Though its just a Friday without live band, still DJ has the selection of good songs. Further, special menu in the house by special chef of Malaysia well known is extremely perfecto. Drinks by own special recipe is even extra mile . thank god, my night is bright and brewed in this shady shadow bar. 👌

Been here for dinner and drinks with some friends at the upper bar. We ordered the mutton biryani, fish and chips, beers and cocktails. The food was very tasty and would definitely come back again. Friendly staff and the pool table did keep us busy.

Lovely atmosphere, good vibes and music that takes you back to the naughties. Ice cold beer and yummy food. Look for Mel (seen in the photo) for food recommendations. Highly recommend the Mutton Masala Gravy from the bar bites section.

The staff need better training to match the image of the place. Issue #1 Only 2 menus given when they can see 3 diners. Hardly any customers. I had to ask for an extra menu. #2 One dish did not arrive, had to cancel. The waiter should repeat the orders to ensure all are correct #3 My drink only arrived after my main course (pasta). Food here is okay although one of my dinner companions did not enjoy the beefburger. I would return only for drinks, light bites & atmosphere.

Visited for dinner with a party of two. We opted for the grilled lamb (sous vide) and seabass. Unfortunately, we found the portions to be rather on the petite side, which was a bit disappointing considering the higher price point. The main courses resembled more of a starter dish in terms of portion size. Taste-wise, they didn't particularly stand out. On a positive note, the ambience was inviting and it seems like an ideal spot for gatherings. They boast an extensive selection of wines, and the cocktail menu looked intriguing, though I didn't have the chance to sample it.

Kicked off the evening of my Wednesday wind down with the strawberry daiquiri. Frozen slushy sweetness and a light citrus note topped with just the right mix of rum - not too strong, making it a flirty concoction of a perfect ladies night. Food: Soft shell spaghetti & curried lamb burger.

We heard about this new place, and we thought to check it out. Surprisingly, they have happy hours till 9pm every day. The blackboard outside does not give justice cause for 88RM you get 3 cocktails. They also have 10RM gin and tonic, and they use the Bombay sapphire. Too bad the tonic water is the local brand, so squeeze more lemons, and you will be fine. Of the cocktails in the happy hours deal, I definitely recommend the gimlet with a good kick of gin. The old fashioned was a bit too strong on angostura for my taste. The Pina Colada was surprisingly not too sweet.

The bartender Shehab is good at mixing drinks as per request, it blends well and a very easy drink, eventho it contain high abv. Presentation is there too which correlates with the taste, however lack is, it can only do so much because it is a small bar, cant compare it to those big and known bar. It is a great neighborhood bar if you dont want to go far, customization of a drink is about rm45, happy hour is from 5to8pm but only applicable to classics cocktails. Totally recommended if you are around this neighbourhood and it definitely will not break your bank. For me it is The best speakeasy bar thus far compared to others like in damansara kim or aman suria, atmosphere wise, it minimal, more like a cafe style rather than a bar. I've been here twice, and never is bored because u get to customize your drink based on your preference.

Meal Menu: There are curated appetizers such as oxtail soup, to the mouthwatering main courses such as carbonara with hotate & ikura, braised lamb shank and smoked duck pizza, each dish showcases the chef's expertise and attention to detail. They also offer bites bowl for the light eaters which includes tempura chicken nugget, anchovies with sliced sausage, and truffle fries. A tasty spinoff of our local food include a 24k golden crispy wrap spicy fried rice which comes with chunky pieces of satay. Drinks Menu: The in-house cocktail menu is a testament to the mixologist's artistry. Each drink is a carefully crafted masterpiece, blending premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and a dash of creativity. For those seeking non-alcoholic alternatives, the mocktail selection is equally impressive. The craft beer menu showcases a diverse range of styles, from rich stouts to refreshing wheat beers. Staffs: The staffs are well-versed in the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the attentive waitstaff who ensured our glasses were never empty, the level of hospitality was exceptional. Events: They host live bands and standup comedy which is nice to unwind to after work or over the weekend.

A new speakeasy in SS2 of all places. Located on the 1st floor. Hidden door. Simple decor. Like the bar area. Friendly staff. Bit pricey. Parking plenty although can be difficult depending on time of day. Came to celebrate wifey's birthday & coincidentally there was a comedy show. We enjoyed that very much. If not mistaken there is live music on certain days too which will surely bring in the crowds. We shared their smoked duck pizza & spicy sausage ikan bilis. The latter was really nice with peanuts on top which is an interesting touch. The pizza sadly was below average. Plenty of ingredients but lacked flavor. For drinks we tried 4 of their signature cocktails. Interesting presentation & idea but sadly felt it lacked enough alcohol especially for the price. I did share my feedback so hopefully they remedy it. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. This place has potential. I think after being open for awhile they'll iron out the kinks. Will return much later & give them another shot.

This is probably the best restaurant bar in PJ to really chill after a long day. Not cheap but worth it. Beer is fresh, food is great, service is attentive, chic interior, amazing music by the live band - what else can you ask for?

Discovered this place today with my son and decided to try their food. They have the "à la carte" option as well as the buffet option where you have soup and starters, you choose a main dish, and will also get buffet desserts and bottomless drinks. The price you will pay will be the price of the main course you chose. My son took the buffet option, I took the "à la carte". He chose the sizzling lamb chop "buffet option" for RM 35.90 which is very cheap. Now the choice for the buffet is very minimal and his main dish size was ok. I think he was a bit disappointed as you only had the choice between 2 desserts and not so many varieties for starters either. I think it is not much choice for a teenager but is ok for an adult who eats normal portions. I ordered an English bacon pork pie and it was delicious. Portion is good, very tasty and really enjoyed it very much. The waiter, Bahadur, was absolutely amazing. Great attitude, excellent service and fun to talk to. Really enjoyed having him as our waiter. This place looks like an English pub and I love the atmosphere. I used to live in the UK so it is nice to feel like you are back there, even just for the duration of a meal. They have a live band, probably only on weekends but not sure and also have Sunday roasts, which I have to try soon. Overall, it was a great experience and will visit them again soon

Plenty of food choices, some tasted good and some meh, but is your bar type of food. I would like to give them a high rating but if isnt for the bad experience we had with one of the patron bothering our lady friend and the staff who witness the incident (the guy was pulling my friend’s hand) didn’t help. Atmosphere is excellent, mainly the band they hired were really good and play a lot of good songs. You will see passerby stop a while to look or record.

Additionally have a selection of Oriental choices like steamed pork ribs, and Siamese Laksa (the best!) Great attentive service, and ambience. Cold crisp beer in an ambience with cool air conditioning. Big screens available too, with pool table.

This is a great place to enjoy live music free and to have drinks with friends. I came here to watch Julian Mokhtar and his band. They play classic and blues rock and are very good. The music is raw and loud which is a great thing so have realistic expectations about having conversations with friends here. Food was pretty good but expensive. The canned drinks are very expensive. I guess it's justified for the live music one gets to enjoy here.

Went there for the first time because the Strollers were having a reunion gig. Not the original members though. Saw Billy , Hussein who are friends from the old days in the 70s….1970 to be precise. They played some old songs which were nostalgic. I left almost at the end as they were playing some new songs with guest appearance. Was nice to see them play again. P.S if there’s a photo of a restaurant it does not belong here.

My first time here, just to catch up with friends. The food is quite average and drinks (beer) does not taste good feel a bit diluted. The price of the gin we ordered is also quite steep. The only upside of this place is the service

Came to catch the live band performance but could not stay too long as my eyes were burning due to smoking being allowed in the air-conditioned indoor area. Prices are a bit steep but understandable considering the quality of the live band performances. If only they could restrict smoking to the outdoor area…
