Zinc is within the Hilton Old Town. It's a bit confusing, as there are two distinct adjacent/adjoining spaces: the bar is open long hours (and serves as overflow at breakfast; the restaurant is open for guests' breakfasts, weekend brunch, and special events. We ate at both. The bar has nice ambience, and we were greeted with ice water & lemon (a rarity in Europe!) and bar snacks. Drinks were great. Dinner was quite good, but 'A Walk in the Forest' needed something other than just mushrooms to complete the plate (potatoes, rice, etc.). The restaurant had a comprehensive breakfast buffet for guests, including omelettes, bacon, fresh fruit, cheeses, etc.

Definitely interesting. This place is part of Hilton, so you would expect exceptional service, right? Think again. The service was slow, the waiters weren’t available all the time, and the atmosphere was grim. Would recommend a different place

Enjoyable evening meal at Zinc restaurant in the Hilton Old Townwhich has a mix of Asian cuisine and a modern version of traditional Czech dishes, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. The very good Beef Goulash was slowly Braised Beef Ribs in Dark Beer Goulash Sauce & Potato Dumplings Chips with a Cauliflower Purée. Zinc also is used as the breakfast buffet and has a Sunday Brunch buffet.

Unfortunatelly not a good experience. The food was average for the given price, but what surprised me the most was the behavior of the manager that seemed incopetent. But to be honest the sweet corner was nice.

I'm almost forced to give 5 stars. I've been to this cafe many times over many years. And it's even better now than before. 8-9 years ago was the first time I was there and I remember the best Bábovka I ever tasted was in Mistral. Now, years later, I took a few friends there and they loved it. I couldn't resist taking some pictures and sharing my experience. Great cafe, I hope you guys stay in this location forever! Wonderful, tasty food and lovely staff + tastefully designed dishes and space ❤️

Amazing place! Found it by accident, but everything was perfect! Both of us ordered Benedict eggs, but my fried didn’t like the poached egg, so we asked if it’s possible to substitute it with omelette and they were happy to accommodate us! We also ordered raspberry lemonade and matcha latte (with oat milk). Service was absolutely delightful as well. The waitress, Mia, was very nice to us and made us feel very welcomed. The food and drinks also arrived quite quickly even though the cafe was quite busy. Everything was absolutely delicious, the portions were quite generous and filling! We were starving when we came and now we’re full after just 1 portion. Brunch is available until 17:00. We will make sure to visit this place when we come back to Prague! Definitely recommend!

Nice place for breakfast. We ordered Omeletta and Fried Eggs with Homemade burger bun. Both were freshly made and tasty. Serving size was generous. Also, ordered Macha Latte but I think it’s not for me. Overall nice experience.

Lovely brunch spot. The staff was helpful and made us comfortable given that we didn't speak the local language. They even had an English menu for ease of customers. It was our first try on the French breakfast which had few cheese selections along with the jam, pecan nuts and syrup. Overall yummy😋 The other dish of Omelette with bread selection was my favourite. Along with the other drink selection. The place downstairs had a very cool and calm vibe to it which I liked.

Beautiful place. Just a warning that they only accept cash (Euros or CHK) but it’s worth going to an ATM (the staff also pre-warn customers about the no cards prior to ordering so it’s no problem). We had the pancakes with fruit and the pancakes with bacon and they were both stunning. Coffee was great and the shop was fantastic and pretty. Great quality for price, the best brunch spot in Prague we’ve seen yet.

I will definitely recommend the french breakfast!!! Full of colors and taste, the egg bagel is a wow!!! If you are a salty person go for avocado toast… the atmosphere is nice and the view. Make a reservation in hand and just enjoy. 8.5/10

The food here is is absolutely amazing and flavorful, but also artfully and beautifully presented. We learned that everything is HOMEMADE (they actually have a baker downstairs who procures and prepares all of their bread, pastas, pastries, and deserts). While the staff aren’t the friendliest, the food is amazing.

Food was delicious. Service was top notch. Place was very busy so we had to wait a little bit and share tables but i didn't mind that. The mix of scrambled eggs and pancakes and salmon is new to me but somehow it worked and i enjoyed it a lot. They have other stuff that looks artistic. The espresso was good and strong as well. I highly recommend visiting this for a new breakfast.

Pancakes are really very delicious and and u have a big choice between sweet and sour. Cappuccino was also good. Unfortunately the waiting time was 1 hour!!! And it was not a weekend day ( people in another table were also waiting a lot ). I don’t really understand why it takes so much time for a few pancakes and I think it was better to say a client in advance that it takes 1 hour to cook! Also it was not possible to pay by card , only cash ( they told when I was already at the table) so if u are not in hurry and ready to wait a lot this place is ok.

Ordered pancakes with egg and salmon and another one with hummus and hallomi. Both were tasty. The drinks are also good. Place is small so we had to wait 15 minutes for sitting, but worth since it's a interesting place for trying various pancakes. Very kind staff and cozy atmosphere. Ps they have gluten free and lactose free option.

A little restaurant with delicious pancakes and coffee. Tried the Den Noc iced coffee and it was really tasty. The yogurt and muesli with the fresh fruit was perfect with the sweet pancakes. Tried the caramel mascarpone pancakes with banana and cinnamon, highly recommend! If you’re from the US be aware that the sour cream savory pancakes is not a traditional sour cream… it’s like a cottage cheese/ricotta hybrid. Other than that, we really really enjoyed our breakfast here.

Staff is very friendly and place is cosy. Unfortunately the food really disappointed me. Portion is small for this price. I ordered pancakes with prosciutto, goat cheese and tomatoes (240czk). The presentation was poor, taste average and I got literally 2 cocktail tomatoes... :-( It's a pity.

Lovely breakfast spot with a fantastic have view. We were a big group. Had tried: caramel crepe, breakfast platter, egg benedict, scrambled eggs, omelette, french toast and Americano. Everything was absolutely delicious. A must try spot 👌🏻

This was the best breakfast I ever had. I took my girlfriend here, she had 2 eggs, I had 6 (mogged, hold that). I had 6 eggs because every egg was perfect. Not to mention the bacon gave me butterflies from the tenderness and beauty it radiated. The photos attached demonstrate the destruction I imposed on them 6 eggs and the delicateness of the dish. Would love to come back again sometime. Godspeed ✌️

Great Cafe next to the river, we went here for breakfast and had the eggs Benedict, which were amazing. Initially we also wanted to order the French toast but it wasn't available, so had the pancakes with caramel sauce and strawberries instead. I was scared it wouldn't be filling because it doesn't look like much on the plate but I was definitely wrong! It was more than enough and delicious. We also had cappuccino and fresh juice, both excellent. (I will be back for the French toast though)

You can enjoy your meal in a very elegant space. For my meal, I ordered a croissant French toast, a salmon open sandwich, and a hot chocolate. It was very delicious. The restaurant was very crowded in the morning, so I recommend going early or making a reservation.

We had a reservation and were seated immediately for breakfast. Overall the food was good, not anything breathtaking but solid breakfast fare. The Savoy special hot chocolate may be the most decadent hot chocolate I have ever tasted, tho, so definitely try that - maybe just one per table, it's too much chocolate for one person.

Beautiful café, but also a pastry shop and wine bar, very well maintained. We went for brunch so we could appreciate the cuisine and the pastry. The dishes are well cared for and the ingredients are fresh. The pastry shop includes all the Czech classics and something else. The service is very accurate and efficient.

First breakfast of our trip in recommended Cafe Savoy. Place is lovely and historical, staff is very nice and efficient, the croissant Benedict was excellent. We were lucky to have a table, I would recommend to book before you go there. I will definitely go back there if I come back to Prague!

I came here with high expectations to try their famous Ovocné Knedlíky. The presentation was very good, but it was not on my taste. The dough was tasteless, I felt that all the flavor came from the plums inside and from the poppy seeds. Service was decent, a bit of smile on the staff face would improve the entire experience. Prices are on the high side.

Located near the tower this was a great little bistro. Wonderful food with a delicious soup of the day. The open faced sandwich made my day absolutely delicious with a soft crusty bread and fresh toppings. My flat white was excellent served at perfect temp. Good views of the tower too. Overall really recommend stopping in if you are looking for a quick light lunch in this area.

They serve daily menu that changes every day. Most of the open sandwiches are so fresh and delicious. I especially like avocado and halloumi sandwhich and I even ate it two days in a row. Coffee tastes good too.

We went there for breakfast and it was really good. Starting with a free carafe of Water they brought to our table which was unexpected but so nice. I had the French toast and my boyfriend had the poached eggs. Both were delicious and well made. Can absolut recommend that place!

The coffee and the service are great. The place is nice inside and the outdoor space is in a quiet street. I used to come here mostly for the shakshuka but unfortunately they removed it from the menu. The recent menu has smaller portions and higher prices, especially the club sandwich.
