first visit to Magenta. They offer extensive outdoor seating but we chose the coolness of inside. It's a nice vibe indoors with wood paneling, mirrors, decorative drapes, and interesting art. The background music was a smooth piano jazz with elements of bossa nova. The food was delicious. I had the Mi Ga and my boo had Pad Thai. The flavors were layered and delicate. We will be back!

My favorite Southeast Asian restaurants in Corvallis. I have tried almost all the dishes here, P1 and Padseew are the most delicious and distinctive. All the dishes were delicious and received five star reviews.

P1 is a solid pho choice with 3 types of meat and rice noodles. Always a delicious combination. The thai coffee and a H10 is the other platter my wife tried, the chicken was tender and well cooked. The customer service was excellent as well. I am a returning customer and will be for a long time to come.

I went there on 12-10-22 for me and my partner’s anniversary as a small lunch date!! I got the Combination Beef rice Pho and lord was it amazing!! I enjoyed every bite!! Our server was the sweetest I did not get her name but she was amazing. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service I received. I will be going back 100%. I tried to take a nice picture but I was too excited and dug right in!!

Although we came in 2 hours before close, our food came out about 45 minutes after we ordered it. Both the appetizer and entrees came out at the same time. The quality of their bao buns is that of the frozen ones you buy from the HK. We had two P1s, the beef combo pho, the broth was essentially flavorless, like it was made with a broth substitute. There was little to no meat, what little meat we got was similar to rehydrated jerky, and we received no real sauces provided with the pho, unless prompted. The family next to us received both appetisers and entrees and had finished their meal before we were checked in for more water, an a couple who came in 10 minutes after we got our food got theirs within 20 minutes.
