It was OK. I got there at 3:45pm and they don't open until 4pm so I waited outside their door for 15 minutes. When I came in at 4pm the receptionist was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me so I stood in entryway for a while until one of the waiters decided to seat me. The food was good, recommend Viva Italia. The bread is good as well. The waiter came around with water often, but I had to ask him to refill my soda every time.

Food: The chicken parmesan was great. Hot and delicious. We ordered a side of Alfredo sauce and it was as thin as milk and cost $4.50 for about an oz. The Atlantic salmon was not very good. Bland and not very warm. The asparagus was under seasoned and not very hot. The broccoli was not seasoned at all and was cold. Service: Our waiter was very, very hard to understand. We asked him what the vegetable was and he said "whatever they mix in the kitchen, maybe carrots and zucchini". He didn't check for us. Atmosphere: When arriving at our table my husband went to move a chair and the seat came off. It wasn't connected to the chair. The staff didn't show any concern at first but someone did come and exchange it. We didn't sit in it or need it. We let them know we were dissatisfied and they did give us 25% off. We travel through Cheyenne quite often but will not be eating here again.

This restaurant fails to disappoint! All the dishes we have tried are delicious as well as the desserts. My go to is the tour of Italy chicken parmesan, lasagna and fettuccini alfredo all in one dish. For the desserts we have tried the raspberry cheeses cake, tiramisu and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake is extremely rich so definitely for a chocolate lover.

My partner and I shared a wonderful meal here after a long drive in from Sioux Falls SD. It was such a comfort to dine at this ambient restaurant. Our server Luigi was a delight, a very kind person. The food and drinks were simply fantastic (calamari, pizza Margherita, a Manhattan and a French 75, tiramisu to go). Would definitely dine here again and recommend to anyone road weary and looking for authentic Italian fare.

We loved this place. Very impressive to have this type of restaurant in Cheyenne. Excellent food. Our table enjoyed Gnocchi, Chicken Parm, Spaghetti, White Clams. The wine list was great. Service and atmosphere were top notch. Will be back!!!

Pork Panang curry was my choice. I would love to have more spice in the curry to spice thing up. But it was still good to my taste. Definitely going back for more stuff. 2nd time was spicy pork fried rice, aka. Pork thai basil fried rice and thai ice tea.

Absolutely love the food here. It's delicious compared to most other similar restaurants. The food is made fresh and more flavorful! Every time I come into Cheyenne, I make sure to stop in. Friendly staff, quick service, and top notch food. I'd absolutely love to see an Anongs come to Casper! (Pictured: Crab Rangoon and Summer rolls. What a Thai Iced Tea. Highly recommend!)

We have been here many times and the chicken pad Thai is always wonderful, not spicy unless you ask, very consistently prepared and gluten free (if you don't put soy sauce on it). We have also enjoyed a fantastic soup there. The place has some very interesting hand sequined art adorning the walls, which looks like it took someone considerable time to masterfully create. Their staff is generally pretty friendly and attentive. They do have limited hours of operation so be aware of that, but beyond that I can highly recommend this lovely little gem of a restaurant to folks who love Thai food when in Cheyenne Wyoming.

This was a fun stop for Mexican food on our cross country road trip. We were seated quickly and served quickly. The food came out fast and although it's not the highest quality it was tasty and we enjoyed it. The salsa is okay but the beans with the chips is very good. The house margarita was just okay and some prices had really high prices but the dishes are large enough to share! The restaurant is built to look like an outdoor square in a village, there are bright colors and it was clean from what i could tell. Overall worth a try while your in Cheyenne.

It was such a nice surprise when we walked in and saw the beautiful decor. We were sat down at a booth which felt nice and cosy. We received chips and salsa right away. The food was great and servers were all very friendly. Would like to see the fountains operate though. All in all this is a wonderful place

Our waitress didn't even write down our order. Our order wasn't simple and she nailed it. Great service and great food. It wasn't even ten minutes and our food was at the table. It was super delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will definitely be back!!! 😀

I visited the Lincolnway location. I've heard horror stories about the Del Range location. But the staff was really nice. My company was pretty cool too. We were able to just sit and chat and no one bothered us. We sat until the doors closed. I had the Colorado burrito and was talked into getting the fried ice cream. LMBO. It was so yummy. I'll be going back when I need my "fix". They are by far the best in town. But I am from southern California and no one had beat them out yet. But Guadalajara is close.

The place itself is beautifully decorated and stepping into the restaurant makes you feel right at home. There are many small tables among beautiful artifacts and the entire indoor area is impressive. The food, on the other hand, was less impressive. The kimchi pancake was small, banchan was even smaller (and very sweet) and the manduguk soup was on the flavorless side. The prices are a bit high as well. I love Korean food but will probably choose another option in the future.

The food is always good, always fresh and ALWAYS consistent. The ladies working there are so adorable and work so hard to make sure their food is authentic and delicious. It is a typical carry-out restaurant, no frills needed. I’ve tried several different dishes, but always go back for the be bim bop. I’m never disappointed! The prices are reasonable based on how much you’re served. They only accept cash so make sure you’re prepared for that. I wish they were opened later in the day; they close at 6:00 and dinner for me is usually later… I plan my day around when I want Korean House! The best Korean food in town.

The atmosphere is great! The staff are nice and the margaritas were fantastic. The food is good, but wished we could have pick hot, mild or medium green chili. Homemade chips salsa and bean dip to start with. The salsa has a strong tomato flavor, but was ok.

We went for an early dinner. Food was good. Service was horrible! Couldn't get our server to pay attention to us. Ignored us. Asked for Corona beers before dinner. He brings Corona beer. NO LIME.THEN..we asked for a few slices of lime. He brings a whole lime cut into 4 giant pieces. Can't even get them in the bottle. He wasn't a good server at all. We won't be going back as our experience was horrible!! Then asked for change & he brings me back all large bills so he gets a good tip . Sorry but he wasn't worth 20 % of anything. Personally included. Horrible!! NOT GOING BACK!!

I have had this place a few times since moving to Cheyenne. This past time everything was spectacular, the service was top notch as the waiter was great and attentive. They continually brought us chips, hot sauce and beans throughout our lunch and the food was unbelievable. Yummy Yummy

Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner for the first time at the Cheyenne location last Saturday. Knowing how busy this chain restaurant can get, we went a bit before the dinner rush and got seated right away. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left the service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was attentive and friendly. We even had a floor manager come up after service to check how everything was, which in my opinion shows that they care about customer's experience, which is a very nice touch! As for the food, we've been to a bunch of different Texas Roadhouses in different states and rarely had a bad experience in general but this visit by far was one of my favorite. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fresh but most importantly our steaks were cooked to the temperature we requested! We'll be back for sure!

Always good food and friendly service. Always busy too. We did the call ahead and only waited about 20 minutes. Our waiter was a bit forgetful. Had to repeatedly ask for things. Ordered drinks, after the others were delivered, we had to ask twice for the beer. When we placed the food order, asked for bbq and ranch for the Chicken Critters, had to ask twice after the food was served. Asked twice for more bread. Notice the pattern here? Lol. Taking our food to go, had to as three times for a lid for the ranch. Made for a irritating experience. Like I said, they were busy, and I can see forgetting one time, but it was the theme for the night. Not from here, so it will be awhile before I'm back to this particular establishment. I will continue to visit others.

My family and I were really excited to check this place out. It was my first time experiencing a mongolian grill. The employees were very friendly and a joy to talk with, the restaurant was clean. It was not very busy which I was surprised. The food was delicious but we will most likely not return. For the portion/price range, we left still hungry. We were also charged $9 for our 3 cups of tap water. As far as I knew, Mongolian Grills were an all you can eat experience and we have never at any establishment been charged for tap water before so this was a surprise. I would return for a lunch as I said, the food is delicious.

I’ve been visiting this location for roughly 7 years, and have enjoyed every single trip. I can say with confidence that I never had a bad experience. When you’re picking your own ingredients, it’s pretty easy to have a good experience. I visited this location again recently and could immediately tell something had changed. This location is under new ownership. With this being said, it no longer carries the same value it once did. The food appeared aged, almost as if it wasn’t properly stored. The atmosphere here is not what it once was. I understand things change and staff will ultimately change, but this was not a good change. The food was over cooked, way too much hot sauce added when only a little was requested, the rice was caked and in poor condition, the restaurant was dirty with sticky floors, the staff appeared abrasive, and the prices have gone up while quality has declined. I won’t be returning. I will conclude this review in saying that Ford, the original owner, ran a very tight ship, and he will be sorely missed. RIP Mongolian Grill.

I've been going here for years and it WAS always one of my favorite establishments in town. I came here very often so I always loved to see the friendly staff and enjoyed the customization of your food. But unfortunately this place has gone down hill! They've apparently increased their prices but decreased their customer service. They got all new staff that poorly represents the business by providing horrible and very unprofessional service. I understand enjoying your work environment and coworkers, but there is a time and place for certain actions and conversations. With the new cooks the food was very distasteful since they barely cooked it making half my noodles hard and over watered it taking away from the flavors I added. Needless to say with my overall recent experience I won't be going back.

Absolutely love the food!! Staff is super attentive! If you've never been here before you grab a bowl, small, medium, or large (it does shrink a bit after cooking). Pick your veggies, then your noodles, then meat, and lastly your sauces. When done, you hand your bowl to the cook and they cook it right there. It's really fun to watch. You can get soup and or rice along with it. I always get the rice and use it too soak up the extra sauce.
