Ok so, this was my first time at this location and it surpassed my expectations. I was in the area with my business partner we decided to come here for dinner. It was clean and super busy but were still able to be seated before our reservation time. Shunire was assigned to our table and she was great. I don't think I've ever been served so quickly and had our food to us without waiting for a long time after the appetizer. My food was hot off the plate and probably the best steak I've had at The Keg. I have been to many Keg locations, Hamilton being the most frequent but Brantford you did good!! 11/10 :)

No matter which Keg we’ve gone to , the service, the food and the atmosphere is top notch !! From start to finish a wonderful experience!! Thank you Keg !! Company was awesome of course !!

We love the Keg! We've been regulars of the Keg restaurant in Toronto for a very long time. The Brantford one was really substandard to us. First of all, the waitress dropped someones leftover food beside our table. The eaten shrimp tails and vegetable leftovers were a slip hazard and ugly to see. It was right beside our table and that's all we could see. She didn't clean it up nor did anybody come to clean up. It was disgusting. We had to watch chewed food beside us the entire time. The table was wobbly. The server never offered to fix it even though my husband was on the ground trying to fix it himself. They never offered to change the table, but given it was a low table, and I can't sit at high tops, my husband persisted to fix that one. It was completely embarrassing- patrons should not be on the ground leveling tables! In addition to that, our food arrived luke warm. We ordered Two lobster tails and a steak, which we ate and didn't send back to warm up...we were hungry. It was very busy as well, so we decided not to make a fuss. Sadly details didn't matter to this staff. They have the bums in seats, so perhaps it just doesn't matter to this Keg. They really need to see the operation in Toronto. The one on Les Mill and Leslie. That is the standard. I just regretted the whole Brantford Keg visit. The restaurant floor was dirty. The service was sub average. The food was kind of cold. I was just bummed out. Really truly disappointed with my evening - it wasn't a cheap dinner. Not the quality experience we are used to. Grateful I had good company though, and we kept it cheerful regardless.

We don't visit the Keg often and this was our first visit to this location, and it's our best Keg experience to date. Tom provided great service and was friendly and professional. All of the food was also great - calamari app, prime rib steaks with twice baked potatoes and bearnaise sauce, and a creme brulee to finish. Atmosphere on a Saturday night felt relaxed even though it was a full house and busy. The ambiance was just right (other Keg's we've been to are too dark with their lighting). Nothing but positive comments about our experience.

I don't often attend the keg but when I do its because of the consistency they bring to the table. I know if I want a quality steak cooked to perfection that's exactly what I will get. I'm not a huge fan of the super dim lighting and roaring loud environment. However based on food quality and presentation I'm willing to brave those elements and enjoy a good steak. The price point is on the high end and with inflation you can now expect an extra 20% of what you're used to on the bill. A great spot for special occasions. Today wr ate celebrating great food.

Was really looking forward to some Eggs Benedict and boy did they not disappoint. The presentation was perfect. Food was well-prepared, and the customer service was 10/10. I've been a long-time customer, and they have never let me down.

Best experience I've had in a while!! We arrived early before open and Carol the waitress was waving us in 10 minutes early and asking us what we want to drink! The food was quick and DELICIOUS! The coffee tasted great too! So friendly we will DEFINATELY be back again and again! The restaurant was clean and just overjoyed to know a place that is so kind to it's customers! Will be recommending to everyone I know.

Went with my 2 friends and we had such a lovely time, despite the waiter being by herself she ran the restaurant beautifully, was timely, considerate and just wonderful. She Was even training and still taking care of customers all effectively, knows her regulars, was just a genuine person with a great personality, loved the time I had!

I have always liked eating at “Nine” but this time I wasn't satisfied. It feels like they have decreased the quality of food. We had veggie rolls as appetizers and it was a big disappointment, being a vegetarian there weren't many options but spring rolls could be a better option. In the main course, we had cashew stir fry which was ten times better last time we visited and basil stir fry which was spicy that I liked but there wasn't enough gravy just the veggies. Although their staff is nice and friendly.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. We ordered the Crab Rangoons, Tom Yum Soup, and the Pad Thai — all were delicious and tasted very authentic! The service was excellent (food came out quickly), the waitress was very friendly and made conversation with us, and atmosphere was nice! It’s hard to find good food in Brantford but this place is definitely one of the best in town!

Lucky find. Food was incredible. Atmosphere was welcoming. Soft Jazz playing felt slightly out of place, but was definitely welcomed and added to relaxed environment. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Enjoyed watching the cooks in the kitchen move seamlessly around each other as they prepared numerous dishes for the patrons. Definitely coming back.

The food is always fresh, tasty and well made. I have been coming here since they open. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants to go to in town. The service are always amazing!! Their Tom yum soup is the best!! Nowhere else can be comparable :) I also love how they have create your own pho soup, u can always pick whichever meat you like!

Went to red lobster for our anniversary dinner tonight and it was awesome! It was my first time ever going to red lobster and definitely not my last! The food was delicious especially the cheddar biscuits & the strawberry lemonade was to die for! We both got the endless shrimp and everything we tried was great but our favorite had to be the shrimp linguine alfredo! Our waiter (I believe his name was Dave) was outstanding! He definitely went out of his way to make our visit excellent!

I usually only get to go to Red Lobster on my birthday, as I am the only seafood lover in my family therefore, it is absolutely amazing every time!! The buns, well, I couldn't say anything to make them any better! Try them you will not regret it. Today, I had the grilled lobster tail, salmon, shrimp skewer plate with mash. All of it, and I enjoyed every morsel, was delicious. I left extremely full, but extremely satisfied. Already can't wait till next year. Red Lobster helps me look forward to my next birthday lol. My hubby and son had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and they both loved their dish. Our server was Michelle, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. My only complaint, the booths are too snug. Sorry, didn't get a pic of the pasta, but it too looked delicious.

We chose this restaurant for a Dad & daughter night out. The cost of seafood compared to my recent Maratimes tour is quite surprising. With that being said, our server recommended the Endless Shrimp option. The food was fine. I would advise eating the Garlic Shrimp and the Grilled Shrimp. The fried shrimp dishes and linguine will fill you quickly, and aren't honestly the best options (in my opinion). Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is not as lively as it once was.....ages ago. But, its good for a seafood craving.

Ordered pickup tonight for my wife to celebrate mothers day. Her meal was good overall but I had ordered the fish and chips. Not a huge fan of how minimal fries I got and the quality of the fish. Spent 100 dollars on this meal and not overly impressed. Giving a 4 star because my wife's meal turned out a lot better than mine.

Amazing experience. The service was top notch (Lenny went over and above giving us a tour and history of the school house). The food was first rate. Restaurants with food and service like this are a thing of the past. If you are travelling or live in the SW Ontario, stop in. Nostalgic atmosphere is one of a kind.

My sister and I do breakfast on Saturdays. We try different places every time focusing on mom n pop places avoiding the big chains. They have accessible ramp for walkers and an easily accessible bathroom with door handle rail stale. Perfect for accessibility. Angela had great service. Our waitress was kind n wonderful. It was her first breakfast shift with Angela and she handled the busy morning perfectly. We had scrambled eggs toast home fries and sausage/bacon. Coffee of course. All perfect. Shared a fresh fruit bowl. Loved the fresh berries. Will be returning.

A busy breakfast spot — for good reason. Our server was excellent and the coffee was good (slow coming on the second cup) regardless, great breakfast spot BUT see photo if you plan on ordering French toast with strawberries … It was the big nasty … looked like a can of strawberry pie filling was dumped on the French toast YECH … other than that, the menu has many other choices.

Just me driving from Mississauga to Ingersoll, needed a break and food. About 1:45 on a Friday, not too many customers. Seated immediately. My server, Amy, very pleasant and upbeat. Had Senior's Turkey Dinner with Beef and Orzo soup, very tasty. The whole meal was good with Amy being very attentive. After the main course, she asked if I wanted dessert. The Apple Cobbler caught my eye, being served with ice cream, whipped cream, Caramel sauce and Cinnamon. It was heaven on a plate! I make this journey regularly. Angel's is definitely going to be my mid journey stop. Thanks again Amy. Great service. Highly recommend.

We've preciously had a brunch here with a smaller group and had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately when we came back with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids, the wait time was really long. The place wasn't even half full. That's the only reason why I didn't give a 5 star. The employees were really great and friendly. We had some missing items with our food which was fixed right away with no issues. The food was good and the servings were huge for one person. We had some left overs to take home. Pricing was good as well. The place has a really cool old style ambiance and washrooms were kept clean. Highly recommended and will definitely keep coming back.

We came on a Wednesday night and sat outside. We were the only ones there for a while, and while it was nice to have the privacy, it was a shame becuase the vibes were super cute and staff were incredibly friendly and made some great recommendations! We had the Teramo and Norina pastas and they were very delicious, and we each had a basic cocktail and glass of wine. This is a great little spot for a date night that's a little more elevated but not toooo fancy! We'll be back, support local!
