What an amazing place it was. I could see many foreigners there so you can imagine the quality of their food and ambiance. Had a very wonderful time there. I forgot what we ordered but whatever it was, it was tasty, well presented and deserves admiration. You might find it a bit pricey but the ambiance and food quality was according to the price. Would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to find a good western breakfast point ❤️

The most amazing aspect is the beautiful atmosphere and outside seating arrangement is ideal in winter season. Overall food is also good. It takes time to prepare food, but all dishes we tasted were delicious. Prices are bit higher though Service was also acceptable. Staff is humble, nice and cooperative. Although during rush time, it is noticed that the management is not that effective and you to call particular staff multiple times. During rush time parking is also a challenge, so either then the option is vallet parking or park at a far place.

Freddy's Café: POOR food quality & service!! Yesterday visited with family for hi tea and we were utterly disappointed by the taste, variety & service. The food containers were not refilled and they only used to do when repeatedly ask to do so. The waiters were neither removing the plates from table nor were they interested in attending customers. Chicken chowmein had no chicken in it and when asked the waiter brought boiled chicken in a separate plate and asked us to mix it😒 Fried rice was undercooked, lemon chicken was bland. Hoping that dessert section might uplift our mood but that was even more disappointing. I don't share bad reviews on food groups but as the management was least interested in customer's feedback, i chose to write here in the hope that someone might read this and rectify it.

Menu was difficult to select from unlike other places. There should be a catalog how the actual dishes look like since the names usually not describe how they would be. Overall It was one of the best experience. Food was very tasty and the portion size were also very good. We had multiple dishes. Maxican wings 10/10 Crispy Fried fish 8/10 Cashews nut chicken 10/10 Stakes were just so so Afgani daig 😂 was too good 10/10 Cheese cake were both strawberry and blueberry were excellent. Overall they lived up to the hype.

The atmosphere was good but the food was distasteful. We had fettuccine pasta, stuffed chicken with cheese, mozzarella chicken, and butterfly chicken on the recommendation. Only stuffed chicken with cheese was good. The steak was not saucy and bland. Didn't like the pasta also. Freddy's is old now and doesn't have the hype now.

Recently Visited At Freddy’s Cafe after almost 20 Years. What a game changer it was within the restaurant scene when it opened in Lahore back in 2001. . Location. M M Alam Road , Gulberg , Lahore. . Freddy’s has always been popular for its sizzling hot plates steaks or grilled entrees and high tea. There have been some changes in the ambiance/Decor over the years which I noticed though the dishes in their menu are almost the same. Ordered the following items, >>. Cheetos Chicken Tangy Bites >>. Fajita Nachos >>. Three Meats 🥩 ComBo Pizza 🍕 >>. Freddy’s Special Chicken Steak >>. Salad 🥗 Bar and Drinks. . Their service MashaAllah was quite quick and efficient. Food arrived in the desired time and Overall it was good I must say and Shukr Allahumdulilah we all enjoyed it. I am sure some may have an opinion the food is not the same like it used to be or they’re inconsistent. It’s not necessarily Freddy’s fault, I guess there’s a lot of options available to choose from compared to what we had 20 years ago and there’s a good competition now as well. Still I found their food quite nice , enjoyable and above all bringing back those good old memories. yes we ourselves faced a few hiccups with our food, which I discussed with the manager but overall it was a very good experience Allahumdulilah. Ok so firstly I saw a vlog of it, then I checked it's reviews they were all too good so I thought it would be one of the best shop's out there in Pak. I was greatly disappointed, the burgers were cold, I myself saw them heating it in microwave which was outside the kitchen to the cashier side, which means it wasn't freshly made, still 2 of my burgers were cold including club sandwich Talking about main course which so hyped, I tried it they weren't that good😭 It's like I wasted my 10k. Only stuffed chicken in main course was edible, even parmesan main course didn't justified it's taste & is extremely overhyped. Now coming towards th service, it was ok at some point but at the time of payment the server & cashier started saying us to pay by cash eventhough we told him we will pay by card Also on card their was 5% gst and on cash there was 16% gst still he kept bugging as to pay through cash. Keeping it aside we didn't had cash at that time, we had card but they were continuously insisting us on cash. Then about the atmosphere, it was fine then they told us to move to downstair/basement, we were fine with that even though there was enough space the place we were initially sitting. Downstairs their was strong stench of cigarettes etc we tolerated that, then there comes bunch of group downstairs they started smoking, my sister has allergy we told the server, he did asked them but no action was taken we told the server we r moving back upstair. Then we left the basement. I would not recommend any one to try their food just waste of money and over hyped, overall 2/10. And also for those who r going to their just for that deal of them which is going popular on social media that's only from 3 till 7pm. Which we didn't know initially but bcz of it's good review we didn't mind and thought to give it a try but it just turned out to be overly hyped and total waste of time & money. They just worked on the food outer appearance but forgot about it tastes.

A shabby, rundown restaurant, situated in a semi posh area. Didn't have any great expectations as I went there due to shortage of budget. Ordered melt in the mouth chicken steak burger. It was just OK. But the real disappointment was Fettuccine Alfredo pasta. It literally tasted like "Khichri". Let me tell you with utmost conviction: "Italians might commit suicide if they see their beloved Fettuccine Alfredo being treated so badly". Perfectly sums up the experience I had here.

I liked the food of the cafe. However it has a decent environment but it seemed like environment for couples only with so many private arrangements and who can complain its very deeply hidden inside one of the buildings in MM Alam road. However the prices were so high as per of a small restaurant but the taste was good. We tried 3 different menu items from 3 different sections just to taste the things and quality of food which was surprisingly good. So its suggested for small gatherings or hangout. Its very dark in lights but a good place for food and sitting. One other thing, they don't accept payments from cards only cash.

There's something strange about this cafe. Every time you go there, you're left with the feeling that there is something wrong. It could most probably be the dark and rusty interior which has become sort of antique over the years. They really need to change the interior design altogether. Other than that, the food is surprisingly good. But the bad thing is that they don't accept cards whereas my bank shows discount here on payment through card. Anyhow, this place isn't as bad as it seems, plus it is economical. 👏

I have visited this place 5 years ago and it was very lively and good at that time. But now it seems very strange ambiance wise. The dark environment give a feel as it is not a family place but a dating hub 😂 they have arranged some private sitting too that gives this strong feeling. They need to change the ambiance for sure. Now let’s come to the food. The food was very delicious. I have tried their Signature Chicken Steak. Because Beef 🥩 Steak were nit available they said. Stuffed butter chicken was veryy good. And tried their pasta which didn’t disappoint as well. So food is 10/10 but ambiance 7/10.

They have designed good packages with complete services included welcome bookey, juice, birthday cake, decoration, main course and dessert in a very affordable price. Ambiance light is slightly dark. Staff is very professional and cooperative. Food quality is also vey good. Recommended for birthday celebration.

I liked the islamabad chaaye khana, this one was very dull, service wasn't good at all. We entered and seated ourselves without any welcome. Too noisy for no reason, food was okay. Chicken club sandwich and french toast were good. Moroccan chicken was not tasty or fresh. Long way to go to up your standards as it seemed this branch has been ignored by the top management.

My experience was not very good. I ate breakfast and the beans and doghnut served was not fresh, specially beans were undercooked and hard. The beans were never replaced. Cold coffee that my wife ordered was tasteless even after replacing it once. Clearly there were much better options for breakfast like CTC, Cinnabon or Butler's Cafe which also give greater value to your money Hope they listen to our complaints and improve quality.

Overall look, vibe, ambiance and aesthetic is great. I usually go there for their coffee/drinks and I have to say their peach iced tea is divine! The food on the other hand, not so much. Found it to be bland, basic and boring. *yawn* The best thing I’ve had on their menu is their Grilled Paprika Jalapeño Chicken Panini. 8/10

Unfortunately, a pretty disappointing experience. Neglected furniture, old torn menu cards, really slow service, and above all, the worst Granola I’ve have ever had - basically just yogurt with some apes and bananas on a plate with a sprinkling of granola on top. Then the credit card machine didn’t work - as Bank Alfalah’s link is supposedly always down so had to cough up cash and higher tax. All in all pretty bad experience. The only good thing was that the staff was very polite and courteous. Hence, two stars. Otherwise, it was one all the way.
