To begin with, this place has a very good ambience as it's airy and spacious. The buffet is priced roughly around Rs. 2000/- which is slightly over priced, but makes up for it in the service provided to it's patrons and the variety of food on offer. A special mention would be the Walnut Tart desert which really stood out for me with its taste and texture which was top notch. Definitely check this place out at least once !!

Went for Saturday Dinner Buffet @2360 AI per person. It was a very good experience. Service was very good. There was a live music, just loved it. There were a lot of live counters, for chaats, grills, pizza/pasta, salad, dessert. Whenever you order anything from live counter, the dishes come with a good decoration each time. This small touches are missing in other 5 star hotels (e.g., JW Marriott). Everything was very nice. The main courses could have been better. Enjoyed the desserts very much. There were two sitting areas (inside or outside), we can choose any one of them. The spread of foods were really great. The dining are, foods area, everything was very clean and well maintained. Desserts are must try. Overall I will recommend it.

great ambience and excellent service. wide variety of options -indian/continental/barbeque dishes. they have a dedicated chaat counter as well. food is great, however anyone who likes spicy food won’t be satisfied with the food. they have a live pasta/pizza counter as well. pasta/pizza was average. indian dishes are great here and they have a lot of options to choose from.

Everything was awesome. Variety of food, availability, staff courtesy, taste, spread amd quality was way beyond best. This was very few pure vegetarian hotel experience I had in years. Although the building is quite old because while parking some debris fall near parking area but staff were able to manage people are not hurt. Usually in all the hotels nowadays all curry and sabji are invariably paneer but here it was great Variety. I liked the brinjal subji it was awesome. 5-6 salads mildly marinated unlike other places where veggies are dipped in mionese completely where they lose their original taste. Here every single dish is curated and best. Thank you all for making this buffet most memorable.

This is one of the best veg buffets I've ever had. A very good mix of all the cuisines you can think of. The menu is so designed to have all North Indian, South Indian and Chinese. Has several varieties of salads, deserts, ice creams and curries. I loved the spread of food. The place is nice and cozy with ample parking space. I went on a weekend and the place was not very crowded. This restaurant is inside a hotel which is exactly opposite to MTR. I loved the place and it's coziness

So book in advance by just calling the given number. It's is Vegetarian restaurant and also have a good amble accommodation as well. We went there for my mothers 75 th birthday . The food was amazing every bite of every dish tasted different … it elevated our moods and brought a smile to us. The cuisines we tried were Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, American, and salads and breads were yummy. Looks like THE COOKING WAS MADE WITH HEART AND SOUL IN IT. It took me back to America that I left behind 10 years ago. 2800 rs per meal was worth every cent / paise on it. The food was so good that we could not enjoy or even touch deserts…Mr. Guru was so sweet and kind enough that he packed few deserts for us to take back home. We are definitely going to consider CARAWAY KITCHEN as one of our favorite places to go on our special occasions. Had some amazing Bengali food in the Bengali food festival. So authentic in taste and the variety of dishes surprised me a lot, specially the vegetarian dishes… beside the food the amazing hospitality of Hilton and the ambience of the festival..they set it just perfect…one of my wow experience!!

A variety of options available for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The buffet is around 2k per plate. We were here for a lunch on a Tuesday. Nice ambience. Service is good and quick. This restaurant is inside Hilton EGL. Loved the fried rice and sauce. Variety of desserts on the offering. Seating area is also very good. Washrooms are near by and neat.

It's really a great ambience and awesome food. The spread was good and nothing to complain even on a weekday. The hospitality of the staff was too good they were very much interested to make you feel good and went above and beyond in the service. Among all items I believe mutton was the best. Also the ghost biriyani i had here was the best in recent times. Sushi on live counter was the best I ever had. Even the options on desert was huge and every item was better than other. It's a must visit place. Update: Visited second time and its really good and same experience. Thanks to Mahanta and Bidya for the recommendations and customized food items. The Ministry of Food restaurant at the Hilton Embassy Golf Links in Bangalore, is a must-try for anyone who calls themselves a foodie. Spearheaded by the incredibly talented Chef Gaurav Paul, the food here will tickle your taste buds and keep you coming for more. During our stay at the hotel, we enjoy a scrumptious breakfast, a delicious lunch, and the most delectable Bengali themed dinner. Our first meal was the lunch buffet, boasting a huge spread. The chef recommends that you try every single thing on the menu – even if you just take two bites of each item (given that the spread is soooo extensive – and he is not wrong. From Indian to Asian, Mexican and continental, the menu comprised everything. You just have to try it or deal with FOMO later, which you do not want to. The second, and our most favorite meal was the Bengali-themed dinner buffet – a Saturday night special at the hotel. My wife and I are total novices when it comes to Bengali food, so we spoke to Chef Paul who took the time to explain the must-try dishes, although, we again ended up trying everything. Our absolute favorites were the non-veg dishes - the extremely delectable Mutton Kosha (which we came back for seconds), the fish wrapped in banana leaves, the Aalu Luchi, the jhalmuri and puchka (with guava-floured paani – wow), and the scrumptious Rohu fish curry. The authentic Bengali desserts were the icing on the cake, with various different-flavored Roshogollas. Just yum. While speaking to the chef we also learnt about the Sunday Brunch and the sea-food themed Wednesdays, which we are looking forward to trying very, very soon. We also wish to try their famous Sunday brunch in the near future. Lastly, the breakfast experience here was at par, if not better than most five star resorts. It is one of the few restaurants to boast three different live stations – with one especially dedicated to making various different desi-flavored, garam garam chais. The other two stations include an egg station, and a station for freshly-made dosas, parathas, waffles, vada pavs, and more. Despite providing so many options, the food itself was delicious, with not a single mis-step. The only thing better than the food, was the fantastic service offered by the kind chef and his incredible staff, and the excellent attention to detail, that went into ensuring all the guests enjoyed a quality experience. So, if you stay at the Hilton hotel, do yourself a favor and book a full-board stay, to enjoy the best food in town. Even if you don’t, you can always walk in as a guest, for a dinner date with your spouse or family for well-thought out, unique menus seem to be the USP of this restaurant.

This restaurant is perfect for non-veg lovers. There are lot of varieties in Veg and non-veg starters and the main interesting was huge number of options in Starters as well as desserts. Location is perfect and is surrounded by high number of restaurants which makes it very competitive. We organized a team dinner. People who are inclined towards non-veg food just loved it. They serve authentic delhi and punjabi cuisine. Be it chats, live counter dishes, starters, main course and deserts everything was on point taste wise.

I was excited to try out this restaurant after hearing so much about it. I was not disappointed. The ambience was cozy and inviting, the service was quick and friendly. Ample separation between the tables. I loved the flavours of food and the soothing music played in the background. I started my meal with the shorba which I didn't like much so the waiter was quick to ask for feedback and also replaced it with complimentary mocktail. Then for my main course and starter I had chatpate paneer roll which was quite heavy and flavourful, multani paneer gravy and dal makhani along with breads which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. It's a great place to go for a special occasion or a casual meal with family.

DejaVu resto bar is located at the 5th floor of gopalan innovation mall in the fine dining area. The ambience is normal with no "wow" factor but the staff is very helpful and they make sure they host you well. As we stroll across the salad counter, they had a very tasty selection of salads to please your taste buds followed by a yummy chicken soup to do the same! My personal favorite in the salads was the egg mayo with chilli. Next up the starters which was served on the table had a variety of chicken, prawns, paneer, potatoes and mutton. The sheekh kebab, prawns fry and garlic bread were my personal favourites. It would have been easy if the chilli chicken served was boneless cause they were hardly any meat on them. Apart from this they have a live chat and pasta counter which is the best of everything in this buffet place! The pav bhaji, dahi puri and pasta were amazing and droolworthy. Main course is set up at a separate corner which needs to be lit properly and a bit conjested. The fish curry and rajma curry were my favorite. Sadly the biryani taste needs to be improved a lot. Finally coming to the desserts, everything was quite good except the brownies which were hard but it's chocolate after all!!

Good combination of starters from Masala Fried Corn,Mutton Seekh Kebab,Crispy Potatoes(felt it a bit too sweet),cheese toast,Chicken Wings,Kalmi Kebab(so amazing),Babycorn Chilly. Also the live counters had various types of chats,samosas and live pasta counter(my fav). Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli n Mushroom was lit! 😍 They have good choices on pizza too! Coming to drinks the cocktails were decent but a bit too dilute! I had mojito followed up with cosmopolitan(vodka based) but the whiskey sour was the best! ❤️ Coming to main course tried the chicken fried rice,Dal makhani(so amazing) ,chicken Manchurian,palak paneer ( amazing cottage cheese),methi chicken n bhuna mutton(😍😍) Main Course was equally good and satisfying. Chicken Hyderabadi Biriyani was also good. They also had noodles which looked good! Lastly in desserts they had gulab Jamun which were hot n soft! Beetroot Halwa which was also good!The brownies weren't that good. The milk cake was fresh and good! Lastly you can choose your scoop of ice cream and the paan ice cream was great too! To sum up a buffet with such plethora of options at a price range of less than 600 is a dream come true for foodies! I strongly recommended this place to all! Head out there and experience this Deja-Vu! ❤️

Ambience was quite cozy with great service well behaved staff's I loved their hydrabadi Chicken dum Biryani which was soo soo good. Desserts section was so Bliss i loved the tiramisu cake and the Brownie. Very reasonable pricing for the buffet with drinks wonderful place to hangout with friends and with family. . Taste - 5/5 . Nice place for buffet especially for team dinner. The starters, chats, soups, sweets, pasta, ice cream, Pastries. Live Chats and pastas counters are the best. Starters are very nice. Staffs are very polite and faster in delivery. Nice food and nice place. we had a great time with our office staffs. They have a bar too which offers regular beer in jars, ice towers or pints depending upon ones need. The ambiance is cool, you can enjoy the food with karoke. The only negative which i felt is they don't have a corporate offers.

Got to dine at The Market in Ritz Carlton for a team lunch. I must say the first look was quite amazing. The spread was insane with a minimum 5-course meal. Too many options to select from.. they've got Salads (make you're own as well), confectionery, live chaats, Asian cuisine, continental cuisine, and desserts and multiple options in those as well. The service was very quick and the food quality was great. I would recommend the market for a really upscale business dinner or with family as well. it's worthwhile if you are a good eater.

Went here for team lunch. Ambience is superb. You will feel like wow. Atmosphere is excellent. Staff service is commendable and best. That's what they charge for I believe. Coming to food, it was not that best as I are outside in some other buffet. Starters were good but main course was just just ok. Nothing great. Madras chicken curry, paneer makhani was just okish. There were multiple counters with different varieties of food. I believe they must display on top of each counter that what type of food I can get; menu names were displayed btw. Sweets and other items were good. Juice items like masala cola, pineapple were more ice cubes less juice flavours. Ghevar and Rabdi was best. Chat items were also great in taste.

So i will be really honest about the review. I loved the hospitality, i loved the staff behaviour, ambience 10 on 10 but the food was a bit disappointing, items being bland. Like butter chicken is supposed to be rich in flavour but it wasn't like that. Over all the continental dishes were good but Indian wasn't as expected. Had a buffet at so many places, but at 3000/- per person it wasn't worth that much. Maybe it's my personal review as i like my food full of flavours and i have been impressed with the quality at many other great places. Over all 4 stars, 10/10 for everything but for the food a straight 7. I would love to go there again to explore its breakfast and lunch menu.

They are RITZ'S TRUE ASSETS.. The cured meats my fav ..salami, pepperoni, ham and chorizo meet global quality standards. The DESSERTS created are on another level. Their APPLE TART is the STAR for me in all her splendour and glory ..A slice of HEAVEN it is with a fragrant aroma of almond essence and a filling that had an intense almond soul and substance ..buttery nutty ...took my breath away . In all my years of life .. AM 53 ...Dining in the UK USA FAR EAST & MIDDLE EAST for decades ..I have never tasted such a MASTERPIECE ..She is the MONA LISA of all apple almond tarts...none like her. . The pistachio burphy too is packed with a powerful pistachio presence instead of just being green...it is the real deal. The MASTERCHEFS have worked wonders with the Desserts . The Panna cotta and Caramel Custard ACTUALLY TASTE like Panna cotta and Caramel Custard and not pretend fakes. This RITZ buffet at approx Rs 2600 actually includes juices in sealed bottles on ice and filter coffee on request. RITZ'S melt in your mouth TANDOORI TIKKA FISH was mind blowing...another MASTERPIECE. RITZ CARLTON you are a BEAUTY...a jewel in Bangalore"s Crown of fine dining.
