Loved my trip to Angie's. I am from out of town and the idea of a place that specializes in both Mexican and Italian intrigued me. Needless to say, Angie's did an excellent job at both! I ordered the chimichanga and my sister got the chicken parmesan. The chicken in the chimi was juicy and flavorful and the green chili sauce seemed homemade--one of the best chimichangas I've had in a while. My sister said the marinara sauce was very flavorful and her meal was delicious. We finished with nice, hot sopapillas and honey. I specifically want to point out the atmosphere of this cozy place. The colors are warm with big red booths and a lot of nice antique wood. The walls are paneled with what seem to be antique hotel doors and shelves featuring a collection of antique rodeos. It all blends together really nice and our booth felt pretty cozy and quiet despite how busy they were. There were options for gluten-free pasta and the staff were more than willing to work around my tomato allergy. I have a feeling they would have been happy to make more changes to our meal if we had needed them. All the staff that we met were friendly, nice, and excellent servers. Our gal always seemed to be there right we needed something, and the hostesses were helpful in getting me and my service dog into a booth that would suit us. The staff all seemed in good moods and appeared to work together well. It seems like a fun restaurant to work at. We went around 5pm and there was no wait, but nearly every booth was full. That didn't impede on our experience all as our food was delivered quickly and the booths and dividers kept things quiet. I only tend to give 5 stars when I have a particularly awesome experience and I definitely did. If I am in town again I will not hesitate to stop by!

Looking for a great lunch with great wait staff, Angie's is for you. The bustling corner restaurant in downtown Castle Rock was a perfect spot to grab a filling lunch while exploring the area. My waitress, Jessica was awesome! I ordered a lunch portion of Chicken Parm with penne. It was cooked perfectly and was just enough to keep me full until dinner. The Lunch portion was served with a house salad and a delicious personal loaf of freshly baked italian bread. It was all perfect. The marinara sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but excellent none the less with lots of fresh herbs. The Italian salad dressing was homemade and also filled with herbs. Definitely recommend. I wanted to try on of their yummy looking desserts, but just couldn't fit it in. Don't miss the array of old radios lining the wall adding to the charm of this local restaurant.

The ambience is old-school and fantastic. The service was friendly and helpful and fun. The food, the food outstanding we started off with bread. It was fresh out of the oven and melted in your mouth. We had a few appetizers and then onto the main meal. I had the Italian side of the house and every bit was fantastic homemade sauce homemade noodles. I ate more that I needed. I was full, but couldn’t stop. Then we had dessert and it was amazing. I drove all the way from WheatRidge and it was well worth the drive and I can’t wait to go again.

In my 50 years of existence and tasting and eating different calamari…………. Union An American Bistro’s calamari was an exceptional. It was a bomb! Never tasted a calamari that good, it was so juicy compared to the norm or traditional way of cooking it dried. And it’s not just the calamari, it’s just for the starter! The three dishes that they recommend and served us was uniquely good.

The food quality was good. The portions were super small though and the menu has literally only five dinners so I ended up with a chicken panini sandwich which tasted good but was super small and the bread was mush and crumbled after the first bite. Since the food was good I did 3 stars but I won’t be going back. In the two photo’s you could see the size and the bread after the first time I picked up the sandwich. Not worth $16. They also were late brining my daughters dish and they took my other daughters plate 2 seconds after she finished but nobody else was finished and as I said my other daughter didn’t even have her food so she kind of ate by herself.

we've been meaning to come here for awhile, and we're not disappointed! the bartender was really busy when we sat at the bar on a Saturday, maybe next time less bar backs and another actual bartender. butttt the gluten free buns were amazing! and the fries are gluten free too so I was happy

We were passing through and the kids wanted tacos. We ordered chicken nacho's, brisket and chicken quesadilla's, and fish tacos. The food was good, staff was nice, and place was clean. It isn't bad for a quick fast food style taco joint.

I understand being short staffed but food and drinks should be accurate. For the price that was paid we expect accurate service which we didn’t receive

A fairly interesting small Italian restaurant that was converted from an old Catholic Church in old town Castle Rock. The menu is fairly standard with pastas and pizza as main dishes. Our pizza was good and arrived at our table piping hot. The eggplant fries were also good without being too filling. Our server Jacob was attentive and helpful at all times. There was an indoor parking lot that is open to the public next door. During warmer weather you could have Alfresco dining outdoor too.

Wonderful dinner in an old Catholic Church. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We had five people - we ordered Lobster Ravioli, Stuffed Shrimp, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata and the charcuterie board. Two of us added salads to our dinner for $5 each. Fantastic, friendly service. I highly recommend it!

The food was delicious, the service was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. No wonder they're packed on a Tuesday night! I had the chicken piccata 🤤 and it was so delicious. My husband had the gnocchi and the sauce was so yummy 😋 and the appetizer burrata was so creamy. Worth the price!! Loved the church atmosphere. Definitely recommend! 🤩👍🏻

We came here on a Saturday night, it was busy, but well worth the wait! We were told it would be about an hour and a half wait; ended up only being an hour. The environment is super cool, I love how you can still see some of the original bricks inside the church. They kept the menu in theme with the restaurant being in a church (garden of Eden, Old and New Testament, etc). Our waiter was Lee and he was very knowledgeable and super welcoming! My recommendation- start with dessert first. The cannolis here are AMAZING! Hands down one of the best cannolis I’ve ever eaten. Perfect texture and sweetness. The portions here are huge- one other reason to start with dessert first or you won’t have any space for it! We ordered the Gnocchi and it was delicious! We ended up splitting it and still had left overs. I wish we lived closer since there’s so much I want to come back to try!

We loved the atmosphere and the service. The food was amazing, mostly. And we really enjoyed our time there. You definitely need to set a reservation. Do not come in thinking you will get a table within an hour. We knew it was going to be pricey, so we planned in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience.

This is such a quaint comfortable spot to get brunch or dinner! A friend of mine recommended this place and I was pleased with how nice of a restaurant this is. They also have really friendly service. had one of their specials, the Chile Relleno, and it was delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are also sooooo good! I can't wait to go back and try their other menu items!

Oh what a beautiful place! The food was delicious. My husband ordered The Mexican omelet and cinamon roll. It was delicious, but the cinamon roll was to die for! I ordered the Egg Benedict with Avocado and bacon; OMG, Sooo good. And to make it better the owner greeting everyone and that is something special these days. We will definitely recommend Pegasus to everyone.

We stopped in for the first time, and I’m EMPHATIC about this place! Our new fave Castle Rock restaurant (and there are so many good ones to choose from). We sat outside and the ambiance was lovely. Had the pasta purses for appetizer and we knew it was off to a great start. The lobster ravioli was dreamy and the bison bolognese… killer. We couldn’t stop talking about how happy the food made us. And the service! Felt truly cared for - a level of service that was top of its class. This is why you come here (:

My wife and I recently moved to Castle Rock and landed on this spot for a celebration dinner with her sisters joining us. As soon as we walked in the door Chef Ignazio greeted us with his warm and welcoming energy. He seated us at the chef’s table which gave us a great view of all the food coming out of the kitchen. All the food looked amazing. We ordered four dishes: Chianti Braised Short Ribs Hyplains Heritage 90 Day Aged Ribeye Chilean Sea Bass Tortellini Pesto The portioning was excellent, not too much and definitely not too little. I do not like any kind of fish or seafood but because the other three dishes were superb I gave the Sea Bass a go and it was delicious. I will eat fish again if it tastes like that. Every plate was balanced perfectly and the flavors hit all the right spots. Our desserts were: Cheese cake Tiramisu Chocolate cake Raspberry moose Again, everything was perfect. Light yet full of flavor for each. Chef Ignazio and his staff were very personable and made all of us feel at home and welcome. My wife and I will most definitely frequent this spot.

Hyplains Heritage 90 Days Aged Ribeye-Tri-color roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. Chianti Braised Short Rib-Sriracha honey glazed baby carrots, spicy Hatch chili smashed Yukon gold potatoes, Chianti demi-glace. Chilean Sea Bass-Chilean sea bass baked and basted with herbs and butter served over Aborio rice and quinoa mixed with seasonal vegetables. Tortellini Pesto-Tri-color cheese tortellini served with our own pesto cream sauce and fresh basil. Calamari-Loligo squid, Peruvian mini sweet peppers, imported parmesan, marinara. Baked Clams Oreganata-One dozen fresh east coast clams baked with Italian seasoning bread crumbs with a splash of white wine golden brown.

Outstanding service. Came for brunch and we were seated quickly. The outdoor patio was comfortable and breezy. The server was great, friendly, and checked on us several times. I'd say the food is where this place fell short. I ordered the Avocado toast with cheesy eggs, and a side of bacon. My friend ordered an eggs Benedict. Her food appeared well plated and she said it was good. My food looked cheap. The Brest wasn't toasted ("avocado toast") and the avocado wasn't seasoned. The eggs were runny once I cut into the layer of cheese on top. Lastly, the side of bacon didn't show up until we asked the waiter about it about 10 min after the rest of the food. Perhaps it was an unusual occurrence, but for my first time, it wasn't great.

Amazing food! Weekday breakfast, nice and quiet spot. Had my first ever mimosa, definitely made for a happy start to the morning. Partner had the Colorado coffee(has bourbon in it) and kid had "Shirley temple". My food was the chicken fried chicken, and it was the best I've had. Meat was juicy, not greasy, breading was crispy and stayed on the chicken (none of that falling off mess like at some local places). Eggs, scrambled hard, first place to get my eggs right while dining out. Potatoes were good, my kid stole a lot off my plate. Next time I'll ask for extra sausage gravy though, it was delicious. Even after sitting for a few minutes My toast was still warm and toasty- no sogginess! I was busy eating the tasty chicken and forgot about the toast at first. My kid had the kids french toast and it was good too. Came with fruit and was good fruit: melons and pineapple (hard to do in winter!). This is definitely a place we will return to often.

I have tried to like this place so many times (in fact 2 times this weekend alone), but it just isn’t working for me. They are out of at least 2-3 main ingredients or alcohol every single time and the food is subpar. Here is a picture of a side of fruit - yes technically it is a side of fruit but how sad is this in the middle of summer? Like if that’s the effort you put in to fruit, you can imagine the rest of their menu. And don’t get me started on their HH food - it’s like they pre make it and warm it up when you order it when there are literally 4 people in the entire restaurant.
